    I placed an order from amazon by using atm card and i return it but refund amount is not credited yet and when contact with amazon customer care executive they give me a reference code and said that ask your bank customer care executive member and i reached bank customer care executive they said they can't anything by using that reference code so i am complaining a problem here to resolve my problem

    I have ordered products worth 498 rupees from amazon...but they didn't delivered products.they intiated refund process.reference number :[protected]...they intiated the process on april 20..after 7 days also i couldn't receive the refund amount of 498 rupees...kindly refund my amount

          As i have done a transaction to amazon successfully, but i returned the product back to amazon and so there was refund amount rs.657.00 initiated from their end on 20/04/2019 10.41am and the reference no is:[protected]
          But amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side whenever branch contact to the department they said today will credit it but still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

            I have purchased mobile and from amazon on[26/3/2019 ] by making payment of 8999 rupees through indian bank debit card. I have replace the item and amazon initiated refund on[[protected]] with refund reference number of[[protected]]. They even shared transaction id on my request. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected]
                And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So

                  I orders on 12th of april 3 items from amazon and paid by my debit card i received 1 items from them and cancel the remaining orders. Amazon team said me that they initiated the refund on 15th of april but sill it's not credited into my account they said to file a charge dispute but indian bank's customers denied to file it how can i rreceived my refund.

                    I ordered iik collection watch analogue silver big size dial on28.03.2019 for an amount of rs699.00, after recieving the product returned it due to very big size of dial and accordingly it is said refund issued on 05.04.2019, 11.30am bearing reference number[protected] from amazon. But till today i have not been refunded. When i contact with amazon they told to fill the charge dispute form. Please kindly see the matter.

                      I haven't received refund in my bank account. But the amazon has returned the money with reference number[protected]. Please take initiate in this case because its nearly been 2 weeks.

                      And i am contacting the bank customer care but they are saying there is no access to check the reference refund request. So, from this i am getting irritated and they are not responding in right manner. Kindly help in the refund.

                        Sir,
                        I have received confirmation mail from amazon for my refund amount rs.2664.20, initiated on[protected] with reference no.[protected].
                        Till now the amount not charge dispute to my account.

                        In this regard i called three times indian bank customer care, but answer the same that not able to charge dispute our side.
                        There is no way only file the complaint.

                          I had tried to pay my eb bill in amazon for two times but it was failed. The refund amount (455+455) was processed by 08/04/2019 and informed that it will get reflected by 13/04/2019. The reference numbers are 90981*78 and 90981*81. But it was not reflected till 26/04/2019. Customer care agent had told that they couldn't have access to disclose the information unless the utr code is provided. On contacting amazon, they had told that it was processed by their end and they had asked to check at the bank's end using the reference number. Incase of not receiving the refund, they had asked to file charge dispute. Kindly look into the matter..

                                I have Cancelled my order on 17/04/19 and the amazon side they send me the transaction Id for amount of 338 and 1209 and I have not yet refunded my amount still the amazon side they have send me the transaction number so please make the possible .And they have mentioned that the amount will get refund in 24/4/19 but still now it have not come .If I call the bank customer care they are asking me to get to amazon for information but in their side they are correct and they have send me the mail for my transaction amount but from bank side it is not solved till now it is more than a week and I have not refunded .Indian bank should take a step and make it solve

                                  My refund from amazon is not credited to my account yet. As per the details provided by amazon they have done the refund on 9th april, 2019 and mode of transaction was reversal method with reference number - 212360. I have contacted to the indian bank customer service to enquire on refund status and they have asked me to lodge a customer complaint on indian bank website. When i tried to lodge a complaint in the website under the section spgrs the website seems down. Attaching the response from the amazon and the screenshot of the spgrs site as well.

                                    I have credited the amount in amazon pay on by making payment of 8000 through indian bank debit card. My indian bank account no is[protected]. Account holder name-kritika s. My amazon account is from no [protected] with name kritika. I have initiated the return and amazon initiated refund on 14 april 2019, the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]. I call many times in branch for solution, even mail them but they are neiher attending call nor replying for the mail. Even i contacted main branch too but they too are not having any answer to my problem when i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. It is not only about a huge amount of money that has not been credited but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.
