My internet banking vide imps fund transfer transaction no:[protected] dated 12/9/2016 amount: Rs 5000 /- from my Indian bank, Mettur dam to Syndicate Bank, Johnsonpet, Salem is not credited till now. the same is also available in my transactionKindly help for refund of the amount transferred .On enquiry i was asked to wait for 10 days but one month has passed still no response . kindly clarify .

On 24.08.17 morning i transfer rs/-2000 to my andhra bank a/c through imps. But the amount as not credited to in that account. For your reference imps no:IMPS/P2A/[protected]/[protected]/ANDB/tfr to TRANSFER TO[protected]. So plz refund the amount rs/-2000 to my account.

    Description:
    I requested a emv debit card from my nearest indian bank branch. After waiting one week they finally gave me my card and said that i should set pin for my new card in nearest indian bank atm. So i went to the nearest atm and followed the procedure they gave me they were some errors while setting my pin but in the end it says "unauthorized usage". Now i cannot withdraw money form atm nor can i do online shopping which is the main reason i bought the card for.
    I tried indian bank customer care number[protected]
    So please just call or do something.

      I am a senior citizen and residing at Plot NO 17, 9th Street, Padmavathinagar Madambaakkam Chennai 600126. I am having an Account with Rajkilpakkam Indian Branch SB A/C NO[protected]. Whenever I want to withdraw money I have to approach the nearby Madambakkam branch ATM. But to my surprise most of the time the ATM is not working. When the matter is brought to the notice of the branch manager Madambakkam branch he is not giving valid reply. Similarly at about 1630 hrs on 01.10.2016 I tried withdrawal of money through ATM Madambakkam I got remarks Transaction declined as usual. The staff working admitted that the ATM not working. For withdrawing money I have to run pillar to post. I also observed that ATM provided by State Bank of India is found to be always working. Hence I request that request that action may please caused to be taken to ensure prompt working of ATM provided by Madambakkam branch Indian Bank and save the people from avoidable worries.

        Dear Sir,

        I inform you that, I put my request to Branch office for getting Debit Card for my Saving Account No. [protected]. Accordingly, I got the Debit Card through your Branch and got the green Pin alert on my cell no. However, since there is no Indian Bank ATM in our city- AHMEDNAGAR -414001 (Maharastra) Branch Manager told me he should arrange PIN through courier and accordingly send request to the head office two weeks back.

        But sorry to say till date I doesn't received PIN or any communication from the head office yet.

        So pl look into the matter and do the needful.

            I had requested for a home loan last week in Indian Bank and got a call after 3 days. The customer service executive did not give me any clear details on the loan procedure and said that they will call again later. Since then, I have not received any such call regarding my query.

            I have to try nationalized bank since my dad is having account in Indian Bank for more than 10 years i thought of Indian bank loan. If they are having these kind of poor customer service am fearing that how they will respond for processing my loan.Take care of customers else dont fake people by your ADs

              It's now more than 7days there is no action from your site.
              I have paid electricity bill on 25 aug 2016 using debit card, some how transaction got cancelled because site was not responding and i have received fail notification along with details from freecharge.

              Poor customer support i must say didn't received any notification from bank.

              In kphb Indian bank branch when going then the people say server down nd 1 month back I lost my atm card nd next day I applied new card nd I hv msg to go nd collect ur atm card but there one boy one lady sitting on first cabin nd eating everytime nd saying wait for 2-3 hours server is down nd after 2-3 hours we r asking then he said come tomorrow it's like 5 time done nd I don't hv atm card is so difficult wht can we do now

                Hi,

                This is to inform you that my father-in-law had invested Rs. 6 lac as a fixed deposit to Indian Bank Chinsurah branch with interest rate as 9 percent annually for 364 days time period. Date of deposit was on 15/7/2015 and due on 13/7/2016. As a quarterly basis, he got the interest amount Rs. 13500 for first three quarter but in the last quarter, he got 13142 instead of 13500. Rs. 358 was not paid to him. Because in the last quarter, he should have been paid Rs. 13500

                I have attached FD certificate for your reference. I had sent the mail to [protected]@indianbank.co.in email id. Please reply ASAP.

                  It's been a nightmare since i have been used indian bank card on my swipe purchase at navigator show room chennai, on 26 june 2016. An amount of rs 920/- has been debited from my account twice. Regarding this i have been visited my branch almost 10 times. And complaint also filed on various occasion. Hence i didn't got any solutions from your side. I didn't got my refund yet. I also submitted a statement of navigator show room their it shows it was debited once. I have been spoke to branch manager for 10 times he is telling me he is not an authorized person to make a refund. Hence its a card purchase which made outside the bank he is not responsible. Said by manager.

                          Some unknown miscreants debited money from my account on 05.7.16 of salary credited from the office of local administrative department, karaikal.We said to bank manager they gave assurance for us but next month on 31.07.16 also I lost my salary. I'm really spinach on about August month. If it will continue i can't run my family which will create lot of problems mentally. As such i request that early action may be taken to recover my lost amount and this will not be happened in future.

                              Hello I'm Shobhit Srivastava..I'm having an account with ur bank(A/c no - [protected]) with this I'm having an RD(No - [protected]) also which will mature on 29/01/2017.As I'm in need so I want to close this RD urgently as I've opened it through online banking..when I'm trying to close it through my online banking account under closing e-TDA option there it's showing NO RECORDS AVAILABLE...In this regards I've spoken to the internet department now I'm able to enter the details under closing e-TDA option but whenever I'm entering the details its showing the error.ive sent an mail three times to [protected]@indianbank.co.in also and spoken with my branch and many times to customer care but got no help.. sending you the screenshot also in this regards... I'm very upset plzz help me..

                                I had done recharge for airtel network for 400 rupees through indpay application. The payment id is[protected] and transcation id is indbip[protected]. The payment status is mentioned as paid but i did not receive the recharge. Though the money has been debited from the account, i neither have it got back nor got the amount recharged. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                    Dear sir
                                    I smt bedabati sahu having account no[protected] at berhapur, hanuman bazar branch submitted a written request for my bank locker no 139 at hanuman bazar branch on 13/01/2016 as my husband was seriously sick (Multiple carcinoma and lower portion body paralyzed) to open the locker as the key is misplaced. I went to brach with all medical report.

                                    Since january till this date i have visited so many times but no avail. My husband sri balarm sahu passed away on march 12/2016. During my husband was sick i have visited so many times as i needed money for the multiple complex and costly treatment but the concerned branch manager mr s. K. Pradhan has turned a deaf ear towards my request. At present the new branch manager told me you keep coming and no surety when your problem will be solved.

                                    I am ready to submit my husband’s death certificate and legal heir certificate and any other proof. But he is not accepting
                                    At this juncture i need your immediate intervention to the matter.
                                    As i have sent a mail on 24/07/2016 to all concerned at indian bank but still no action taken
