Sir today i visit bank atm it was not working properly, and when i address this problem to bank staff they talk rudely to me and taking my complaint seriously, plz take appropriate disciplinary action against them, and i also asked about my atm card replacement policy which is not working properly from i took it from bank his chip is not working only magnetic strip is working.

    I have purchased flipkart but return the product then flipkart refund the amount but i checked the transaction payment not credit
    Sir I have ordered the product in Flipkart and amount is credited by using debit card and the amount refunded by Flipkart bit the not credited in my account and I am not able contact my home branch because I am working in other districts kindly do the needful for me

      I have ordered boat boom set from amazon and cancelled it on april 6. The refund amount isn't credited in my account still.. Consider my issue and make further process.. It's been a week.. I have called the indian bank customer care... But there was no help from them... When asked in amazon they intiated the refund on 6 the april... I am asking it for many times.. But refund is not credited

          Amazon has refunded the money to my account and the refund reference number is 75503729097028458492405 and has not been credited to my account (Account in the name of deepak upreti, pondicherry branch)
          Amazon says it’s done from their end as they received the refund reference number which is mentioned above

          Please help me to get it credited to my account with indian bank

            I had ordered an Amazon product, due to some mistake in my address, I cancelled the order.now I want that refund money, so I contacted Amazon ...they are saying that they already send that refund money, if it is not credited in your bank account, you should further contact your bank for the issue.also they provided an reference number of their refund transaction

              Hello, I'm writing to follow up on our conversation about the refund of your Order #403-0931691-1806703. Our Billing team has confirmed that we’ve issued a refund to your ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD for Rs. 27, 102.00 on April 6, 2019. The amount should reflect in your bank account statement after 12th April, 2019.The reference number for the refund is #90920896200920190408. For bank account refund confirmation, you can contact the bank’s customer care with this reference number for more information about your refund. If your bank doesn't provide the refund confirmation, you can dispute the transaction as "refund never processed".               Hi to all,
              Easy way to get credited your refund money in your A/C with in 24 hours for Indian Bank A/C holders. Get the reference number or the refund transaction details from the third party. Upl;oad is allowed only in .pdf format.
              Go To Indian Bank site > click "Contacts > Customer support > Customer Complaints > click "SPGRS" > fill the form as required with the details and in the "complaint details" section you mention the transaction number and the third party name as well the disputes. With in 4 hrs your amount will be credited. Calling CC of Indian Bank is waste of time as they don't have any access to anything regarding your account and will ask you to go to the nearest branch which will take another 4 to 5 days to get credited. I thank Mr. Bodhi from CC of Amazon.in who has given this idea and it worked. Amount credited with 2 hours in my account.

              I didn't get my refund and my refund Reference code is[protected] and my is 499
              Amazon initiate the refund on 21 February 2021 but not credit in my account.

                As i had ordered samsung charger on 06 apr 2019 through amazon and i had cancelled my order, they has initiated the refund on 06 apr 2019, and reference number is[protected] but i have not recieved the amount yet it is 13 apr 2019. Kindly solve my issue it has already too late. The amount was 649 rupees. I have called the bank they say it is not there problem, i called amazon they say it is not there problem. I could not find actual what is happening. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible, it has already taken lot of time.

                  But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                        Hi concerned

                        I am using indpay imps to transfer amounts. I had send money to my friend through imps option in indpay app on 12/4/19. Rs 31860 is debited in my account with imps charge rs.6 but the amount is not credited in my friend account.

                        I had tried checking the status of transaction it show successful but not credited to beneficiary account. I need the refund of money.

                        Kindly look into the issue and refund the money at the earliest

                          Subject - regarding fraudulent withdrawal of money from my bank account accounted in indian bank with a/c no.- [protected].

                          Respected sir,
                          It is to submit the complaint against the fraudulent transactions happened in my subjected account on 8th and 9 th april 2019 amounting rs. 1, 80, 000/- without my knowledge /consent.

                          Sadly to be informed that on 2nd april 2019 my husband shri sushil kumar kethwalia who was the co applicant in this bank account has been expired due to heart attack and my whole family is under financial crisis due to sudden demise of my husband.

                          In between this sad period of time, this fraud has happened and my whole family is disturbed and shocked.

                          I have sent my complaint in the branch of indian bank located in gurgaon. Also my daughter have raised the complaint in nearest cyber cell, sector 43, gurgaon for which fir copy is enclosed along with the transaction statement.

                          However, i have sent a complaint online on rbi and indian bank grievances cell, but have not received any satisfactory reply. They are just giving unnecessary excuses to delay the matter.

                          I am raising this complaint to you as me and my family is suffering a lot as that money was only my savings till date and after my husband i need to take care of my family.

                          Many things needs to be done as of now to submit the death certificates in all the departments and various official work need to be done but we do not have single penny in our hand.

                          I request you to kindly help me in this regard and provide me a solution in this matter.

                          Investigation is being done from banks end and police personnel's. They are also replying properly and sometimes talk in harsh language. We are going in bank and cyber cell to ask for the status but not getting any proper revert.

                          I have being now tired of visiting the bank and cyber cell as my health is also well and i am so much mentally disturbed and depressed due to sudden demise of my husband and money loss.

                          Please resolve this issue in short period of time so that i can proceed further for the regular formalities which needs to be done in regards with my husband.

                          I have the empathy and trust, hence i hope i will receive the revert as soon as possible.

                            I have purchased baby product of super bottom from amazon on march 29 by making payment of 2, 450 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on march 31st with refund reference number of[protected]. Icontacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                                As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from them inr 6901. Refund reference number is[protected]. But amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but when i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                                  I have ordered a charger in amazon and again returned it but still i didn't get the refund amount, amazon have already approved and initiated the, i have also got the reference number, kindly help me to get my money. I went to my branch and they didn't respond to me effectively. Their response is not good. Kindly refund my amount to my bank account. It has been 2 weeks ago the amazon has initiated the refund but still i do know what happened kindly do so and help me to get my money.

                                    I didn't get the amount from the amazon's shopping. But the executive officer in amazon told your money is already send to the account on april 3-5.                                         I have booked a product in flipkart which is of cost 561 rupees. The payment was successful through the account number[protected]. The account is in the name of jullur devender and j kavitha. The payment that we have made on the same day in morning was successful and we have received the product. And the payment made on same day in the evening was successful but we did not get the product. The flipkart authority has insisted us to consult the bank. So please provide our amount as soon as possible
