The transaction was failure. so i try to again the 2ND TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL. 1 ST TRANSACTION IS THE FAILURE.BUT AMOUNT DEBIT CUSTOMER SIDE.More time raise the compliant indian bank(home branch) and online complaint also.but still to date not refund the amount.almost three month finish.
kindly take the action ASAP AND REFUND THE AMOUNT BENEFICIARY WITH FINE.

        நான் கடந்த (25/08/2020) அன்று indian bank arcot branch-க்கு எனது மகளுக்கு new account open செய்யவதற்காக assitant manager-ஐ சந்தித்தேன். அவர் இன்று system work செய்யவில்லை நாளை வாருங்கள் என்றார். நானும் எனது மகளுடன் மறுநாள் (26/08/2020) அன்று அவரை சந்தித்தேன். அன்றும் system work செய்யவில்லை நாளை வாருங்கள் என்றார் . நானும் பரவாயில்லை application form கொடுங்கள், fill up செய்து கொடுக்கிறேன், system work செய்தவுடன் call செய்யுங்கள் நேரில் வருகிறேன் என்று கூறினேன். அதற்கு அவர் அப்படி கொடுக்க முடியாது என்று கோபமாக தேவையில்லாத வார்த்தைகளை பேசினார் . நான் manager-யிடம் complaint செய்தேன் . Manager அவரை அழைத்து application தரும்படி கூறினார். அதற்கு assitant manager system work செய்தால்தான் தரமுடியும் என்று manager-யிடமும் கோபமாக பேசினார். உடனே manager peon-ஐ அழைத்து application தரும்படி கூறினார். நானும் application-ஐ பெற்று fill up செய்து assitan manager-யிடம் கொடுத்தேன். அதற்கு அவர் manager-யிடம் complaint செய்தாய் அல்லவா உனக்கு account open செய்யா one month ஆகும் என்று ஒருமையில் கோபமாக கூறினார் . நான் மீன்டும் manager-யிடம் சென்று அவர் கூறியதை கூறினேன். Manager இரண்டு நாட்கள் கழித்து வாருங்கள் அதற்குள் system ready ஆகிவிடும் என்று எங்களை சமாதானம் செய்து அனுப்பினார்.

        பொறுபற்ற முறையில் coustmer-யிடம் எப்படி behave பன்னவேண்டும் என்று தெரியாத assitant manager (indan bank arcot branch) மீது தகுந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து இதற்கு பின்னர் எந்த ஒரு coustmer-ம் என்னை போல் பாதிக்கதபடி பார்த்துகொள்ளும்படி தங்களை தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுகொள்கிறேன்.

They send me a mail on 26 july that refund amount ₹ 337.0 has been successfully processed and the amount should reflect in your account by now. But till now one month is over the money is not showing in my bank account. Please help me, my mastercard ending in 3450.

            I have applied for educational loan to indian bank, ganapathy branch, coimbatore for my son on[protected] for my son who is studying in engineering college, name : m. Brijesh.in spite of my several requests and personal visits to the bank, so far not sanctioned the loan.                 Their is refund from Myntra and it was initiated on 4th Aug. 2020 but money has not been reflected in my account.
                I am mentioning you the amount which has to refunded and bank reference number.

                  I have ordered a product in amazon on 10/08/2020 and I cancelled it the same day amazon gave me a reference number for cancellation and they asked me to check the status through my bank, I asked my home branch bank people to check the status and they say the number is invalid both the companies are playing with my money since two weeks and I didn’t even get a penny.please do the needful

                          I see that there is an atm withdrawal fee of 20rs for each transaction when cash is withdrawn from non indian bank atm.

                          But all of a sudden there is a debit for 176rs which i stated as atm withdrawal fee. This is ridiculous and has to be fixed. I need my money credited back.

                              Their customer service staff is also not efficient tosolve customers problem.

                                Despite varioys e mails and telephonic conversation indian bank is not helpful.

                                  I have purchased sony wh-1000mx3 from amazon on 10th by making payment of 19, 990/- through indian bank debit card. I have cancelled the item and amazon initiated refund on 10th of August itself with refund reference number of 30005402240222209068519. I visited branch for solution and they kept saying we dint get the money, and now want to write some letters and stuff. I can't keep running behind them to solve an issue that they are responsible for contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. I called Indian bank, Bhagyanagar and they were rude, they weren't even trying to understand what I wanted to say.When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is about money and also the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.
                                  Please kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                    My name is B.Mohana meenatchi. My account number is[protected]. I transfer money of rs.2242 on 10 the august 2020 using google pay app with transaction id[protected] UPI transfer. I want to raise dispute of this transaction.
                                    Because the money received by the person is a fraud. He asks me to pay the money of rs.2242 for creating paypal account for my online typing work. So I send the money. But still now he is not creating any PayPal account and not pick my phone call. I lost my amount. So I want to raise dispute. Thank you.

                                      My number is linked with multiple saving bank accounts including my daughter account due to that me and my daughter cannot use google pay, phone pay or paytm etc, .I have submitted many customer request forms since a year in my branch to update my daughter number and mail id but there was no response from my nor they updated.The UPI is also unable to register due to this. Kindly resolve my problem immediately....
