Each time when cylinder was delivered, delivery boy demands delivery charges which is not mentioned in the invoice. Even though, we have informed the rohith indane gas service (Distributor) no corrective actions were taken by them. My recent gas invoice amount is 603.50rs, he charged 630.

I'm a customer of indane gas. My home town is singur hooghly district. My gas distributor and delivery boy is force for delivery charge. My house is 4 k. M to this gas office.
I want to inform that the employ of the petrolpump are cheat by filling petrol.
He was filled 250 rs and demand 300rs .
He is playing with machine so that he can fraud .

Team, I have booked by refiling cylinder on 19-Oct and Booking Refer. no is 275315 and consumer no is [protected] and dealer Name is Uttam Gas agency Shimla-HP, But still delivery pending from 10 days, kindly resolve the issue.
I had complained more then 5-6 times on emergency helpline for the problem of my Indane gas LPG bottle it’s more than 24 hours now no one has visited till yet

    I am residing at anugraha satellite township periyakattupslayam cuddalore. My consumer number is
    [protected]. I have booked a cylinder one months, back at sri saibaba insane gas agencies 13 cuddalore main road. After receiving the cylinder when i wanted to replace the cylinder with empty one, the regulator did not fitted in the gas cylinder. On this i informed the agency twice. They did not response and did not sent anybody to replace it.
    In between this i was out of station for few days with my family. After coming back i again called and informed the agency to replace it. But they are adement and till date not replaced the cylinder.

    INDANE gas Distribution delivery person is asking more money/tips than actual bill amount. While on the bill it is clearly written that Don't pay tips, They quarrel over not giving the money demanded from us.
    Sir, a lorry is being parked near our home frequently which carries full of indane lpg gas cylinders.
    I was seeking air service from the outlet but they declined at the beginning . I had to request them for 15 minutes, at last I received the service ...

        My petrol car by name Hyundai I 20 Active S- VTVT(AP048544) purchased on 24.11.18 has just been filled with 1.5 litre of diesel that was mixed with 5 litre of petrol already available in the tank.It has happened at V.Lakshman & Sons Petrol outlet near old bus stand Rajampet of Kadapa District of Andhrapradesh State.The incharge of the outlet told me that the tank will be cleaned by mechanic and get it empty then they can fill again with petrol.
        It has happened at around 08.45 AM today.I am a State Govt gazetted officer working at Rayachoty which is 55 KM away from here.My today's programm is totally disturbed.Pl do the justice to me since it has 11 months old car and 10% of installments have only been paid.Regards.

          Sir this is a complaint against tyagi petrol pump in west delhi ghevra village. I wanted to redeem my indian oil citi bank rewards points but the person there said very rudely that the machine is not working at first but when i insisted he told me to lock my car and come inside to see if the machine is working or not.
          Then i went inside with him, in there was a man calling himself as the manager said he will try to make the machine work but in actual he was busy with his phone and kept me waiting for 10 minutes. His behaviour was very rude and he was least concerned with my problem.
          This was the fourth instance in the past one month that there POS machine was not working and the staff is least bothered about it.
          Please take some action against the person responsible for this type of harrassment to there customers. I am attaching photo of the written complaint that i made at the gas station

            Deer sir., Mai R.S.indan, Beur, Patna ka consumer hoo. Maine 28-09-19 ko booking karwaya aur[protected] tak bhi gas nahi Mila. Iske pahle bhi cylinder delivery ke samay vendor extra delivery charges mangte hai. Iske sath hi cylinder ka weight bhi aksar kam rahta hai. Kripya dhyan Diya jay.

I received link from indane gas & i paid using link, phonepe upi when i paid payment was successfully for indane gas merchant but i call to merchant payment was successfully but merchant told me payment still not credited to mine account. I told to phonepe customer care this issue but he said payment was successful, do charge back in your bank. I also done...

                Sir,

                I am a regular customer of indian oil petolpump situated in neyyattinkara, thiruvananthapuram, kerala for the last 35 years. Yesterday i approached the said petrol pump with my family in my car and request them to fill air in one of the tyre because it was in a bad condition.
                I am personally known to them and they understand that i am in the way to hospital and the day is sunday, so no tyre workshop will not open.
                I begged them to help, but the reply is there is no employee in air section to
                Fill air in my car.

                I understand that the matchine is working and they are not ready to help me in my hospital trip.

                Please look into the matter and do the needful

                  Hello,

                  I tried to do booking via ivr through registered mobile no i received message and payment link i have paid amount but after 3 days booking was cancelled and i called agency they are giving irresponsible answer there is no booking record in their system, my phone number is tagged to someone who is 60kms away from my place now i dont know my money status and i called distibutor they are responding in abusive language, its really frusrtating.
                  Note : as per last bill my mobile no is mentioned in my bill

                    The truck with number hr69 c1867 is driving so rash and over the speed such that it was about to collide with us 2 times. The driver is not concerned about the nearby vehicles. Though containing high inflammable substance, it is highly risky to drive at such a high speed. Kindly take necessary action against the driver so as to avoid deadly tragedies. Thanks

                      1. One day i asked to fill rs.250 of petrol. They stopped at rs.50 and then said sorry they didn't hear clearly. Now, they filled petrol for rs.200. When i checked my fuel indicator, it showed less than what i usually have for rs.250. I reminded myself not to visit this place again.

