I made a purchase with amazon from indian bank debit card
After that i returned the item that i purchase from amazon and subsequently the refund has been processed by with reference number[protected] on[protected]. I was expected to get my refund reflected back into my acount by[protected].
But as of today i. E. On[protected] i am yet to see my reflected refund amount of rs 550 from bank.
Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I withdraw Rs.200/_ on 06/04/2019 from INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK ATM.But I only got message as amount withdrawl.I did not get amount.Kindly clear this issue and do the needful.

    I ordered a mi headset in amazon on end of march using my debit card but i cancelled that order on the same day itself. The refund process is initiated at 30 th march. They said it took 2-5 business working days to reflect amount in the bank account but now already 5 days gone and not received amount yet. My refund reference number is[protected]. Can anyone help me with is.

      I have ordered an item in amazon.in. Then i cancelled that. My amount rs.25, 990 has been deducted. I have got a reference number for refund from them i. E.[protected]. The ordered date was 29th march 2019. I have cancelled on the same day. I got the reference number at 09.53pm on 29th march 2019. Till now i have'nt got my refund of rs.25, 990/-.       The amount 491Rs debited from my account twice on 2nd April 2019 for a same order in food restaurant (domino's) . So kindly look into this issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.

        There was a unauthorised transaction from my account of ₹1713( debit card) on 31 march 2019 around 3 evening

        I've contacted the nearby indian bank branch and they said that the charge is voided but I can still see the transaction in my bank statements and still I didn't receive any refund from them

        So I request u to please acknowledge of the issue and help me bringing back the funds

          On 03/04/2019 i made an imps fund transfer of 2lacs from my account [protected] in indian bank to account [protected] federal bank.

          Here the amount has been debited from my account and it didn't get credited to the beneficiary. I got only the debited message alone didn't get the credited message.

            I had purchase shoes from amazon.in but due to certain circumstances i had to return it back... Amazon has initiated the refund and provide me a refund referrence number 75503729083028060837423... The amount is nit reflecting in my credit side of the passbook... So please kindly look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible... I went to my nearest indian bank they told me to write a letter i did that but after 3 days they revert me that from their end they cant do anything...

              I made an order on amazon of 13449 inr. But due to some reasons i returned the machine and they initiated my refund to the same.in my account {hardeep singh, saving a/c[protected], indian bank (Branch chandigarh sec 20-d)}. They have provide be a refund but the bank isn't credited that amount in my a/c, and when i called on customer care they said its not possible from our end.
              When i had a word with amazon they suggested me to file a complaint here.

                A sum of rs.38500 has not been credited to the concerned account on doing imps on 03.04.2019 (09.24 am). The money has also not been refunded to my indian bank account ([protected]). My account a m traders belongs to the chinniyampalayam branch, coimbatore. So, i kindly request to take the necessary acrion as soon as possible and refund the money to my account.

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  I am mukesh shrivastav, holding a sb account in ib solapur. I transferred rs. 20000/- to my friend's sbi account on 03/04/2019 through imps over indpay app.
                  After filled up received otp, the app shown error message. I tried again but failed.
                  After that, i checked the balance, rs 20000 debited from my account. I asked my friend to check balance in his account as app shows money is transferred to him. The money did not credit in his account.
                  Some friends said that the money will be credited either in my or my friend's account after 24 or 48 hrs. So, i waited but it did not happen. Now what can i do.

                      I have filed complaint with the Indian Bank SPGRS with Complaint NO.IBCWE[protected] on March 13, 2018. We have not received any response from them so far. When we tried to check the status through customer care they said the SPGRS response says that they need the Branch Name & Account Number. I have clearly mentioned all the details in my complaint. I was ready to give the details once again but the customer care person asked me to once again go to the SPGRS site & register the complaint. When I tried to open the website i found it is not working. I once again called the customer care & asked him to provided any alternate mail id. They said there are no mail ids but we have to complain only through SPGRS. Its very pathetic to make a complaint that the complaint website itself is not working. Indian bank is holding our hard earned money and dodging us without paying the amount due to us. We may have to take the issue to the next level.

                          I have done shopping and tried paying with atm card but transaction shown declined so i paid using other card which was successful, but when i see in statement of account (Where transaction declined) the same transaction was successful and amount debited which is not supposed to be.in this case the amount should have been credited back automatically by bank which was not the case here. So i am requesting the refund of the same.

                                I made a net transfer through IMPS from my Indian bank account to a beneficiary of hdfc bank on April 1st 2019. The amount got debited from my account but an alert popped up stating comm failure. Customer care responded that in one day it will get credited to beneficiary or else in 48 hrs it will get credited to my indian bank. But Still my amount didn't get credited to either hdfc bank or Indian bank. Please help.

                                  I had purchased a product of inr 1279 from amazon on 14 march 2019 for which i had paid using two modes of transaction:
                                  1. Amazon pay, inr 500
                                  2. Indian bank debit card, inr 779
                                  Since the product received was wrong i returned it on 18 march 2019. The seller received the product and initiated the refund on 27 march 2019 and i received the amazon pay of inr 500 the next day. I had contacted the seller again asking for remaining amount and he said that all the amount has been initiated for a refund. I called amazon customer care and the executive told me to wait for 3-5 working days. Now it has been 6 working days and the refund has not been processed yet.

                                  No communication received from the bank whatsoever even while mailing the chief compliance officer/ customer handling, online complaint registrations. The refund probably processed automatically to the referenced account number to which it originally belonged after a long wait. Or there could be a bank official clearing the stuck amounts in the channel after realising that he/she should now better get back to work after spending a bunch of days/months of boring chit-chat.

                                    I order one wallet worth of rs 399... And again i returned on march 26th 2019... Amazon refunded on 1st april 2019... So i called to indian bank becuse still not yet credited to my account so i called customer care but thy dint resolved my issue... So kindly check and resolve my issue...
