On 14Jan 2017, i booked a mouse on flipkart and cancelled it for some reason.I contacted flipkart about refund and they said they have remitted the amount to bank and they will credit your account in 10 days.It's now more than 10days but there is no action from the bank.

I have logged the complaint on customer portal on 30th Jan 2017 they have not resolved my complaint and mark that as completed
Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This process delay in responding and if we use correct code also it shows to I have to confirm once again and it get locked twice, Last couple of days Iam trying to login in ur website, please try resolved as soon as possible, other wise please tell customer care to support for login

    As per Government of India announcement``, I tried to take cash of Rs 2000 at "Big Bazaar" Express Avenue Mall, Chennai. on 27-November-2016 with My Debit card NO:[protected], transaction has cancelled and got statement like "Cash-Reversed" But I checked the statement and It's mentioned as "Point of Purchase" and Rs 2000 has taken from My Account, I checked with Big Bazaar, got "Payment not received letter". I submitted the Proofs and raised a Complaint with Indian Bank, Mannady Branch four times. But they won't responding properly. Asst Branch Manager and Chief Manager is not answering My Complaints. I asked for complaint acknowledgement to raise complaint against this in court, but they reject to acknowledge My Complaints. Please take action against this complaint. I enclosed the Proof of Documents.

      On 13 Jan 2017, i have tried booking IRCTC ticket and transaction was canceled by the bank but money got deducted it's now more than 10days but there is no action from the bank.

      I have logged the complaint on customer portal on 18th Jan 2017 they have not resolved my complaint and mark that as completed.

      I am taking rigorous follow-up on mail and so far drafted more than 20 emails but no reply.

      Finally today got refund of 550rs along with transaction charge of 10rs. Still I must day poor customer support experience. SUGGESTION FOR INDIAN BANK:- It's really great help if Bank should keep track failed transaction and withing 48 hours or within 3 days they should initiate back transaction. Ex:-Currently CITI BANK is doing this, if your transaction is fail and money got deducted within 24hours you will get money back in your account.

            My name is Vineeth.Im the younger son of Mr.Kunhi Raman, and
            my father recently had faced an issue regarding the documents which we
            have kept in INDIAN BANK (Gudalur branch, Nilgiris).During the year
            2006, we have taken a agricultural loan of RS.25, 000 on behalf of our
            one yechar land ownership document.Within one year(2007) the
            government has published that all the agricultural loan which the
            people has taken need not to be paid.After two years my father had
            gone to the Indian bank for getting the land documents.But the bank
            manager during that time was not hearing my father's words and he sent
            him out of the office saying that the document was not there.Again
            after one year my father had gone to the bank asking for the
            document, but the manager was telling that im new to this branch and
            the documents was not here.You need to ask to the previous manager and
            Im not responsible for this document.After that by no other way my
            father had raised a complaint in the court.Again when he went to see
            the manager, he arrogently spoken that we can see the case in court and
            I know how much time it will take to get your document.
            Now we are in need of our land documents to take a personal
            loan for my higher education.So please look into that and do the
            needful.Here by I have mentioned the bank address for your kind
            consideration.

              I deposited rs.15000 on 09092000 for which rip receipt no. 494230 was issued with folio no rip/41/139 for maturity value rs 20172 and maturity date was 09092003, as i was busy with my kids education i forgot to present it to branch and as my husband was posted to different branches of your bank and got retired in 2015, he also could not help me in this regard.Now he went to ghaziabad branch so many times but they are not helping him in getting the work done, and mention different excuses as the rip was in manual, later it was transfered to tbc and then migrated to cbs system. As my husband after searching old record shown them that from manual ledger it was transfered to tbc wide ref no 2523, later it might be lying in over due deposit (manual) balance of bgl of cbs system.Now as he is fed up with the branch .I request you to help me in the matter, and instruct the branch to renew my rip wef 09092003 for 10 years and again renew it for 5 years ie .Up to 09092018.

                I tried to withdraw cash using Indian Bank ATM card from ATM ID 03246022 with SEQ NO[protected] on 09/01/2017 but ATM machine did not dispensed cash . But after sometime i got a message of cash deduction from account . I tried to contact customer support number next day but Indian Bank Customer Service numbers were not reachable. Even from last two days i am trying to contact on Indian Bank Customer support numbers[protected],[protected] but these are not reachables . please resolve this issue.