                      2. Again, mistakenly i visited this place today (18-oct-2019) to fill petrol for rs.1000. The meter stopped at rs.252, then they said it was due to power outage. Now, they filled petrol again for rs.748. Later, when i started my vehicle i noticed the fuel meter showed very less than my usual filling of rs.1000.
                      Even they said petro points cannot be availed when i used debit/credit card as they are not ioc outlet! They gave me a manually written bill only.

                          With due regard it's submitted that your filling pump namely m/s farid service station at ferozepur faridkot road, faridkot-151203 punjab, is rendering very poor services,. Only one aur maximum 2 person are their to deal with the public. No arrangements of water, air, and cleanenac is adopted by the owner. The owner is also running hero agencies and whole the staff of your pump is busy in rending the services at the agencies instead of petrol pump. Please do the needful.. Thanks

                            सर में जब से gas connection लिया हु तब से इस तरह का समस्या हो रहा हे मेने पहले भी customer care and filed officer को शिकायत किया हु, फिर भी बार बार एक ही समस्या आता हे, लेकिन इस बार जब में शिकायत किया तो R N B Udyog के Manager- Mr. Nitish ji (14/10/2019 and 10:22 AM) को मुझे कॉल करके धमकी दिए की आगे से आप को हम गैस नहीं देगे नहीं तो आप अपना Connection transfer कर लो और ये भी बोला की तुमको जहां भी शिकायत करना हे कर लो मेरा कुछ नहीं होने बाला हे

                            अतः श्रीमान से नम्र निवेदन हैं कि आप R N B Udyog पर शख्त से शख्त कारबाई करे एबं इस शिकायत को बंद करने के पहले मेरा भी पछ सुन ले, इसके लिए मैं आपका सदा आभारी रहूंगा ।

                              So i asked the guy who was working in the gas station to fill the air in my Vehicle. He bluntly refused. I asked him to bring the Complaint Register which he said it's in the office.So i went to the office and i asked the manager/owner who was in the office to provide me the Complaint Register. The owner asked me the problem and i told him that your worker isn't filling air in my vehicle by stating there is an issue with the Air Pressure.
                              The Manager bluntly refused to provide me the register stating that they don't have one. This is a very disgraceful act being a customer and they are refusing to provide the Complaint Register. I want you to take serious actions against them otherwise i being a lawyer would have to sue them for such disrespectful act.
                              I have provided the pic of the gas station and of the owner with it.

                              Myself A G.Shah booked new gas connection vide invoice no 1487 on 04/10/2019 from M/S Shree nrusinnh krupa gas agency, Vadodara. Today eight days lapsed but said distributor did not provide gas connection. Moreover said distributor is forcebally selling items like lighter, gas can, hose etc. We are in trouble due to non-delivery of new gas.

I booked 1 gas cylinder with prankur indane gas service, no.4, raj palace, opp. Pawan cinema, gt road, ghaziabad under my same consumer number. The cylider was delivered and upon checking my bank account with kotak mahindra bank, i find that only rs.66.05 has been credited under ref. No. Ecsicr-ioc ref. No.3000177ab-sbi[protected] whereas the subsidy should have been more than credited. I request you to kindly look into this and credit the actual subsidy for the cylinder or please tell me the calculation for this amount. I shall be grateful for your kind reply in this regard.

                                  I think air pressure filling in tyre of vehicle must be available in every petrol pump. For example whenever i visit reliance petrol pump this facility is available but i have never found this facility at indian oil petrol pump.
                                  To day i filled petrol in my bike at dhillon petrol pump at faridkot just situated infront of law college. I asked the filling boy to fill air also in tyre but he said tanki leak hai hawa nahi bhari jandi. The problem is since 10 15 days. Can you do something to resolve the issue.

                                    I am having indane kitchen gas connection. The regulator was leaking and i lodged complaint with tanushree gas agency today (12 oct 2019). The mechanic came on the same day and replaced the faulty regulator by another one but he provided a used regulator in exchange. I accepted it due to cooking urgency. I would like to know if they should supply a new one or they can provide a used regulator. The mechanic charged rs 236 for the services though he said that the replacement piece is free. Please advise the rule and if a new regulator should be provided, please have the used regulator replaced with a new one. Thanks. Sanjay dave

                                      I am a customer of your lpg connection. I had book one bottle on 31 sep 2019 but still it is not received at my place. This do you market image, resigns of your distribution behavior.

                                      I called many times to your distribution but still no one gives answers about my booking status.

                                      Your distribution (Shriram gas service vadodara) is playing with me, i received auto generated msg that your bottle is out of delivery on 1 oct 2019 and now again i received msg that your door was closed due to your cash memo is canceled on 11 oct 2019. Please find attachment of msg.

                                      Please neccessary actions against your distribution if you care your customers.

                                      This is one type of customer feedback and all company believes that customer feedback are most valuable of his company life.
