₹425 was deducted from account on 9th June 2019 at 7:46 pm. Due to transaction declined. And I was expecting that it would be refunded in 48 hrs. But it has not refunded yet. I am totally disappointed with the Indian bank.

    Amazon online shopping website raised refund for my product which i return. they initiate my refund amount of rs. 322 on 5/06/2019. but till now, the amount is not reflect in my account.
    amazon gave me the 'Refund Reference no.'[protected]
    so please transfer this amount in my account
    and this complaint is not about money only it's about yours service which you provide me
    And other thing is that please require some educated officer in your branch because they told me that they have no any option to raise complain of charge dispute.
    but when i call to indian bank costumer care they told me i can charge dispute through branch.
    so please require yours employee educated.

      Amazon intiated refund of 680/- to my indian bank account on 10/06/2019 with authorization code (Refund reference number[protected].
      Actual timelines for refunds are 2-4 working days, But amount didn't credited to my account till now. Please check this transaction and settledown as soon as possible. Below attachment was reply from amazon customer service for your persual.

              I had booked hotel room in nainital for three members through oyo rooms app. But due to some technical problem from oyo, my booking had been cancelled. I had made the booking on 7th june 2019 and it gets cancelled on 8th june 2019. I checked my bank passbook on a daily basis but still the booking amount of Rs. 3708 hadn't been credited in my bank account.

                    I purchased a product from amazon.in through debit card and damaged in transit and returned. Refund issued from amazon.in on 01/06/2019 but not credited to my account till date. Amazon give me a refund reference number. So I contacted with reference number many times to bank cc but they does not response any more. Also I contacted many times to Amazon cc but they told to file a "charge dispute" or "refund never processed". As this time I'm very disappointed to contact many times to bank and amazon cc and every time I'm failing to solute my problem. At this time this is very serious problem to me. Please do something as soon as possible...

                      Have purchased gyser from amazon through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund with refund reference number . When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form.

                        I have booked a ticket from IRCTC .When the ticket didn't get confirm I cancelled.my ticket .A refund of Rs 2055 has been refunded by IRCTC and i didn't get the refund till now.
                        The ticket cancelled on June 3 and was said be reflected in my account within 5-6 days .But it's almost 15 days and I didn't get my refund .When I call IRCTC they always say they have refunded the money and when I call bank people they are saying that they didn't got any refund and it's the fault of IRCTC .

                          I have ordered a product in amazon . But because of change in address I have cancelled the order . After cancellation amazon have refunded the amount on the same day . I have got all the mail confirmation. But till now my amount is not yet credited . So please refund my amount as soon as possible because I have lot of dependencies . So please kindly take that in to your consideration . Here IAM attaching the refund reference number . So IAM requesting you please process my request ASAP . And I have discussed with bank customer care they are saying that they don't have any idea about this they just saying for to contact branch people . Even branch are saying they are not responsible . I was getting mental tension with all these things . So kindly resolve this issue . Here IAM attaching the mail sentences that I have got from Amazon .

                            One week back IOder a product on Amazon (08.06.2019) whey protein and I payed through indian bank debit card. The payment was successful and debited from my account. Within few hours I cancelled the oder because of some address incorrect issuses. The oder cancelled and it notifies your refund will be within in 3-5 business days. The refund has not done yet. I contact with Amazon customer care and they given the transaction id from their side[protected] and the status was successful. I followed them from the past 10 days and i also contact the indian back customer care and the not give me the clear response and solution. Yesterday again i had a talk with Amazon customer care they direct to this form. Kindly support me to get my payment back as soon as possible.

                              Sir,
                              I cancelled an order through Amazon through which the payment was done through my Indian Bank debit card. It has been a week but I did not get my amount. When I contacted Amazon they told me that the payment has been transferred successfully on their part and that I should contact my bank.
                              They told me that my refund has been stuck with the bank and to contact the bank.
                              When I contacted them with the reference number of Amazon the bank told me that they can't check the status with the reference number.
                              I again called Amazon and they told me that refund has already been sent successfully and I should contact the bank.
                              Please help me get my refund.

                                As i ordered some products in amazon and cancelled. The refund was intiated from amazon side is on 30th may 2019
                                But the refund amount was not yet credited to my account. I still waiting for it. By calling the amazon they said that it was bank side mistake and they said to ask information from bank. But in bank the ask UTR number. I ask amazon of this but they denied by saying that they have no access of providing this. Please take action regarding of this and refund my amount as soon as possible

                                  of 437.99 rupees by my rupay card ending in 0296. The refund initiated by bank in two transactions i.e 169.99 and 251.00 on 26 April 2019 and ruppes 17.00 is not adjusted with this transaction. The problem is that the 17.00 is not reflected in my account till date and regarding this I have gone through the bank associates and the bank customer care but no one hear this problem seriously as the customer I have fully refund my 17.00 in my account. The refund reference number given by Amazon to me is[protected]. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    I have order a product from flipkart through my indian bank debit card due to some issues i had to return back the product . And the refun was initiated by the flipkart support team on 4th june 2019 but the amount is not yet reflected in the indian bank account.

                                      The bank customer care and bank assistant were not any interest in this problem as much. I call several time in customer care and visit the branch 3 to 4 times but reply is not satisfactory in my way. They only said that we have not responsible for this payment the Amazon will be taken further action. The Amazon is given me a refund reference number i.e 910117370829.
