Sir, I tried to book train ticket (tatkal) through IRCTC mobile app on 30/05/2019, transaction failed due to no seat available. But, amount detected from my account . I waited two days for refund amount. After that, On[protected] I received mail from IRCTC, with details of Refund Date:[protected] Bank Reference Id:30001091559150119746827 Refund Id:[protected] Bank Ref No.[protected] PayU ID :[protected] Refund amount: 385.49 But, still not reflect in my Indian bank account, Kindly do needful action for this. Few days back ( last Saturday) i made a transaction with my Indian bank debitcard ... The transaction is cancelled automatically while proessing ... But the amount is debited from my account but amount is not credited to the merchant
