    Consumer no cx445853 gas agency kumar gas tiruppur. Lpg subisidy credited of rs.89.76 for supply made on 07/08/2019 but for the supply made on 03/09/2019 till date no subsidy credited, while making service request it was replied that the subsidy credited to my account without any details and automatically it shows complaint resolved. Kindly look into it and do the needful. Tq

      We are using Indane Gas connection (Consumer No. : [protected]) since early eighties and earlier my mother (Late Smt. Bimla Sharma) was registered as beneficiary. She died in 2017 and after her death we transferred the gas connection to my wife (Smt. Usha Sharma) by submitting the death certificate duly issued by municipal corporation of my mother. The process of name change had been completed by our authorized dealer/agency (ESBEE ENTERPRISES, New Delhi) of Indane gas and subsequently the registered beneficiary changed on the documents available at dealer/agency and now we are getting bills having being shown my wife as registered beneficiary.
      However when we tried to book the gas trough online mode/Indane Gas App, it is seen that in online mode the gas connection is still showing my mother's name in place of my wife.

      Hence it is requested to change the beneficiary name in online records as well at the earliest. A copy of slip is attached for your ready reference please.

        Extra amount has been collected during gas delivery.. If we neglect to give the amount delivery not said that they wont delivery the refill propely next time. Sometime they behave very worste.

        Sir anjineya gas service station which is located in chennai nanganallur delivery person not properly behave during gas delivery.

        They are asking extra service charge. If they collect as like this daily in all houses iam sure they earn more than their salary.

        What the central government officials not ready to take any action against this. Already central government anounced that they stopped give any subsidy in gas add on to this the delivery people asking some extra money. Is there any action taken against them.

            निवेदन है कि में रोहताश वर्मा पुत्र श्री कन्हैया लाल निवासी 7/653, गली भगत सिंह पार्क वाली, शिव चौक, सिरसा का रहने वाला हूँ श्रीमान जी दिनांक[protected] समय रात्री करीब 9:30 बजे में और मेरा दोस्त प्रवीन कुमार के साथ सुरखाब चोंक, डबवाली रोड़ पर स्थित झुथरा पेट्रो सिटी पर तेल डलवाने गये | श्रीमान जी हमने झुथरा पेट्रो सिटी से 200 रूपये का तेल डलवाने के बाद वहा के सेल्समेन से मोटर साईकिल में हवा भरने का निवेदन किया जिस पर वहां तेनात सेल्समेन ने कहा कि हमारे पम्प पर हवा भरने के लिये कोई कर्मचारी फालतू नही हैं हमारे बार-बार निवेदन करने के बाद सेल्समेन ने कहा हम हवा नही भरेगे तुम से जो होता हैं कर लो तुमने जिसको शिकायत करनी हैं कर लो हमारे पम्प के मालिक कि बहुत चलती हैं यह कह कर उक्त सेल्समेन ने अभद्र व्यहवार व भाषा का प्रयोग करने लगा | इसी दोरन पम्प पर तेनात गनमेन आया और हमारे साथ अभद्र व्यहवार करने लगा व हमे देख लेने कि धमकी दी |
            श्रीमान जी जब मैने पम्प पर लिखे आप के विभाग के अधिकारी श्री राजेश कुमार जी से मोबाईल नम्बर[protected] से सम्पर्क किया और उन को अपनी मोखिक शिकायत दी | जिस पर आप के विभाग के अधिकारी श्री राजेश कुमार जी ने झुथरा पेट्रो सिटी सिरसा के मेनेजर साहब को मोके पर भेजा लेकिन वहा तेनात सेल्समेन व गनमेन ने उनकी एक ना सुनी और हमारे साथ अभद्र व्यहवार करते रहे |
            श्रीमान जी इसके बाद हमने दोबारा आप के विभाग के अधिकारी श्री राजेश कुमार जी से मोबाईल नम्बर[protected] से सम्पर्क किया तो उन्होंने सुबह कार्यवाही करने का आश्वासन दिया | जब हमने अगले दिन दिनांक[protected] सुबह आप के विभाग के अधिकारी श्री राजेश कुमार जी से मोबाईल पर सम्पर्क किया उन्होंने ने हमे शाम 5 बजे झुथरा पेट्रो सिटी सिरसा में बुलाया लेकिन श्री राजेश कुमार जी ने शाम 4 बजे हमे फोन पर सूचित किया कि झुथरा पेट्रो सिटी के मालिक बाहर गये हैं इसके बाद सोमवार को सुबह 10 बजे का समय दिया लेकिन उसके बाद आप के विभाग के अधिकारी श्री राजेश कुमार जी ने ना तो कोई सतोषजनक जबाब दिया और ना ही सेल्समेन व गनमेन के खिलाफ कोई कार्यवाही की |

