I returned an order of Rs-1599 of realme ear buds on 26 january 2020 from amazon few days back.. The refund has been issued by amazon service on 22 january 2020 but i havn't received any amount in my bank account. I have checked my bank details but the bank hasn't initiated any amount in my account . So let me know when would i get my refund in my account by the bank.

    its been almost 10 days that I've posted my complaint but still, I didn't receive my money
    I get my refund on 17 of jan and it was reflect into my account on 22 of jan but till now I didn't get my refunded amount

    I didn't get my Amazon refund still, they suggested to talk with bank's customer care but I talked to customer Care as well as with branch manager but they unable to help. So kindly help me with my problem as soon as possible

      I had ordered a puma shoes of rs. Amount 1799 in amazon on 12/01/2020 and i returned this order on dated 19/01/2020 due to personal reason. And on 19/01/2020. Amazon initiated the amount to my card of canara bank but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (75503720020037124560306)
      And told me to fill charge dispute form. I am attaching the screen shot of product details.
      So
      Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

        Dear sir
        It is a humble request that i am a resident of satinder singh's father of mr. Hariyar singh house number 3319 near rajendra chowk. My saving account is in indian bank sector 22 faridabad. My account number is[protected] date 18:01:2020 from my account. There was a fraud first transation of rs 10, 002 at 02: 45 minutes after the second transation, of rs 99, 97 at 02 : 47 pm, in the same way, the third transaction was 9997 at 02 : 54 pm.
        In the same way, the fourth tranations of rs 3000, 02 : 57 pm, this four transation is fraud. When we tried to complaint to the bank, the bankers refused. Even after that, he tried to register a complaint by calling indian bank's customer care, but he refused. When we are not able to make security in our bank, then who is responsible for this money? I should return my money from indian bank because we had opened the account of saving account by barrowing on indian bank. And indian bank failed to protect my money. Indian bank trashed my money and was asked to return the money as soon as possible and do not break my trust. It seems that this man has taken my money. By trashing the full details of this man, enter the complaint.
        Note: we (Fraud mob no :-[protected]) repeatedly call from this number that you tell your cvv and expiry no. I feel like this man has taken my money. Trash full details of this man and enter the complaint.

          I ordered in amazon and did online transaction on[protected] and cancelled the order the next day. But till today the amount is not refunded. If i call amazon they say its bank duty to do.. But if i call bank costumer care they say its its amazon duty to do. Now the question is whom should i ask. My refund amount is rs.678/- and the refund reference no is 090780. I hope atleast now the authority would be taken to refund.

          I have ordered products from myntra in that some products has been returned back. For that I have not receive refund from past 40days. My bank reference number is 30003893489343094577778. I want to receive the amount of 1124.
          Passbook printing is often not working in this branch. Branch officer is also not taking up or doing anything. We often come and go from home. Request you to correct both machine. Sometime they have to reset that they don't do immediately.

            I had paid on indadvantage using indian bank debit card
            It got failed and they said refund will be completed within 3 days and they had provided with reference number
            Rur[protected] but with this i can't get the proper answer
            I had purchased a egv in indadvantage using my reward points and money as i have entered the card details and i have entered the otp after that page gets closed and my amount gets debited i ask for refund but no response

            thorough net banking on 21st Jan-2020 at 11.15pm. I linked though fastag.
            Debited in my account but not credited in fastag. Rs.950.00.till now it is not
            credited in my account . So, Please credit that amount.
            I have made a transaction through IND PAY android application to a SBI CUSTOMER. That transaction made wrongly Of RS.200. transaction reference number[protected].
            Please concern my query and return the amount to my account.

                  I have purchased couple of products from amazon by making payment of 599rs & 728rs receptively through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund with refund reference number of 717950 & 289360. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                        I had a refund pending (Rs.3999/-) from amazon and when i contacted them, they said that the amount is already credited and they have the reference number but till now the amount due is not showing in my bank account.                           My name is Shylaja Vasan and I had ordered two products in amazon of RS.Amount 1599 and RS. 50341 in Amazon on 06/01/2020 and after 10/01/2020 and 15/01/2020 I returned this order due to damaged product.                             I have cancelled an order from amazon on 10/01/2020 and 15/01/2020, I received an email from amazon that the refund has been processed successfully and it would be reflected by 15/01/2020 and 20/01/2020 respectively, but i still haven't received the money in my account. When i spoke to amazon costumer care, they told me to fill a charge dispute form because it could be a problem at my bank side.

                                I have purchased one material from amazon and order got cancelled. According to amazon, they have refunded the amount to my bank account. I inquired with the bank by reference number provided by the amazon. According to bank, they have not received any money from amazon of rs. 1098.

                                        I mr a. Thiyagarajan and t. Sarawathi joint account having saving and current account for past 30 years. My account number is[protected] and current account number is[protected].
                                        Today 21th jan 2020 my wife t. Saraswathi went to bank to change her phone number of my joint saving account, after filling application my wife gave it to prince kumar. He was arrogant, harsh, rude in his behaviour.
                                        He behaves in the same way to each and every customer who approach him.
                                        So kindly take an legal action against him, i dont want to loose my self respect against this type of irritating creatures. Or else i will close my all other accounts from your bank. (Nearly my all family members having 10-13 accounts in your branch).
