Dear sir,
I have a new connection of indian gass @ 3200 rs cash from lucky indane near pnb bank barnala punjab sap code is 311660,
Sir from the date of purchase they provide me only
1, duplicate photo copy
2, blue book only
After completing that's they said we will give only gass supply on it, after ask for orginal papers sv voucher and other things etc, they reply wait wait, now they openly refuse to provide us details information of 3200 rs, now ask they said i have no answer of your questions,
At last now i request to please provide me justice about details information 3200 rs and orginal papers regarding my complete connection of indian gass,

The guy at indian oil petrol pump, filled diesel in my activa 3g instead of petrol. On realizing the mistake, he asked me to stay for 2 minutes and informed the mistake to his owner, in their regional language. Due to language barrier, i could not understand the conversation. Later the owner asked me to leave saying there was no problem. Consequence was such that activa stopped in the middle of the way and i had to pull it for over 3kms to...

We have called to our LPG distributor office regarding our regulator leakage but no answer and always busy. Still we haven't heard back from Indian Oil Customer Care and local office as well.

Then we have registered our complaint through IOCL(Indane Gas) website but no use.

My consumer number [protected]. Without delivering the gas cylinder, gns gas service has updated as delivered. After raising the complaint with gns gas by visiting their shop personally, they have delivered the next day. When we questioned the delivery boy on the same aspect, he has used very offensive language, which no woman can bear at home and asked to do whatever we can... U can visit google reviews as well for the same issue received from other consumers as well..

On 10/11/2019, i went to indian oil petrol pump outlet at hisar. Subhash oil company, barwala road, tayal garden, hisar.
I just filled up my bike fuel of rs.50. I also told them that i have no money. On that time i had only paytm.
After this incident they make illtrate misbehave to me. They said we will not accept paytm less than rs.100, we have no time to calculate your 50s paytm..'50 rupye de or nikal yaha se.
Then i started humbly request, but they didnt listen. And behave to me like a neglected person...
Their staff is sononsense, uneducated, and dont knw that how to deal with a customer.
Alright. Once upon a time, i was also a manager of a indian oil pump outlet at bikaner. I have knowledge of all the right and rules of a petrol pump outlet... So if you will not take any action.. Then i know where should to go

On the date 8-11-19 mrng 1100 am we received cylinder from ur delivery boy he was taking extra 60rupees for he telling delivery charges nd he talking very rude every time this problem only so plz solve other wise we will disconnect this indian gas my mobile no [protected]

Hello, I had got petrol filled from Star Petroleum Bhat on 05.11.2019. I own a Tata Tiago GJ 01 RX 0431 which has petrol capacity of 35 Litres. I asked the guy at the petrol pump to do full tank in my vehicle. I generally get full tank done and my amount never exceeds 2300 rupees or the petrol does not exceed 34 Litres because i get it filled when there is atleast 1 litre petrol left in the fuel tank. The guy started filling the fuel on auto, and after one point it started overflowing. He took the nozzle out and started filling the petrol again. I have pictures to prove that a lot of petrol got spilled. He ended up filling petrol worth rupees 2400. It is not regarding the money but the guy ultimately cheated a loyal IOCL customer like me. He took the entire amount from me upon arguing and then he even misbehaved. He was very ill-manered. You are requested to take actions against such employees as such behaviour is totally unacceptable. I have attached pictures of the bill, the petrol that got spilled on the floor, and also the employee who filled petrol in my vehlicle.

Illigal gas refilling by indane employee are running in congested area of khureji khas :- h-79 khureji khas delhi-110051 @ phatak wali gali behind sbi bank khureji khas, this is a 500 sq yds plot which put on rent where 10 -12 indane worker do the illigal refilling work which is highly dangerous if anything goes wrong,

Owner of property not residing there hence he is taking highly risk for rent,

My gas cylinder was not delivered on time & a messege came it is delivered i have complaint about this many times but at last my father had to visit the gas agency & the delivery boy who came every month says that i was not able to find the home
Then next day delivery boy came without woucher & ask for 700 rs also quarrel with us
How will i know my gas is of 700 rs without woucher

Employee @ Indian Oil Fuel Station are behaving badly, they are not resetting meter to zero, not providing bills and chargin extra 100 for card..please help us to resolve this issue.. Lot of many people have posted similar comments on Google feedback for this fuel station

