The ambient temperature of jamshedpur now is about 42 degree celsius. There are about two air conditioner in the branch. It is too hot inside the office counters as well as other places. Even the officers are working in a very unhealthy and unbearable conditions. If you do not provide more air conditioners we will be unable continue with you. Please do the needful.

      This is to your kind notice that, i'm a customer of indian bank thirumangalam branch anna nagar, chennai -600040. I've recently faced a problem through my atm debit card. On 23rd may 2019 at 6:52pm. I made a merchant transaction (Sun direct) through bajaj finserv wallet using my debit card i paid my bill the money got deducted i got a invoice stating payment successful. But my sundriect dth operator didn't receive any sort of payment. I would like to raise a complaint regarding this. There was no amount credited to my account. Do the needful to reverse credit. And kindly refund my amount.

          On may 1, amazon send the message that they refunded the money . but you didn't refunded for the past 15 days. Please, immediately refund the money as soon as posiible.The amount is 295. It was paid through debit card.I already complained but it still the money has not refund. Please acknowledge the problem . I also included the authotization code which was sent by amazon.

            I have purchase product on amazon but canceled this product in few minutes.Refund amount initiated from amazon on 15-05-19 & will be credited by[protected].

            From amazon I got refund reference no[protected].

            But still refund amount not received in my account.

            amazon customer care says we have initiate the refund amount & you need to call to bank's customer care.

            Then I called bank's customer care but they didn't give me information of my refund amount through refund reference no.

            Please check & resolve.

              I'm an indian bank customer who has recently facing the problem on atm transaction failure but still the amount is debited on my account.

              The incident has accrued on date :[22/05/2019) around 16:50
              I was using sbi atm of kaikattiputhur avinashi branch atm

              I swiped atm twice for the same amount on rs.500, it got failed 1st and even on the second time the transaction was failed but the amount of rs.500 was debited from the account.
              Please kindly refund my amount

                I cancelled an order on Myntra amounting to Rs. 2217. Of which they refunded Rs. 654, Rs. 692 and Rs. 453 but Rs. 418 is still pending. On being asked they said it would take upto 20 May for me to receive my refund so I waited. Today is 21st and I contacted them and they replied due to certain issues with bank side the refund has not been processed. They gave me a reference number for all the transactions. Here they are:

                    I ordered Mobile phone from Flipkart.com Through my Indian bank saving a/c debit card on 30.04.2019 amount of ₹11999. Due to the Stock not available the seller was cancel the my order. Refund initiated by Flipkart.com on 30.04.2019. Now only i got a refund reference number [RRN 85215229120917288755967] from Flipkart.com. But till now my refund amount not reflect my Indian bank S/B account. Kindly do the needful.

                      I'm an Indian Bank customer who has recently facing the problem on ATM transaction failure but still the amount is debited on my account.

                      I swiped atm twice for the same amount on Rs. 1000, it got failed 1st and even on the second time the transaction was failed but the amount of Rs.1000 was debited from the account .

                        As i have done a transaction from snapmint and sucess but they are canceled it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on same day 29/04/2019 at 13.11.46 pm and the reference no is: 30001091199116109519975 and Payment ID -243529133 but amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side whenever branch contact to the department they said today will credit it but still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                            On 8-4-19 I tried to book an product from Amazon app but it was not placed, because the payment was failure. But money ₹439 is deducted from my account as POS transaction. I tried to pay using debit card. It has been more than 40 days, still I didn't get back my amount. I also raised a complaint online in Indian Bank website which is closed now without resolving the problem.

                              I have purchased my Sony headphones from Amazon under 1499 RS through my Indian bank debit card. I have applied for the refund and also returned the product. The refund has been issued by Amazon but it's not reflecting in my bank statement till now. The transaction was initiated on 12th of April 2019 and the money have not been refunded till now. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution. Kindly resolve the issue

They (Phone pe) told me to contact the bank which i have trasacted.. I have contacted bank manager directly.. And. Asked him to check the status by showing the utr id.. But he behaviored horrible...                                         This is to your kind notice, that i'm a customer of indian bank, @ kanchipuram branch for the past 4&1/2 years. I had an emergency situation so i went to withdrew money from other bank which was nearer to me (State bank of india). I tried to withdrew the amount of rupees 1000, but it was declined again i tried it showed me the same message, even it didn't provide any receipts for declination. Later, i received a message from indian bank that cash of rupees 1000 debited from other bank, immediately received another message it showed your amount recredited into your account, so i went and checked in indian bank atm but it was not.
                                        I directly met the bank person and gave written complaint about the same, she told me to wait for 15 days but my amount was not credited into my account. I called her to ask about the same she told me that still your complaint is in pending have to send to head office so she asked me to remind the same after 1 week. I called after she replied the same that your complaint is still pending so call me after 3 days the know about the status. It was a worst experience i never felt like this before. I have given the full details below.

                                        Name : a. Vijayakumari
                                        Date of withdraw : 12.04.2019 (Tried 2 times continuously to withdraw amount on the same day, same atm,)
                                        Written complaint given on : 15.04.2019.
                                        Called after 15 days
                                        Again called after 1 week
                                        Again called after 3 days.

                                        I have spent one month of my precious time to bring back my amount. So, kindly take the necessary steps to recredit my amount as soon as possible.
                                        Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        im 1/3/2021 7 pm withdrawn at alapakkam sbi atm id ;16332621 amount off 300 dhen atm is unavelabil im not resived mane but amount withdraw conform message coming oftaer 10 minits
