    This is to inform that indian bank atm (stanly entrance) the atm machine is not working for the past three months and customers like me felt big problem when we try to get money in critical time. so kindly request to send your technicians and do the needful at earliest. as the atm center is located in entrance, so public peoples unable to withdrawn money. so plz do the needful.

      This is informing you that last 15years saving account in ennore indian bank branch vide a/c no.:[protected]. Last two month may & june each rs.15/- debited my account. I am asking indian bank branch officer they say sms withdrawal amount. But i am not activate any sms alert.

      Without prior information they do like this type of activities so kindly refund my amount.

          I am great full with this bank. I came to know that aadaar car, election id, driving license. Etc all the identification card given by indian government are not at all identifyable material.
          Relationship certificate given by a village officer is nothing showing a relation ship with any its just a piece of paper which should be in the proposal. And they dont know how we are related so but we should prove that we are related.

          I am an indian bank account holder at vasundhara branch, Ghaziabad dt, Uttar Pradesh.. the office staffs of this branch bank are behaving very poorly to the customers...they are talking very harshly, , especially the girl Niharika She has no manners to talk with customers...i am going to cancel my account ..this week.

            Indian Bank staff members in the following Branch Chanubanda post, chatrai mandal, krishna district, 521214, Andhra pradesh, . are not at all giving proper response if we ask any doubt. as of me, I opened one account in this bank, I am working in Bangalore and I gave this as my salary account, .
            everything is good.,
            I went to apply for ATM card by taking leave., then to receive it, I went thrice to that bank as the person who is giving ATM cards was not available..
            They only asked me to come in particular day.. but when I went to receive my ATM card, no one is giving answer in a polite way..
            Finally I received my ATM card after three visits, by taking leave in the office and by spending Rs 3000/- for my travel every time.., now it is not working.. when ever I want to use it it is showing "UN AUTHORIZED ACCESS".
            what a hell is this?
            all my family members are having account in Indian Bank, that is the main reason for opening one account.. but now I am so depressed with this bank people, I will never encourage any known person to open account in this Bank especially in this area..

              I am an indian bank account holder for about 15 yrs.at ayothiyapatnam branch, salem dt, tamilnadu.. the office staffs of this branch bank are behaving very poorly to the customers...they are talking very harshly, , especially ur asst. manager, peon, cashiers...they are hurting ..i am going to cancel my account ..this week.and i will ask explanation legally also

                    I am Elaiyaraja son of Mrs.Selvi. I am writing this letter behalf of my mother Selvi, Who is holding an

                    account (A/c no.[protected] in your bank at this branch. I just want to bring this to your knowledge that my mother selvi came to your bank yesterday to withdraw amount of Rs.10000.00.

                    But the teller insisted her to withdraw the same from the ATM machine. Since my mother does not know how to operate the ATM machine, She kindly requested to help her to withdraw from the teller counter.

                    Even after several times she requested them. The teller refused to take the cheque from my mother and without any courtesy they have refused harsly.

                    With broken heart my mother came back to home without money. Sir, since we are working in outstation we are unable to come to my hometown and help my mother to withdraw money.

                    Please consider this letter as a complaint letter on the concern person who handled a customer like this and not even consider a old women.

                    I would request you to take disciplinary action on that staff. As Mahatma Gandhi said that customer is equal to God. We don’t want us to treat us like God atleast treat as like a human.

                        My name is Mohamed Ismail a loyal customer of Indian bank since year 2010. I recently did an IMPS transfer via internet banking for an amount of 17, 500 from my Indian bank personal ac to an ICICI ac on 10th Mar'16. The fund was debited from ac and surprisingly it neither reached the beneficiary nor it reversed back to my account. Since then have contacted both via phone and emails to the bank customer care, grievance section, branch, etc. its already 6days now (16th Mar'16/11:55hrs) and no action has been taken. When have checked with branch head via phone today who says have no clue on how to resolve and is waiting for internet banking care to respond, asking to wait fr another 3 days to see if there is any action. He is very careless saying they being a branch also trying the same way as normal customer by calling writing to the customer care for an answer. This is so ridiculous! Am highly disappointed on this careless service of Indian bank, I highly regret being their loyal customer for all these years leaving many other leading private banks who are worth to mention for their quick attention. I don't know how many days more I will have to wait for my own funds? The reason to have chosen IMPS was it due to an urgent situation! Highly distressed and looking for a justice! The purpose bringing it to your attention to know possibilities to assist people in such situation. Also to make aware about horrible Indian bank services!

                          My account number :[protected] Golden Rock Branch. I am using the facility of mobile banking. On 18th February 2016 at 12.45 pm i tried to send Rs.5000/- to South Indian Bank account number [protected]. IFSC code SIBL000038. 3 times the amount went and returned back. Finally fourth time the amount debited from my account but not credited in SIB account. I enquired about it IB manager, but they asked me to complaint in customer care. Kindly rectify this mistake and credit Rs. 5000/- to my account.

                            I am a valuable customer of Indian bank. I am having account since from 2005. Indian bank Sankara mutt branch kanchipuram BM not willing to give minimum level respect to customers
                            He is shouting at people with low class words. Even though ueducated people asking doubts politely, he is shouting and treating customers as his slave and not giving proper response to customers.
                            I kindly submit that the evidence of CCTV camera in band premises. I kindly request you to seen it and kindly taking against the BM of Indian bank, Sankara mutt branch, kanchipuram. Thanking you.

                                    Am leaving in Thirunageswaram, Near Kumbakonam, Tamilnadu. In my area Indian bank is there. Am their valuable customer for more than 6 yrs. Today i went to the ATM. It's not in working condition. the staff said wait for few min. After few min its says out of service. Me and few people argue with that staff. He cooly replied its the machine. Its work according to its situation. we replied if its today alone means we can leave.. Weekly nearly 2 days its closed. That staff named "srikanth shama" saying lethargicaly i[censored] don't like it pls cancel the account. Have account in some other banks.. You indian banks why are you guys are so worst? Its the way to talk with customers?? Plz eliminate this staff srikanth sharma immediately from Indian bank tirunageswaram 612204. Not only this.. This branch is really worst.. Its look like a fish market during weekend and Monday Tuesdays.. We have to wait nearly 1 hr for transactions.. Very slow workers and only 2 workers for this transaction purpose.. And NO token system tooo... And here few north indians guys also working without knowing our mother tongue tamil.. So village people's are suffering to converse with them. And pls install debit machine in ATM to reduce the crowd in bank.. So please do what all we said. This msg is not by single.. We nearly 50 persons are togetherly doing this.. I[censored] don't take any actions we surely out of your indian bank and cancel our accounts and move to other banks.

                                      Money was deducted twice but transaction was successful only once and goibibo is claiming it's Indian Bank's fault and Indian Bank is claiming it's goibibo's fault.I booked a flight and the first time it didn't get book but money was deducted. Now Indian Bank is stating money has been deducted and taken by the agent whereas goibibo is stating it has been dropped.
