I wish to bring to your attention that I hold an account under the name Sati Mandal and
account number[protected] & I ordered a item on 28-July-2020 for Rs. 1428/- from
Amazon.in and pay by my Indian Bank debit card, later I cancelled .
Amazon.in refund me amount of Rs.1428/- on 4 August 2020 with transaction
reference #30005402110210172585897 in my Indian Bank account.
Still I did not get refund amount .
I would highly appreciate your assistance and hope that you will address this problem
soon.