              We have booked a refill using ivrs but it is not getting delivered. After the booking the invoice is generated and given to the delivery boy but he does not deliver it and then it gets cancelled after 48 hours. This has happened 4-5 times already. Last time the delivery boy came to deliver he asked for extra 40-50 rupees, which we denied.
              The cyllinder was not having seal also and when we asked him to weigh the cyllinder, he refused saying that he does not have the machine. After that he was extremely rude and is not delivering the gas refill now.

              We are waiting endlessy without any action from indane. We have already filed a complaint but no action is taken. Whenever we tried to contact the distributor they just say it will be delivered by tomorrow or we have already generated invoice. Please contact delivery boy. When we contact the delivery boy he says he does not have any reciept for delivery or sometimes that i will deliver it in 1-2 hours, but never actually delivers.
              This juggling between calling distributor and delivery boy is really tiresome and irrtating and still after all that we are not able to receive a refill. This is a clear exploitation of customers. We have to go through so much for receiving a mere refill just because we want a sealed cyllinder with right weight and without any extra payment, which is our basic right as a customer.

                I have booked for a refill on 22 oct and got a message with receipt generated details in the next few days followed by a delivery agent calling to deliver the cylinder. But he never came and it's been more than 5 days that j have received that call. The agency denied taking complaints and said they do not know about the cylinder tracking. Very frustrating experience. Still haven't received the cylinder. Multiple calls but no reply.

                I am aware it might take around 10 days to deliver few times but this time i got an message that it will delivered within 4 days and a delivery agent called me too to deliver. Then why is the delivery of my cylinder taking so long.

                The agency despite being the broker to deliver to the consumers simply denies taking any complaints nor listening to my complaint. They have asked me to go to the main branch for any queries. What is the purpose of these agencies being linked to consumers when they are not taking the responsibility for our delivery.

                      I had filled in petrol from indian oil pump (Krishnasagar automobile) at polta (Near bongaon) at 02:42 pm[protected]. After filling tank i asked for bill to the employee. He gave me a bill but not entered vehicle number. When i asked him where is the vehicle number, he said that "machine does not able to do this". But pump manager told me "machine can do this". When i protest for this, the pump employee started a rude behaviour to me. I want the pump employee punished. And this incident never happen again. Thank you.

                        I applied for a gas connection in ml bose company 52 a raja dinendra street, kolkata 700009

                        They are denying gas connection because i am not purchasing oven from them.
                        Though i have provided copy of my new oven purchase bill.

                        The person who came for inspection said the stove i have purchased cannot be srviced by them. Though it is a branded prestige company's isi marked stove.

                          Dear sir they are demanding rs. 30-40 rupees extra. If i ask why, they are telling as transport charge + my salary. I refused to pay the extra money. So the delivery man told he will not deliver the cylinder and come my office take the cylinder. Help me solve this. Is this extra transport charge and salary in your policy? If yes please explain me.                               Dear sir i am from pondicherry and having lpg connection from m/s renga agencies. Mohannagar pondicherry. My name is rjagadisan lpg consumer no is 50213 enjoying the facility from 2011. I booked gas by 2nd week of sep. I received a message from ioc to pay online rs 602 for the cylinder. It is the 2nd time i paid through online. First my acct debited and some technical problem it has not credited to benifitiary ioc. By 9.14 am on 10/09/2019 again i transferred online and successful. Both things happened on 10/09/2019 and renga agencies delivered the cylinder on 14/09/2019 with online payment delivery slip with balance to pay rs 0. The subsidy of rs 91 credited to my ac on 20/09 now renga agencies people came to my house and pay rs 602 saying they have recd the amt. Inhave obtained a statement of ac from my bank from 10/9 to 20/9 till date rs 602 not credited to my ac means the debit transaction is successful. Today 25 th the delivery came to pay rs 602 or give back the cyclinder. It has given acute mental agony and stress. He has not understand bank transaction. Ur toll free people also told me transaction sucessful to me. Please instruct renga agencies and clarify them in this regard. If they again trouble there is no other go for me to complain in consumer court