                        Hi,
                        My account was wrongly debited twice for Rs.1330.
                        I called on the Tollfree customer care number, the Guy just picked my call kept the phone on & didn't respond. He literally wasted my 23 minutes.
                        When i called again i got the same irresponsible, irrational reponse.
                        These customer care executives are hired to help the customers & not waste their time or make fun of them.
                        It would be better if Indian Bank took more effort in employing the right people.
                        & keep a check on how they are handling customers.
                        If this is going to continue, surely Indian Bank will lose it's customers.
                        If anyone who can take a step & make an effort should do this soon.

                        I have registered for net banking 5 days before and still it is not activated as the message came it will be activated within 24 hrs. I tried contacting the branch people but no one is lifting the call.
                        Hi I have an account on kirumapakkam branch, Pondicherry 607403. Recently I tried to apply debit card, so I given a letter but they didn't get from me and they said to come tomorrow, I asked why I have to come tomorrow, it's 3.15pm only why u can't process my request today, suddenly one of the staff sold me with bad words, so kindly take action.

                          I Apply my debit card apply date 23/12/2016, still i dint receive my ATM card I check my home branch in Thiruporur pin code-603 110 this bank manager is not responding and wrongly behavior to me he say you close your account like this response very poor please take action immediately this manager and short out my problem, please reply this email with in a days. other wise i will forward to this email in reserve bank of India.

                          note:- Every time bank says no cash we have deposit much amount in emergency case also bank saying no cash how we run our business with out cash please short out immediately.

                              As i am account holder of indian bank, i went to indian bank (Ulsoor branch, bangalore) near by my location for taking my account statement detail. They said that you have to go to your branch specified in passbook. I told them now core banking facility is available but they denied for the same. For me my specified branch is very far. Even they said we cant accept your net baking form as well....

                                      Most Respectfully, I Mr. Monoj Kumar Bharali is a valued customer of Indian Bank, Duliajan Branch bearing Savings Bank account No.[protected] and maintain a good transaction since the opening of the branch.

                                      I have deposited an EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) in favour of M/S Oil India Ltd., Duliajan, Assam 786602 on 17/06/2016 vide pay in slip no. 3409 dtd. 17/06/2016 with an amount of Rs.14, 500/- for participating in a Tender No. DCO1257P17. Accordingly Oil India Ltd. released the EMD amount on 05/11/2016 vide letter reference no. A/CS.54/EMD/2016 to the Indian Bank, Duliajan Branch. The letter has been received by bank authority with proper seal & sign. on dtd.10/11/2016. But the said amount has not been credited to my account till now. When I visit the branch to know the status and asked the Branch Manager Mr. Bijit Boruah why the amount is not credited to my account yet?. Then all the staffs and the Branch Manager not willing to co-operate me and behave me rudely and also reply me in aggressive mode that they don't have received the released letter from Oil India Ltd..

                                      Accordingly, I have visited the accounts department of Oil India Ltd. and asked them why they don't send the released letter yet. Then they showed me the released letter which was received by Indian Bank, Duliajan Branch. Again I visit the branch and show the copy of released letter received by them, then Branch Manager Mr. Boruah replied that anybody can make such stamps and sign over the letter. Though the stamp is of our branch but the signature doesn't belongs to anyone. Is this a joke???? Can any unauthorized person make a bank's stamp? What a nonsense and hopeless branch manager he is?? Again I request him to consult with the Oil India authorities regarding the matter. But that nonsense manager replied me in a angry mode that it's not my problem it's your and Oil India's problem and you have to solve it yourself don't come here again regarding this matter I can't assist you any way. Is this be a behave and reply of a branch manager to a customer?
                                      This incident really hurt me a lot.

                                      This is not the first incident, the Branch Manager Mr. Bijit Boruah do such type of behavior to me and other customers including the Bank's Land Lords brother earlier also. But we neglect the matter as the branch is next to my house and I try to make friendly relationship with all. But, this time this hopeless manager cross the limits. We customers are not his slave that he can say anything what he like. The bank authorities go home to home to open account when the branch was first set up. I don't come myself to open any account in this branch.

                                      I have send mails to higher authorities of Indian Bank telling them the matter but no response has been taken from their side yet.

                                      Therefore, being helpless I would fell comfortable to introduce the matter at your esteem court.Hope you will look after the matter on urgent basis and requested to take immediate disciplinary action against this hopeless, manner less, nonsense, idiot anti-social Branch Manager Mr. Bijit Boruah and the staffs and Indian Bank, Duliajan Branch, Duliajan, Assam, 786602 at the earliest and arrange to credit my EMD amount to my account as early as possible.

                                      Respected sir Iam account holder at thiruppuvanam Branch (sivagangai district) I have deposited money ofRs 200000 the rbi has instructed the bank to debit Of rs24000 per week but the branch manager not following the rules and she is misusing the authority by supporting her personal use please take action
