I'm an Indian Bank customer who has recently facing the problem on ATM transaction failure but still the amount is debited on my account.

The incident has accrued on date :[protected]dd-mm-yyyy) around 11:26
I was using SBI atm of TVT branch ATM ID:0160301 .

I swiped atm twice for the same amount on Rs. 1000, it got failed 1st and even on the second time the transaction...

I have placed an Amazon order and returned it...refund was initiated on April 7th by amazon and the expected refund date is 11th April, till now I didn't receive my refund of amount:1198/- ...I have contacted the Amazon customer care and they said that the refund is processed by them and the delay is from Indian bank only. On 8-4-19 I tried to book an product from Amazon app but it was not placed, because the payment was failure. But money ₹439 is deducted from my account as POS transaction. I tried to pay using debit card. It has been more than 40 days, still I didn't get back my amount. I also raised a complaint online in Indian Bank website which is closed now without resolving the problem....

I have ordered a pair of earphones from Amazon have applied for the refund. The refund is initiated by Amazon but not processed by the bank .i am going around the bank branch for about a month still no action is taken . amazon have provided me a refrence number and i am giving that to the bank and they have asked for a utr number, i am stuck in between and my refund have not been given for about a month now...

I've ordered an headphone from amazon, because of address change in my order, i'd cancelled the order. Further i contacted amazon for my refund, they said that they've sended the money to the bank but i didn't the received the money still now.
