We are sorry to note that the complaint raised by us regarding the non receipt of the IMPS transfer of Rs.3, 500/- on 1-4-2019 remains UNSOLVED even after 48 hours. Our reputation and credit worthiness is at stake as the beneficiary has never received the amount till this moment.

I have done shopping and tried paying with atm card but transaction shown declined so i paid using other card which was successful, but when i see in statement of account (Where transaction declined) the same transaction was successful and amount debited which is not supposed to be.in this case the amount should have been credited back automatically by bank which was not the case here. I made a net transfer through IMPS from my Indian bank account to a beneficiary of hdfc bank on April 1st 2019. The amount got debited from my account but an alert popped up stating comm failure. Customer care responded that in one day it will get credited to beneficiary or else in 48 hrs it will get credited to my indian bank. But Still my amount didn't get credited to either hdfc bank or Indian bank. Please help....

refund initiated but not received

I had purchased a product of inr 1279 from amazon on 14 march 2019 for which i had paid using two modes of transaction:
1. Amazon pay, inr 500
2. Indian bank debit card, inr 779
Since the product received was wrong i returned it on 18 march 2019. The seller received the product and initiated the refund on 27 march 2019 and i received the amazon pay of inr 500 the next day. I had contacted the seller again asking for remaining...

want to cross check in my account amazon refund amount credited or not

I order one wallet worth of rs 399... And again i returned on march 26th 2019... Amazon refunded on 1st april 2019... So i called to indian bank becuse still not yet credited to my account so i called customer care but thy dint resolved my issue... So kindly check and resolve my issue... Amazon senior executive i askd thy are telling its refunded so kindly check... Refund reference number[protected]...

imps transaction

transfer through imps failed but money deducted

Hi my name is niraimathy from pondicherry. imps transfer failed

I transferred on 01/04/2019 rs 2, 00, 000 from indian bank mudaliarpet pondicherry branch to dena bank pondicherry branch through imps. I never got msg saying transaction successful but money was deducted from my account and it was not credited in the destination account also. Kindly help me to get my money back. My home branch asking me to wait for two more days.. I have lodged online complaint also in the bank website...

I am manikantan r. Last week tuesday 26/03/2019 tried to book a bus ticket through paytm. Unfortunately the booking was failed after amount of rs.500 debited from my account (Acc no: [protected]). From paytm side they are said that they are initiated the refund process and transaction id :0001090869085209582061. Still i will not get refund credited to my account. money credicting issue

money deduct but not receive beneficiary account

I'm send money to beneficiary account apr1 2019 using indian bank upi. The amount of 300 my money is detected but amount is not transfer to beneficiary account.
Also indian bank website complaints link not work. So, please refund my money in my account or transfer to beneficiary account.

worst services ever

As i have placed on swiggy and amazon and not h were cancelled i need to receive a refund of nearly 1500 rupees, but the amount is not credited into my account i have contacted them and they said it's the problem related to bank, i have posted a complaint but there is no response, it's been months i haven't received my refund yet. Is your people technical system not working properly, i didn't expect this from indian bank, it's the worst experience...
