Am asha having account at your tiruverumbur branch. I need to change my registered mobile number to activate my atm card and generation of pin number. And also i need netbanking username and password. Pls help me as much as earlier possible.

On 03/04/2019, I have transferred R.75, 000 from my Indian Bank account to Kotak Bank Account through IMPS from Indian Bank Net Banking. I got error as "comm failure b/w indian bank and npci" and amount has been debited and NOT YET credited to the destination account. Please help me to get my amount back.
On 1st april 2019 i made an IMPS of ₹67000 to an account of Axis Bank. Amount deduct in a moment but till now the axis bank account is not credited..

    As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated 799. the reference no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them as lodged complain on spgrs andref no: ibcwe[protected] its still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

        I have purchased sparx shoe from amazon on 2/4/2019 by making payment of 998 through indian bank debit card. I have cancelled the item and amazon initiated refund on 2/4/2019 with refund reference number of[protected] They even shared transaction id on my request 1112W6vzXzzeVn1dNcxQcvDHA .I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

          There are not pass book printingvmachine and pass entrybhas to be made at the branch. Hal 2 stage always display printing not available network problem for. 5.04.19 too 10.04.19. How the the server and other services are available and only printing passbook has network problem. Problem to be resolved at the earliest. Last 3 days ian continuously visiting branch. But no solution

              While i am login to indpay app it shows to enter CIF details, and when i give the required details it showing an error 400 and get failure to login. Please give me solution for this problem
              I didn't receive my refund from Amazon. The deadline given by them April 1st. But i didn't get any amount credited to my account till now. The refund reference number provided by them to locate the refund path is[protected]. Please do the needful and please give me the refund status.

                        Savings bank account number :[protected]. I was using the magnetic strip atm card for a very long time. When my wife went to usa she took the atm debit global card with her during the visit to us (Oct 2018 to april 2019).
                        During her stay in us, i received (New) pin mailer through speed post on
                        12 february 2018 with the instruction to collect the chip card from the branch - kotturpuram. Since the magnetic strip card atm card was with my wife in us, i couldn't collect the card in the year 2018..
                        Now, when the policy changed to have chip card only, i didn't receive the chip card through post and i went to kotturpuram branch on 19 march 2019 and the officer destroyed the magnetic strip card and initiated for issuing chip card on 19 march 2019. But so far i have not received the atm chip card.
                        This chip atm card is required badly since it is on my pension account.
                        Kindly do the needful in me getting the chip card at the earliest & oblige.

                          I am g. Harikaran from thanjavur holding a sb account in thanjavur (Main branch).
                          1. My mother transact a money rs.4700 through googlepay app to my account in the date of 5.4.2019 at a time of 7.50am. The amount will be debited in my mother account but didn't credit to my account. (My mother also hold a sb account in same indian bank main branch).
                          2. At that time my account balance is rs.3496. I tried to transact rs.3000 to my cub bank account. The amount rs.3000 will be debited in my indian bank account but not credit in my cub account. I have mentioned my transaction details bellow.

                                        Hi i have purchased butterfly glass top gas stove on 29th march from amazon for rs. 3393 from indian bank debit card and i cancelled that product immediately and amazon initiated refund with refund reference number but till today that amount was not yet credited to my account. They have give transaction id on my request 75503729088028204537629. And when i visited indian bank branch they didn't respond properly. Then i contacted amazon customer care they told me to file charge dispute with indian bank. And they are denying charge dispute file /form facility. So please check with the bank and take action against them and refund the amount as soon as possible. Awaiting for your response.
