[Resolved]  Indian Bank — cash not credited to account

I have made a mobile recharge for rs. 319 from my bank app on 18/07/19. The recharge was not happened but the amount was debited from my account. I called the bsnl customer care they told me the amount will be refunded within 7 days time. But till now the amount was not yet credited to my account. The indian bank customer care asked me to submit a complaint. My account number [protected] name ciji varghese.
