Dear Respected,

This is to bring to you kind notice that my father Mr. Mohan Reddy has pledged the land and taken loan of Rs. 214000/- against the land in the year 1998, all the original land documents has been submitted to bank manager Mr. Chayapathi . ( Documents in the Name of V Changa Reddy father of V Mohan Reddy) .The loan has been cleared in 2005 but till date bank has not returned the original documents of the land, there were frequent changes in the branch manager position, all the bank manager has been saying the same thing that it will be returned in 2 month or 3 months but till date it has not been returned and my father was sort of harassed , saying “Come will after 2 months or months. whatever you want to do you do”. And my father is around 60 yrs now and its my responsibility to get back the documents. Now we have approved the current manager , same as saying “Come will after 2 months or 3months and i got a answer that “we will give you once we get it and now we don’t have time”,. Bearing soo much of harassment finally I have decided to take the help of your goodself in getting back my land documents.

    Dear sir/madam,

    My mother is having the account in harbour branch,chennai.
    Today i went to print the balance in her passbook in raja street branch,coimbatore.The concern person is not ready to do so and he is advising me to go to the home branch.
    I am not able to understand the meaning of bank centralisation.
    Whether it is possible to print the balance anywhere .

      Hi,

      I have availed education loan in Indian Bank, Karur and I have approached the bank to get provisional certificate for tax exemption(FY[protected] on Jan,2011. But the manager is telling irresponsible answers. i.e., they didn't have the format for education loan provisional certificate and i need to give the format to bank, so that i can get the certificate.

      Is this the right way of talking to a customer? We are very much disappointed by their irresponsible answer and activities.

          Dear sir,
          This is suresh, on 18th of november i happened to withdraw the amount of rupees.1000 from my indian overseas bank account in indian bank atm (Siaa 4011 indian bank). I did not receive any mini statement, but the message flashed on the screen was transaction declined. Please do the needfull that i get back my amount

            My husband got housing loan in IB, Ponmalaipatti, Trichy-4 and loan sanctioned including of Insurance premium and recovered for two years. After his demise, they did not released the housing documents, stating the insurance form was not signed by my husband while getting loan before two years. Also, they have recovered EMI more than the loan sanctioned letter. While we are cheking this information EMI rates, etc., with various agencies and head office thro' RTI act, all statement show that the recovered amount was high and included with Insurance.
            I kindly request you to intervene in this matter and get back my original documents submitted by my husband.

                Respected sir/madam...
                This is for your kind attention that the Indian bank is situated inside the pondicherry university campus. In front of the first gate of the university the Indian bank ATM centre is also provided. It has been noticed for last three months the ATM machine becomes out of order. THRICE IN A WEEK IT FAILS TO WORK. We the customers are suffering a lot because of this problem. Please take necessary actions to repair or replace the new ATM machine. Thank U.

                  - RUNNING AROUND FOR CHEQUE BOOK FROM LAST 6 MONTH. MY SB A/C AT INDIAN BANK SIBSAGAR WITH AHVING BANK BALANCE 1.26 LACS IN ACCOUNT AND MY ACCOUNT IS ATLEAST 15 YEARS OLD. AND I AM UNABLE WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT AS CHEQUE IS NOT IN HAND FOR LAST 6MNTH, WHEN I ASKED/APPLY FOR CHEQUE, I HAD TO FOLLOWED THE FOLLOWING STEPS.-

                  -THEY ASKED AS PROOF OF ADDRESS, LIKE PAN CARD/ PRC/ IDENTITY CARD- SUBMITTED ALSO.
                  -AFTER THAT , THEY TOLD , OK, YOUR ACCOUNT IS SO OLD AND NOT OPERATONAL , SO YOU NEED TO GIVE AGAIN APPLICATION FOR ACTIVATE - GIVEN THE APPLICATION FOR ACTIVATION ALTHOUGH THERE WAS MANY CREDIT TRANSATION IN THAT ACCOUNT . AFTER THAT WHEN i ASKED THE CHEQUE BOOK THEY TOLD , WE NEED THE CHEQUE REQUISION WHICH YU WILL FIND IN YOUR OLD CHEQUE BOOK (BUT MY CHEQUE BOOK WAS FINISHED AND IT WAS NOT TRACEBALE) FOR ISSUE THE NEW CHEQUE BOOK.
                  BUT BANK CO-ORDINATOR WAS NOT AGREED WITH ME HE SAID THERE IS NO OPTION TO ISSUE THE CHEQUE BOOK. YOU NEED TO FIND THE REQUISION SLIP AND OR YOU NEED TO SUBMIT THE FIR TO POLICE FOR THE SAME. WE WILL NEED THE POLICE REPORT FOR REQUISION SLIP LOST.
                  AFTER HARRASMENT FROM THESE ABOVE ISSUE , I AM VERY UPSET AND LET ME KNOW THE SOLUTION FOR THAT.

