I placed a order from amazon i made the payment through online, later i cancelled the order as the price was high. They said within 5 business days the refund will be done. I called amazon they said we have processed successfully the amount but the bank have not approved it i m waiting for the refund since 16 days. So kindly clear the refund

    I have orderd iphone from amazon on by making payment of 05-06-20, through indian bank debit card. I have cancelled the item and amazon initiated refund on with refund reference number. They even shared transaction id on my request - refund reference # 30005401580157073323485. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

    Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

      I had ordered a product from amazon.in on 22nd may 2020 and my refund was approved and transited on 12 june 2020 and 4-5 working days have already gone and no refund is processed in my bank account till now

        I made an order in amazon on 19th May 2020 and cancelled it on 5th June 2020.

        According to Amazon, they have issued this refund and processed it but it hasn’t been credited to my account.

        They told me, as Indian bank is nationalised it may take 5 working days to reflect and if not then to call Indian Bank customer care. They provided me the reference number for the refund which I have attached in this message.

        I called Indian Bank multiple times over the course of the day, and each time they told me to call back amazon, I even gave them my reference number for the refund but they have not took action. please help.

            Twice debited the amount for single transaction

                      I cancelled a order which was paid in full (70, 249 rs) using indian bank debit card (Mastercard) on amazon before it was shipped on 1st june 2020. They charged me extra 100 rupees for mobile exchange pickup.
                      The 100 rupees got credited to my account the very next day, but the rest amount of rs 70, 149/- isn't credited to my account till now.
                      Since this is a huge amount, i am at a lot of inconvenience because of it.
                      Amazon provided me with a refund reference number 75503720154040121794595.

                          Today i went to open a savings account in indan bank in model town ludhiana and the employee of the bank bluntly refused to open the account mentioning that we had received order to not open any account due to covid for next 20 days for which i was really surprised to hear her logic and travelled next seven kms to other branch ie tagore nagar branch and my account was opened without any problem.
                          Sir this was my first account to be opened and i was very happy but the workings of your bank employee in model town branch made my day and proved that public sector employee only want fat payment but are failed to deliver there duty and responsibility i hope they should see how pvt sector works. Please sir look out to these employee who are only burden to our public money.

                                I have a savings bank account bearing no [protected] in indian bank khandagiri (Bhubaneswar) branch. Ifsc code of bank is idiboook317. Today i received a message that rs 52147.00 is debited from my account. On inquiry to home branch they are telling some ecs mandates has been done.
                                But i should tell you that i have no issue of ecs to nowhere nor i have issued any cheque to any one for this amount. I verified with youe toll free[protected] but they are not able to help me. They wanted that i should give a complain.

                                Please look into the matter seriously and reply me.

                                  I paid rs14999/ to amazon.in for purchasing one mobile phone on 01/06/2020. On 02/06/2020, for some unforseen reason i had to cancel the same. Amazon was kind enough to refund money to my debit card bank account. (Atm no ends with -8957)
                                  The refund reference number is : aoworwqd0000kam3xm45. Dated 02/06/2020. Till date i have not received my money back. I have sent message to [protected]@indianbank.co.in. Also. My sb number is[protected].

                                  An early refund will be highly appreciated.

                                    With due respect i would like to bring to your kind notice that i am an account holder in your india bank gajalnaikan patti kandhili. Tk tirupattur dt. For more than 10 years. Few months ago i approached your prestigious bank manager mr. Raju in order to close my fixed deposits which was opened in the year of 2006.
                                    But the then branch manager mr. Ranjith kumar and mr. Raju the present manager refused to close the above mentioned deposit.
                                    The deposit was matured on 28.12.2014 and till now i am unaware of my maturity value. Wherever i approach the bank to close the deposit i was given vague reply by manager and he showed reluctant to close and pay me the cash.
                                    On 18.05.2020 again i went to the bank and requested branch manager mr. Raju to close my fd account stating my family problem due to corona lockdown.
                                    But he was not prepared to listen my word but again and again i begged him to close my fd and i assured him that whatever the commitment i may owe to the bank will be settled in time manner.
                                    Then i finally gave a request letter to close my fd. He went through the letter and starred me as though i made a blender mistake. I asked him to counter sign the letter and give me the copy. Suddenly he got wild and started shouting at me with out any respect, that he will not sign.
                                    He said that head office has written a letter not to close the account. Then i asked him to give the copy and i will reply to your head office accordingly.
                                    Angrily he through the letter on me and asked me get rid the branch. One of my friend also was standing and watching every thing and later on i came to know the same thing happen to her also.
                                    Afterwards i send the letter throth post where i did not get any reply yet
                                    Sir for your kind information it is an individual account and i am the sole owner of the deposit. This money was deposited for the purpose of higher education to my elder daughter who has taken the medical profession. Due to the outbreak of covid 19 we have lost our daily income and now we are struggling for a day’s food.
                                    As the current unfortunate situation is hurting my family lives i want the deposits to be closed immediately and hence please close my deposit and pay me the maturity amount with till date accumulated interest.
                                    Understating the prevailing situation if you take necessary action as early as possible i will be highly grateful to you and also i am very much affected by the irresponsible behavior and reply of the branch manager mr. Raju.

                                      I am writing this letter to drew your kind attention to a disturbing incident that i personally experienced with your bank. I am struggling to find a solution to my problem for more than 3 (Three years) and i am left with no option but to raise the matter to a higher authority.
                                      I had approached you many times to withdraw money from my above mentioned saving account which i received as a payment from central govt. 100 days employment scheme and other govt. Schemes.
                                      Since you had refused to pay my saving money with out any adequate reasons i had to borrow for higher rate of interest to pay to my children’s education.
                                      As you know very well we the poor people who must work every day to bring food to the table and more over during this outbreak of covid 19 lockdown has changed our daily lives significantly and we have to struggle much to feed our family. We have no ability to sustain this prolonged lockdown.
                                      I have no other income except from daily agricultural labor and 100 days work scheme.
                                      Sir, although i narrated all my family problem you had refused to pay my saving account balance of rs 23, 700/- without any logical reasons.
                                      Whatever may be reason, before raising the matter to higher authority, once again i formally request you to pay my full saving amount to fulfill my daily bread.
                                      I am very disappointed with what happened and i am strongly considering this incident a serious issue. Please be advised that if i am not paid back my saving amount i will be forced to complain to your higher authority and also file a claim with ombudsman and as well as copy to chief minister grievance cell to seek recovery for the losses i have sustained as result of your failure to do so.
                                      I hope you can change my mind by providing an adequate and satisfying solution to my problem by paying back my saving amount as well as taking the necessary precautions to prevent such incident in the future.

He got annoyed and shouted at me as though i had done blender mistake. Even then i begged him politely to pay my money what ever may be the reason for non-payment even if i have commitment to the bank. He did not show any mercy and asked me to get away from the bank.
                                      I was standing in the branch till 2 o clock with the petition and branch manager chased me out like street dog with help of other staff. Afterwards i posted the petition letter to the branch and till now i did not receive any reply.
                                      As i already told you we are striving without income and now i am going for 100 days work and the money will be deposited in my account. Now that money also will be held up. The behavior of the branch manager is so uncanny, rude and harsh that one could easily get annoyed.
                                      Thus i want to request you to kindly look into this matter and help me whatever the commitment i may owe to the bank.
