About my refund

transaction failed or recharge is not done but money deducted from bank account.

On 4th june i was trying to do the recharge of my idea number from my idea app.. It was the recharge of 599/-... But my transaction become failed or unsuccessful.. But the money deducted from my bank account... Now i want my this money back or to be refunded.....

The refund balance not credited in my account

Hi

I made a purchase of camera amounting to 46, 999 from amazon on 6/06/20 and refund reference being genarated on 11/06/2020.
Amazon stated that the amount has been refunded back but as of now
No refund amount has been intiated.
Amazon said that bank has not credited the amount and bank says that amazon has not initiated the refund.
Hence requesting to do the needful at priority.

Indian bank - refund processed by amazon but not credited to my bank account

I made an order in amazon on 19th May 2020 and cancelled it on 5th June 2020.

According to Amazon, they have issued this refund and processed it but it hasn’t been credited to my account.

They told me, as Indian bank is nationalised it may take 5 working days to reflect and if not then to call Indian Bank customer care. They provided me the reference number for the refund which I have attached in this message....