                  ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT I STAY AT NAZIRA MY BANK A/C AT SIBSAGAR WHICH IS 20KM AWAY FROM HOME. AND NOW HAVING PROBLEM TO WITHDRAW/UTILISE THE AMOUNT AS I AM IN URGENT NEED OF MONEY

                    Dear sir
                    We have our savingbank a/c with auto sweep facility with indian bank roorkee.
                    Our cif a/c[protected] with sb a/c no:[protected] is having sweep facility. We regularly use this account.
                    Now, we have been charged with min. Bal charges for past 5 months rs 120/- pm (Total rs 600/-). A statement of a/c is enclosed for your reference. With this a/c, the sweep fdrs are made by the system automatically.

                    We could not understand the logic implemented behind the sweep a/c. When we have sufficient balances ( with sweep fdrs) in the account, why we have been charged with the min bal charges ?. We have informed your local office (Roorkee, uttarakhand) immediately. They said they will look into the matter. Later on, after three months also, the problem was not rectified & the same has been brought to the notice of local branch.Ultimately, we had to cancel all the sweep fdrs & transfer some amount to one of our c/a & re transfer again. In this case we have lost the interest also the difficulties in handling such sweep a/c.

                    Now, the bank official say that this is the logic behind sweep a/c & is as per rules. Not willing to pay back the min. Balance charges charged.

                    As the bank is charging hidden charges using some logic of sweep a/c, we request you to kindly look in to the matter & get our payment reimbursed along with additional expences (Incurred on our time, mental tension etc.)

                      Indian Bank — Tax Deduction at Source

                      I am a NRI. My income in India by way of interest on NRO Fixed Deposit in the last year, was only Rs 30, 000/- . Indian income up to Rs 1, 50, 000/- is exempt form any tax. the bank is not refunding the amount and says that I should ask for it from the Income Tax Department. Kindly help.

                      included in the Agricultural Debt Waiver's list. The bank did not grant the amount I

                      request you to inform me am I eligible for the Debt relief.

                      Dont even bother responding to that SMS or emailing to that email-id. Just delete it and act as if you never got that SMS. You will be safe!

                      Or try to trace the number and report it to Police!

                      Dear Sir,
                      My Educational loan A/C no is[protected] in INDIAN BANK-THACHANALLUR BRANCH-TIRUNELVELI DISTRICT-TAMILNADU.The bank has sanctioned my educational loan for 3,37,000 during[protected].I have got 81,650 for first 3 years.My father remitted the interest as much as he could for every year.For this year i need 92,050 for my studies but the Thachanallur branch manager has refused to provide the final year amount fully as we couldnt pay the interest fully.Since my father is a single earning member he is unable to pay the full interest.Due to this circumstance i may discontinue my studies and my family is also abset because of this.So,please release the final year amount for my studies as soon as possible as my college reopens on July 12.I assure you that i will pay the loan amount and interest after i am getting job.

                      Hi,

                      I wrote Indian Bank exam on[protected] in Govt. Women Polytechnic,TDK Road Madurai. There was no facility to go toilet and they were clean the hall at the movement of examination. Kindly try to avoid this kind of exam center.

                            I am Gopinath my Native is Salem i have Indian bank account in Veerapandi-Branch,Salem.
                            I am does not get money(RS 10,000) but amount is reduced. SBI ATM jayanagar 5th Block,Bangalore,(I think SBI-ATM is Problem please verify it)
                            For the past one month, ATM withdrawals in many SBI ATM is very problematic. Please appraoch your Indian Bank Branch and get the ATM claim form. Fill up the details and attach the ATM receipt of SBI ATM as proof. Within 2 weeks, you will the reimbursement.

