I also received a message on 12th March, stating that " Thank you for subscribing to our Internet banking facility. Contact home branch for collecting the pin after 16/03/11".

Hi Sir, this is balaji pachiyappan mani, I started my account on dec 2010, still my ATM not able get because they having my ATM Card, i tried to ask with arni branch manager, he didn't response to me and other customers along with abuse bad words. and also branch manager speaking badwords with colleques(co-workers) in local languages, me and many customer disturbing about it, Kindly please take immediate action otherwise he will spoil...

For the past 1 month,the work days of this branch is changed as
Monday-Saturday with time slot for customers as
Monday-Friday (9am-2pm)
Saturday(9am-12noon)

This is not flexible for customers as our office timings are also similar to this.Previously,this branch was functioning even on Sundays and took off on Monday but the same timings were followed.We the Customers want this branch to function on Sundays...

Every year november month pension holder want to put signature in front of officer.If pension holder went to the bank means the officer will not treat properly if they went morning means the officier will said come at afternoon den v went that time means again he tell to come after 3 pm the same thing will happend till 20th of november finally 22 nd he getting the signature dats all after getting he didnt send dat letter to correct department...

I have went to indian bank(saidapet) for taking DD. All the staffs in that bank were very bad (i.e) not even talking like a human being, they talking like that they giving their money to people. Their is no help desk in that bank. One lady in the counter 3, not even responsing 2 any1 properly. Except the Cheif manager, No one is behaving like a staff. they were simply talking about their own stories...

I have availed education loan in Indian Bank, Karur and I have approached the bank to get provisional certificate for tax exemption(FY[protected] on Jan,2011. But the manager is telling irresponsible answers. i.e., they didn't have the format for education loan provisional certificate and i need to give the format to bank, so that i can get the certificate.

Is this the right way of talking to a customer?...

My husband got housing loan in IB, Ponmalaipatti, Trichy-4 and loan sanctioned including of Insurance premium and recovered for two years. After his demise, they did not released the housing documents, stating the insurance form was not signed by my husband while getting loan before two years.