I had surrendered my lpg cylinders and regulator (Against consumer no. [protected]), to m/s kk indane enterprises, hlasuru, bangalore & got connection transferred to pune.in pune, i have taken lpg connection of bharat gas from the nearest located lpg distributor. While checking the aadhaar status online, i observe that my aadhaar number is still linked to iocl against the indane consumer no. [protected] with kk indane enterprises, even though the connection status is shown as transferred. I have been trying for about a week to speak over phone to m/s kk indane enterprises for getting my earlier indane connection delinked from my aadhaar no, but no one at m/s r r enterprises picks any of the 3 landline numbers and mobile no. Is always found switched off. I have also sent them two e-mails, which remain un-responded. Please help me to get my aadhaar delinked from earlier indane consumer no. [protected], so that my present bharat gas connection only remains linked to aadhaar for subsidy under dbtl. Thanks. Chinmay gharpure

Dear Sir,
I am consumer in M/S Veerabrahma Indane, Chinna Chowk, Kadapa and my Consumer no. is 6016. I had booked to refill a cylinder on 21st Oct 2019 and got Ref. No. 460883. ETD : 3 - 5 Days. They generate Cash memo on 25th Oct 2019 with Cash memo no. [protected]. But still today i.e., 30th Oct my cylinder is not delivered. This morning I call to office to know about my delivery in office they says that Auto is on the way and they gives delivery boys number, I call him but he simply replays that he can't come to my home, if i need a cylinder i have to go to bring my cylinder. after that i call to office again and informed the same. this time in office they replayed that this evening they will deliver my cylinder but they don't. . still I got no cylinder.
So finally I Complaint to you that take a hard step against these types of system created by some distributors. Thanks

Each time when cylinder was delivered, delivery boy demands delivery charges which is not mentioned in the invoice. Even though, we have informed the rohith indane gas service (Distributor) no corrective actions were taken by them. My recent gas invoice amount is 603.50rs, he charged 630.

I am residing at anugraha satellite township periyakattupslayam cuddalore. My consumer number is
[protected]. I have booked a cylinder one months, back at sri saibaba insane gas agencies 13 cuddalore main road. After receiving the cylinder when i wanted to replace the cylinder with empty one, the regulator did not fitted in the gas cylinder. On this i informed the agency twice. They did not response and did not sent anybody to replace it.
In between this i was out of station for few days with my family. After coming back i again called and informed the agency to replace it. But they are adement and till date not replaced the cylinder.

Indane gas team looting huge money from customer in name of inspection, they are collecting money huge money rs 236 from everyone, just as visiting charges, the person will not take 4-5 minutes to check, its not service also, why your charging more 236,

How poor people will survive, for them it's a day salary

My petrol car by name Hyundai I 20 Active S- VTVT(AP048544) purchased on 24.11.18 has just been filled with 1.5 litre of diesel that was mixed with 5 litre of petrol already available in the tank.It has happened at V.Lakshman & Sons Petrol outlet near old bus stand Rajampet of Kadapa District of Andhrapradesh State.The incharge of the outlet told me that the tank will be cleaned by mechanic and get it empty then they can fill again with petrol.
It has happened at around 08.45 AM today.I am a State Govt gazetted officer working at Rayachoty which is 55 KM away from here.My today's programm is totally disturbed.Pl do the justice to me since it has 11 months old car and 10% of installments have only been paid.Regards.

Sir this is a complaint against tyagi petrol pump in west delhi ghevra village. I wanted to redeem my indian oil citi bank rewards points but the person there said very rudely that the machine is not working at first but when i insisted he told me to lock my car and come inside to see if the machine is working or not.
Then i went inside with him, in there was a man calling himself as the manager said he will try to make the machine work but in actual he was busy with his phone and kept me waiting for 10 minutes. His behaviour was very rude and he was least concerned with my problem.
This was the fourth instance in the past one month that there POS machine was not working and the staff is least bothered about it.
Please take some action against the person responsible for this type of harrassment to there customers. I am attaching photo of the written complaint that i made at the gas station

Dear sir

I booked refilling of cylinder on dated 14.10.2019 and got the msg on 17.10.2019 as invoice[protected] of amount rs. 615.5 generated for order no.[protected], shall be delivered shortly and service no 008823s.
But still my refill cylinder not delivered and it's happening fourth time.

Kindly do the needful so that i can get my refill cylinder before deepawali

I paid to indane gas merchant using phonepe upi for gas cylinder on june 26, 2019. I received link from indane gas & i paid using link, phonepe upi when i paid payment was successfully for indane gas merchant but i call to merchant payment was successfully but merchant told me payment still not credited to mine account. I told to phonepe customer care this issue but he said payment was successful, do charge back in your bank. I also done...
