My Name is Nasir Din and i ordered Boat Rockerz 400 of rupees 1497 in Amazon on purchase date 25 May 2019 and after return 28 May 2019. I returned this product because its damaged.And on 1st June amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent the reference number 140153 and told me to fill charge dispute but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint. Its very urgent....

The service which provide gold loan is very worst in indian bank which is located at ongole they use to wait the customer for long time while gold appraiser clear it fastly but employee in indian bank is so negligent to customers that even the bank manager told to clear it fastly also he is so irresponsible and wasting customer lot of time which is very dissappointment so pls take care and provide loan as well as delivary of gold fastly so...

I ordered a honour 9n phone in Amazon in exchange offer by paying 5785 rupees form Indian bank debit card . Later I cancelled it . My Refund money 5785 rupees is initiated on 28 may 2019 by Amazon and they told that money will reflecting your account by 4th june 2019 . Still I didn't received my money. The amount of 804 rupees has been cut off from my accont as minimim balance charges. I did online transaction on 8 may 2019 and i returned the product for which refund was initiated on 19 may it should be reflected in my bank statement on or before 23 may.refund was to be done by amazon.as the amount is not reflected i contacted amazon they gave me a reference id and asked to file charge dispute form. I had shopped for rs 1058 at dmart jaynagar bangalore, when i tried to pay by indian bank debit card, payment was declined but money is deducted from indian bank account on 10/05/2019.