                                This complaint is against indian oil petrol pump indian oil petrol bunk
                                Hennur main rd, sait palya layout, lingarajapuram, bengaluru, karnataka 560084

                                I asked the person to fill petrol of 250 and i repeated twice the same but the person for 50/- and then again i repeated that i asked for 250/- and he filled for 200 more.
                                When i entered the fueld quantity in my tvs app to have fueld record and efficiency i found fuel quantity as 2.31 for 200/- @76.67 why actually should be 2.61.

                                I came back and searched for this punp and it's reviews and found that i am not the only one who got cheated. This is the procedure they follow on each person who goes there. And few people tried to go against them but they came up misbehaving and being rowdy.

                                I urge you to please take an immediate and strong action against them as this not a small scam they are doing it for 30 to 40rs against each filling each day each week while year. And that to they are in mid of city... Hand-off to their courage even they are not afraid of some who could expose them. People have gave their reviews but i think it doesn't reach to authorities and they also doesn't bother.

                                I will fight till so strict action is taken against them.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I would like to draw your kind attention toward the problem facing by customer like me. As i have shifted my residence, i didn't take gas bottle for more than 6 months. When i contact the agency, they told me to reactivate your account and for that they demanded rs 180/-. Moreover when i have given the proof my new address they didn't change and activate the account and booked refile without my consent on old address and bottle was not delivered to me. They sold out themselves. When i complained, they told that address will be changed after 15 days. They also not link my aadhar card though i have given copies of it many times. They also demanded rs 150 for address change.
                                  I think we have to take another 150 years to make our nation as the vision of m. K ghandhi.

                                    Hello team
                                    Initially i had applied for iocl petrol pump dealership and submitted rs. 3, 99, 000 as application fee but due to some issue i had withdrawn my application on 2 may 2019 for application no "iocl27aaaci19ch".

                                    They told after my application withdrawn that your amount would be refunded within 90 days from date of application withdrawn but now it is more than 120 days but i did not get my refund.

                                    Now, they are asking that minimum refund amount should be 5.5l and your payment is of rs. 3.99l. Therefore, first make complete payment. Which was not mentioned in their policy document and even it is also not mandate as at any stage any applicant can withdrawn their application.

                                    A, i have contacted iocl dealership team through email and other channel but they are not replying or answering.

                                    I have sent multiple email to your team but i did not get any positive response from their side.

                                    Therefore, i would request you to please help to get my refund from iocl team.

                                      I had booked a cylinder on 13-sept-2019 with ref no 450693. But didnot get my cylinder yet. But message received from indane is showing it will be delivered within 2-4 days at the time of booking. Each and every time they did unreasonable delay in delivery. If we contact to agency regarding this every time they do a worst behaviour with us even they do not know how to behave with a lady cutomer. It is a delivery issue as well as behavioural issue. Please look into the matter sir.

                                        Respected sir,

                                        1. We refueled full tank diesel in my car up32 je 3678 at gupta filling station, dealer indian oil corporation ltd, bachhrawan district rae bareli on 14 aug 19 on billing cash memo no 3149 dated 14 aug 2019.

                                        2. Car run upto 10-15 km from said petrol pump and engine started loudly sound we stopped the car and call local mechanic to resolved the fault but he told that engine got seized and don't start now.

                                        3. We pulled car and reached workshop and find out that kerosene was mixed in diesel so that reason engine got breakdown.

                                        4. On 17 aug 19 we informed matter to mr vinay sale manager rae bareli and he called me at same petrol pump. He made an inspection report in front me but result of same report still not sent me or informed me, nor call me for inspection office to check report in-front me.

                                        5. Therefore we are request you to please take matter seriously because i have much financially loss. Also requesting you please justify the matter and take necessary action against the dealer.
