      I went for the salem, suramangalam branch - indian bank to open a new savings account for me, in there i've asked a person who is working in that bank about some details to open a new account. There is no clear response from him, and also everyone who was working in that bank no body take responsible for it.. I got an bad experience and get disappointed..

        I have bought bike cover and skip rope from amazon... And i have returned it... But still the amount didn't reflect to my bank account... I've been waiting for 20 working days... This is so irresponsible thing... Amazon employee saying that we have reference number when i go to the bank... That reference number won't work... Are they playing with the customers... This is not fair... Kindly solve my problem

          I pay electricity bill through phonepe app bill will failed but my amount 13075 not refunded my bank account i contacted phone pe customer my amount is refunded but still not reflected 15 days ago still not refunded i send my references number please check deatils and refund as early as possible because 15 days ago still not refunded please apologise my request

            I had ordered a bag from amazon on 6th april but later cancelled the order. Amazon said they have initiated the refund on 8th april itself and bank has provided them with "Refund Reference id" which is the proof from their side that the refund has processed.
            However, I still haven't received the refund. Amazon provided me with a refund reference id 75503729099028528209456. but Indian Bank denies this number saying that it is of no use to them and they need a transaction id. I contacted amazon and asked for transaction id but they say that they have got only "refund reference number" with them and no such transaction id.

            I contacted customer care of amazon and Indain bank several times but they are just hitting me back and forth; amazon asks for contacting bank and bank asks for contacting amazon.

              I have cancelled an item on amazon just a minute after ordering it and amazon initiated the refund on the same day with refund reference number of[protected] which they got it from the bank. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care because i still haven't got the refund. But indian bank customer care executives are not resolving my issue properly.. When i contacted them. So, i'm currently doing this.

              Please kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible and refund my amount.

                I ordered mi power bank in amazon on 9th april due to some shipping address problem, i canceled my order and they told that in it will credited between 3-5 business days according to that my dead line is april 16th but still i did not get my refund, i am waiting for more than a week still i did not get... Customer service of amazon told that they have finished the transaction but still it is not credited into my account.

                  I have ordered an item of worth rs 3859 from amazon by my indian bank rupay card account number [protected] and returned it. They initiated the refund on 3rd april 2019 and stated that refund would come in my account by 9th april 2019. I have not receieved the refund yet and got a mail from amazon to contact bank customer service and give them a reference no[protected] and said the bank customer care will locate the authorization code and i will receive my refund. But when i called bank customer care they don't know how to do it. When i called amazon they told to dispute the transaction as refund not processes. I submitted an application on indian bank spgrs forum but still didn't get any reply.

                  So i request to please take actions regarding this whoever is the appropriate authority. After all i waited for month and still waiting for my refund to be processed

                      I mr chaitanya vinnakota tried to book an ac (Voltas 1.5 ton) in flipkart by using my mother indian bank rupay debit card with card ending no 0403 at 1:00 pm today. But unfortunately amount of rs 26999 was debited from the card and the order was not placed successfully in the flipkart account. I contacted flipkart customer care and inform the same and they told the problem is not from the flipkart account and the problem is from the bank side and it takes 8 days of time to refund. It is not the small amount so i request you to please refund the amount of rs 26999 to the same debit card immediately

                        Amazon has refunded me 1995 rs but the money is not reflecting into my account. I have not received refund because you are not transferring the refund. I have talked to amazon customer care service about it they said that the bank is showing keywords *pending* you are not transferring the payement into my account
                        Please do it as soon as possible because i need the refund urgently. The amazon has initiated the refund on 6 april and it should reflect into my account in 4-5 bussiness days but i have still not received the refund. Please do it fast

                          Hi this is sujeeth, customer of indian bank, i am facing issues with the bank that on 10th april i ordered a product from amazon and at the same day i cancelled the product and i got the message that the refund amount has been initiated to my bank account and now its been a week. I didnt recieve my refund amount. Amazon has provided me the reference number and with the help of that they asked me to visit the bank. When i visited the bank they asked me to send an mail to the bank. I sent a mail but i didnt receive any follow up or something from bank side. I am just fed up with this. It is just amount of rs 276. Third image is the proof first and second image was attached bymistakely i am unbale to delete those two images. I want an immediate action need to be taken on this.

                            As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on[protected] at 5:50 am and the reference no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but when i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious

                              My refund is not coming. I contact amazon customer service they told me that your refund of rs.2910.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected]. After 9th april i again called them and told them i didn't recive the refund, they told me your refund has been proceed successfully by us please contact your bank customer care. And also they give me the authorisation code (Refundreferencenumber[protected]. After this i called indian bank customer care they told no we didn't recive anything. And they just avoid me. My indian bank account number is[protected]. My amazon order number is[protected]

                                I have ordered a phone and had to cancel it on the same day and amazon has issued the refund on the same day itself i.e. 7th April 2019. The refund has been done from Amazon's side and we still did not get the refund and it's been more than 10 days ! Refund ref no '[protected]'. I contacted Indian bank customer care service also but there was no help. Please look into the issue and credit my refund amount into my bank at the earliest.

I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on 5th april with refund. They even shared transaction id on my request -[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway.. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

During the second transaction of 10000 inr the display showed collect the cash and after some time message unable to process displayed but sms received as inr 10000 deducted.                                         On 13/4/19 i had swiped my atm card and i try to withdraw my amount 200 but machine doesn't respond and it showed like time out. 2 times i try to do this but 2 time also it showed like time out. But my money 200 alone was deducted 2 times by indian bank. 200 they credited my money back but remaining 200 was not credited back. Till now i didn't receive my money back.
