I Am using atm card for adding money in my application wallet, when i added money in my wallet debit money from my bank account, but money not added in my application wallet, two time's i faced this issue between 1 week.

First time 180 rupee
Second time 777 rupee

I have cancelled a product of amazon worth Rs2599 on 10th of april and the amount has not been credited to my account yet.

When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank.
