    I return my product, amazon told that your refund is credited in 3 to 5 buisness days till the amount is not credited . And amazon told my refund is issued on may 15th . 25 days over till the amount is not credited.reference number is[protected].indian bank say the mistake is not in our side.but the amazon says this is bank mistake and your amount is credit in few days

    I have purchased some products from amazon shopping app and the same I cancelled on 5th June 2019 the deadline for the refund is 12th June 2019 but not yet received I made contact with amazon customer care service they given a refund reference number that is[protected]

      I am ordered in amazon and I cancelled the order. The payment method that I used was debit card but the refund not be credited to my bank account .The ordered reference no[protected]. The last date of refund that amazon told is Jun 10 but I still not get the refund. so kindly do it faster and get the refund amount to my bank. I am attaching the mail issued by the amazon

        On 1 June I had placed a order for a mobile phone worth Rs. 57, 999 and in the same day i had cancelled the order but my amount had got debited from the bank i talked with Amazon thy told me the amount will reflected in 5 to 6 business but still now it's not reflected in my account I got a message from Amazon tht the amount is already processed and this is my refund reference code :[protected] plz help me with this issue it's been almost 11 days still now my money is not come

              I have made net banking payment of 4379/- to Zivame app while shopping. Transaction was failed but the amount was deducted from my account. I have also confirmed from the Zivame they have confirmed that they haven't received the payment hence the order was not placed. Hence the payment is held at the gateway mostly or has been deducted wronhly. Please address this ASAP and revert me the amount.

                I have placed an order in Amazon and cancelled it...the refund is initiated by Amazon on April 7th and the expected refund date was 11th April but till now I didn't receive my refund of amount rs.1198/- .when I contacted the Amazon customer care they said that the refund was processed by them and the delay is from the Indian bank only.the refund reference no.                   Refund of Rs. 200/- has been made by Amazon on 10th of may 2019 regarding a product (Order number is[protected]. The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) of the transaction is[protected]. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So I need to file a"charge dispute" on them to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or I'm gonna take some legal action.

                    My Name is Nasir Din and i ordered Boat Rockerz 400 of rupees 1497 in Amazon on purchase date 25 May 2019 and after return 28 May 2019. I returned this product because its damaged.And on 1st June amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent the reference number 140153 and told me to fill charge dispute but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint. Its very urgent.                       The service which provide gold loan is very worst in indian bank which is located at ongole they use to wait the customer for long time while gold appraiser clear it fastly but employee in indian bank is so negligent to customers that even the bank manager told to clear it fastly also he is so irresponsible and wasting customer lot of time which is very dissappointment so pls take care and provide loan as well as delivary of gold fastly so the employee will be paid by bank but not the customer

                        I ordered two dresses from amazon .i return them because of its defect.I claim for refund through bank account .Amazon told me that"they process the amount but it will take couple of days to reach" but almost one month ended still i didn't get the amount and i inform this to amazon customer service and Indian bank customer service both of them told me to file "charge a dispute file" .so kindly make a immediate action on this

                          I used to recharge on Amazon account through Indian Bank ATM in Amazon app and order will be cancelled and refund is not credited
                          Actually I brought something online from myntra and initiated refund on 8th august 2019. I have been calling myntra customer care and the bank customer care several time. Myntra customer service agent told mei that the refund is initiated long back you need to contact the bank. Very poor service of the indian bank. Very sad

                                I bought one product on Amazon and it's cancelled by their agent for some reason and the Amazon will initiated my amount from their end and after some 2-3 working days bank generates the ref no:[protected] if I asked the Amazon customer care they told that the problem will be at bank side with some issue.so plz accept my request and resolve my problem and make sure that initiate my money in my account

                                      I am complaining regarding my mini statement issue in kollam district kaduvathode branch of indian bank. I came to take mini statement of my account and the bank manager was very rude to me. And then for 1 sheet of mini statement they wanted to charge 150 rupees... Atlast even though they haven't taken money from me... Please find a solution of this...