                              Hi, I was opened NRI account in my home town vandavasi. i made some transaction using cheque leaf. after some times i going to withdraw cash from another branch, that branch officers are told me cheque not feed in my account (careless indian bank my branch officers) . immediately i was applied atm card to my account, wait for 2-3 month after i ask my indian bank branch officers they told me atm card application not feeded to my account. once again i applied atm card after some months they told me the same reason. now i was applied same application from singapore now also they said not yet received ur application. ( now i decided it is worst branch in the indian bank history) so now planned to close my account in this branch and not yet supported indian banks.

                              Pls would you try to rectify the problems are not haapen again any more other person

                                Sir,
                                I v.Somasundaram working as lecturer at mca dept in sathyabama university,old mahabalipuram road, sholinganallur, chennai.And we have a branch of indian bank in our university and i have salary account in that branch. Last one year i have not taken the print out details of transaction particulars in my pass book, regarding i went yesterday(25/08/2010, wednesday) to take prinout particulars at that time free of rush (Around 3.00pm) but the staff who was resoponse to take print outs refused to print the entire transaction and he replied we can printout only for last few months and i agreed.
                                But he was taking long time to print and i requested him that sir shall i come tommorrow for taking printouts? Beacasue i will miss my bus if it becomes more late . That sir replied very very harshly and with anger he had thrown of my pass book on the bench with improper response. I asked sir pl try to understand what i am coming to say , but he was no more ready to hear request and agian he shouted, and i left that place with out more interacation to catch my university bus.

                                Customers are requested to update their passbook then and there for quick customer service. If the Passbooks are not updated for more than 3 months, then the number of entries will accumulate and taking printout from the common Central Server will take minimum 2 min per page and 1 min to print. Sometimes if the entries (30 per page) exceeds 6 pages, the system will start to hang due to local temporary settings.

                                In these cases, you can the printout of last month's transaction and can apply for a statement for previous months and get the same next day.

                                  Here i am harshit mehrotra, i have applied for the post of clerical post, and exam is held on 22 August, 2010 and till i didn't get my call letter. i have called them too many times but there is no response. i visited there site to download call letter but from last two days their link is not working and it showed in morning that call letter will be downloadable after 16:00 hours on 18 of August so i wait for the time and after that time now it shows that the new time 10:00 hours on 19th August.

                                  I am facing so much problems due to this delay, i am not able to book my ticket for the examination. If he can't handle online registration then do it manually on their branches.

                                  If this complain will reach to any officer of indian bank then please help me to get my call letter.

                                    This is to inform you that all the staffs in the Indian bank of Sankara Mutt branch (Near Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu) are very harsh in behaviour. When anyone ask them for anything they are very rude and show faces to all.If we go for any help regarding account opening and load details there will be no response only answer is "come later". I would like to suggest that if some officials who are incharge for these kind of public grievances can very well step into this bank without the staffs knowledge and can do the verification. If some changes happens because of some remedies we public will be grateful and also this would be a lesson for all the other staffs who behave in the same way.

                                    why don't the indian bank also introduce a toll free cell no to send grievances of its customers, as sbi and andhra bank introduced, ex.sbi-sms'unhappy' to [protected] and andhra bank- sms 'upset' to [protected]. within one minut you will get reg.no of your complaint.within one hour the bank will call you asking your grievance/defficiency of service etc. and send their staff of the concerned branch for redrecel.
                                    indian bank can also introduce like this for greater service and confidence in tis customers.

                                      This is to bring to you kind notice that my father Mr. Mohan Reddy has pledged the land and taken loan of Rs. 214000/- against the land in the year 1998, all the original land documents has been submitted to bank manager Mr. Chayapathi . ( Documents in the Name of V Changa Reddy father of V Mohan Reddy) .The loan has been cleared in 2005 but till date bank has not returned the original documents of the land, there were frequent changes in the branch manager position, all the bank manager has been saying the same thing that it will be returned in 2 month or 3 months but till date it has not been returned and my father was sort of harassed, saying “Come will after 2 months or months. whatever you want to do you do”. And my father is around 60 yrs now and its my responsibility to get back the documents. Now we have approved the current manager, same as saying “Come will after 2 months or 3months and i got a answer that “we will give you once we get it and now we don’t have time”, . Bearing soo much of harassment finally I have decided to take the help of your goodself in getting back my land documents.
