I have ordered a head set it is canceled and money is refunded to my bank account but i did not get my money...

I returned an order which i have ordered on myntra... And i had done my payment from indian bank atm card.
It's almost more than one month and i didn't get the refund.
So zz help me out from this problem...

The refund initialisation was successful from their end and i have received a refrence number but the amount has not yet been credited to my account. Please process the refund from your end. My name is maheshwaran and i had ordered a product on amazon india for rs.59999 on 13 july 2020 but i returned it due to display issues and i got the mail that refund was processed on 25 july from amazon and today it's 31 july and i still haven't received the amount in my bank. Amazon sent me this reference no. 30005402080195122646228 and told me to file charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have this policy.
