My name is D.sarath kumar and my father is a farmer. I take a education loan for my diploma studies. I took Rs-15000/- on 2009 in that amount is issue after getting bonafide certificate on concern polytechnic college on in year once they give Rs-5000/- due to 3 years they give Rs-15000/-. Still I am not finishing my studies now doing B.E., in this time that we are go to INDIAN Bank for pay that education loan amount Rs-15000/-. The Bank Manager told that you should pay Rs-100000/- . In that period (C.M) can announced that only for education loan without interest. But the concern bank has told that you may pay that amount Rs-100000/-.       Dear sir my acct no is[protected] in indian bank, katra branch jammu and kashmir, i opened my acct in 11/06/2011 in indian bank . That time i posted there but from last 3 years i transferred from jaammu and kashmir to patna and i facing problem to operate my account in katra . 08 months back i written an application regarding transfer of my account from katra jammu and kashmir branch to patna malahi pakri, bihar branch . I was deposited my application in patna malahi pakadi branch . But till date my account is not transferred due to this i facing lots of problem .

      Keeping in view of above problems once again i request you to please tfr my account at the earliest from katra branch to patna branch. And also intimate me.

        I had withdrawal rs 10000/- on 02.05.2015 and again demanded rs 5000/- throuh ATM but rs 5000 not processed and rs 5000 is debited my account After I have lodged complaint on 05.05.2015 in Indian Bank there is my Salary account but indian bank not given answer till today

          Hi This is v s sanal working at abroad so i would like to apply passport for my wife for bring my wife here but for that procedure passport office require attestation from the cencern bank manager but the bank manager Tamil nadu, pammal branch, indian bank is ignoring to issuing the attestation letter

            Hi, I have taken education loan in July 2011 from Indian bank at Railway road Hapur. I am eligible for education loan subsidy scheme. I have submitted 3 time all the documents which bank ask me to get loan subsidy. But whenever i ask to bank person they tell me new story every time even now they are not listening me anymore. I wanted to know that now what is the processor. My loan account no is[protected]. I have asked many time about interest rate and EMI but they never tell me exact calculation. I would like to know that how can i get this scheme.I have complained in their Zonal Office. Now I am so upset. I do not have any option as they are not listening me. Kindly get back to me as soon as possible.

              Card No.4328 08XX XXXX 7338 I am out of station and I did not receive the statement. Also in a new city I am not able to find Indian Bank near my house. Since I am in new city to find the Indian Bank and then pay the due amount it took time that I paid after due date.Hence waive off the late fee for all previous months so that I will pay the full amount this month.

                  Hello sir, I got my new ATM card on 24/03/2015. When, I tried to draw the cash in ATM machine. I used my ATM in Indian Bank Atm its showing unauthorized access. I used my ATM in City Union Atm its showin hot card. I used my ATM in Karur Vysa Bank Atm its showing unable to process. Get me a solution for this problem? Thanks in advance

                    I went to withdraw cash in choolaimedu high road ATM booth during night 10.30 pm on 8.3.2015, i found the security guard sitting by the side of ATM machine and another person (probably his friend) sitting right in front of ATM machine both chatting. I asked the security guard (Mr.Nagappan) to come out of the booth alongwith the person with whom he was chatting as i wanted to use ATM. He refused and told me that he will not see my PIN number while operating. When i tried to explain him that nobody is supposed to be inside the ATM booth while one is operating. He was so rude in his talk to me while i was talking to him gently. My children with me were so afraid and they wanted me to leave the booth at once and go. While i was leaving he came out of the booth and called me and said to come and sit out of the booth for sometime and feel the heat and smell in adjacent chicken shop and also told me to lodge complain where ever i want to. As i reside in choolaimedu i dropped my children at home and went back again to the same ATM booth and found the security guard now guarding outside and this time i used ATM machine. You can see the guard sitting inside chatting with his friend with the help CCTV installed inside the booth. I request the concern authorities to look into the matter as it is a matter of security concern of the customers. I hold savings account with Pursawalkam Indian Bank branch. I am enclosing the picture where you can see the guard sitting beside the machine and another stood up and chatting with security guard. Niyaz Ahmed [protected]
                    Complaint on Indian bank selaiyur atm security guard. Just a while ago we went to set pin for our atm card. The guard was continuously opening the door and stood beside the people who insert card to withdraw cash from atm. He didn't mind about the privacy concern that people would have. He even didn't take his eyes off whilst they enter their pin numbers. While we entered and we were amidst the process of setting pin, he just came and stood beside us and he showed foul face to us stating that we are setting pin rather than withdrawing cash. We kept quiet but he went out and was shouting to everyone in line saying that we are setting pin which to my knowledge is absolutely incorrect and out of place and he has no rights to tell anyone if we were setting pin or not. While I asked about him when we came out, he used foul language towards me and highlighted that he has the power to do whatever he wants and it is his right to go stand peeping while people withdraw cash and set pin. Never did I know that Indian bank has given the security guards this kind of rights. It was totally disgusting and he showed no ounce of respect. This makes the safety and privacy of common people's pin numbers and transactions questionable. I request the concerned people to take action on this matter. Thank you.

                      Sir, I'm having Pension account with Indian Bank, Mettur Rs Branch, Mettur Dam, Salem, Tamilnadu vide Savings a/c.No.[protected] and i availed a loan on the year 12/02/2013 and the loan was completed on 12/02/2015 but the amount of Rs.2920 not dispensed i think they debit that amount for loan evenafter the loan was finished, when i try to take that amount in ATM it shows in Ledger Balance and Available Balance and the receipt showed Insufficient Balance in your account. Pl kindly ask the Bank Officials to close that Loan account and Reverse the cash. Thanks and Regards S.Sakunthala

I had gone to deposit 38, 000 to reddiarpalayam branch ( pondicherry) (3.10 p.m) as it is near to my husband's house. The cashier refused to accept cash deposit and is asking me to deposit in Main Branch( Kamraj salai) which is 2 kilometers away. I had gone to main branch and deposited there.

                                      Sir i'm prasath.i'm studying civil engineering in perambalur.my mother and father was expired.i don't have income.because of my poorness, i applied education loan in indian bank at ramanatham branch in 2011.even i attached all my documents with loan application they(honourable Mr.cuddalore LDM)rejected my application.i gave several reminders, they did not hear my voice.i could not attend my college classes, because of my due fees.this was all by honourable Mr.cuddalore LDM one who did not sanction my loan application at right time.please help me
