I hv been issued a refund of rs.449 by flupcart on 6.8.2020 which is supposed to credited in my account by 12.8.2020... But not yet credited.

Their customer service staff is also not efficient tosolve customers problem....

I hv been issued a refund of rs. 996 by flipkart on 31.7.2020 thru ref. No. 85215220214030486950848 and this amount suppised to credit in my account[protected] maximum by 10.8.2020 but its not yet credited.

Despite varioys e mails and telephonic conversation indian bank is not helpful.

Actually they harras their customers and hve
Very non co opearative staff.

Not processing the money into my account

I have purchased sony wh-1000mx3 from amazon on 10th by making payment of 19, 990/- through indian bank debit card. I have cancelled the item and amazon initiated refund on 10th of August itself with refund reference number of 30005402240222209068519. I visited branch for solution and they kept saying we dint get the money, and now want to write some letters and stuff. I can't keep running behind them to solve an issue that they are responsible...

I want to raise dispute

My name is B.Mohana meenatchi. My account number is[protected]. I transfer money of rs.2242 on 10 the august 2020 using google pay app with transaction id[protected] UPI transfer. I want to raise dispute of this transaction.
Because the money received by the person is a fraud. He asks me to pay the money of rs.2242 for creating paypal account for my online typing work. So I send the money. But still now he is not creating any PayPal...

KYC update incomplete

Address:Royapettah branch

My number is linked with multiple saving bank accounts including my daughter account due to that me and my daughter cannot use google pay, phone pay or paytm etc, .I have submitted many customer request forms since a year in my branch to update my daughter number and mail id but there was no response from my nor they updated.The UPI is also unable to register due to this. Kindly resolve my problem immediately....

Indian Bank refund never processed against refund reference no. 30005402240077114238882 dt 10/08/2020

The refund has never been processed against payment made online on amazon website through Indian bank debit card. But no refund entry is visible in my bank account. Refund reference no. provided by amazon customer care is 30005402240077114238882 dt 10/08/2020 for amount Rs. 2718.00. Kindly process the refund to my bank account as till date no refund has been processed for above provided refund reference number....

Amount deducted but transaction not completed

I was filling a indian passport online form. At the payment gateway i submitted the appointment fee of rs 1506 through cb net banking to mopsppseva. The amount has deducted but staus on passport appointment shows "not paid". Please help me in returning the refund. I am from middle class family. This is a huge ammount for me. Please... Help me

Amount not credited to account

Hi,

My mother had purchased groceries on the big basket app for delivery on 4th august, 2020. The order was cancelled by the big basket team due to heavy rains that day.
The amount which was debited (Rs.2253) has still not been credited to my mother’s account in indian bank.
Big basket team has repeatedly asked us to check with bank. I am fed up of following up as their is no response to my complaint request...

As per the above subject, npci is active in my bank account. But in ysr rythu bharosa scheme implemented by andhra pradesh state government npci status shown as "inactive" and bank "transaction details not found".
I submit a requesting npci to link to my bank that bank employees told there is no option to link npci even they don, t no what is npci
For your reference i am providing the bank particulars.br...

I had ordered laptop of Rs.63990 from Amazon on 11th August and I cancelled that order because of wrong storage type and Amazon refunded successfully after5 minutes... After waiting for 8 days Indian bank didn't refund the money and several times I visited bank but they said they didn't do anything about this.you have to wait till money back in your account...

I didn't get my refund amount of 19,499

I ordered a mobile on amazon at 10/08/2020, then I cancelled that order.They initiate the refund money on that day itself.But, I didnt get the refund money till now.Amazon given a reference num also which sended by Indian bank to them.Amazon customer care respond well instead of Indian bank customer care.I tried to say that reference number to Indian bank customer care but they said to go to bank directly instead of listening this.

Sir/Mam, Since 2012 I am having 4 A/C's in your bank. I am having Indpay & net banking. There is a dispute in CIBIL report in 2014. So I requested the statement on 14th Aug 2020.They delinked my personal CIF so I am unable to operate my both Indpay & Netbanking. Refund from amazon not yet credited

I have ordered redmi 8A dual on 24th july 2020 and I cnacelled it and on 28th july 2020 i have ordered Vivo U20 and cancelleded on the same day respectively. But I still havenot received any refund since the amazon have made their refund process on 31st july.
