Dear sir i am from pondicherry and having lpg connection from m/s renga agencies. Mohannagar pondicherry. My name is rjagadisan lpg consumer no is 50213 enjoying the facility from 2011. I booked gas by 2nd week of sep. I received a message from ioc to pay online rs 602 for the cylinder. It is the 2nd time i paid through online. First my acct debited and some technical problem it has not credited to benifitiary ioc. By 9.14 am on 10/09/2019 again i transferred online and successful. Both things happened on 10/09/2019 and renga agencies delivered the cylinder on 14/09/2019 with online payment delivery slip with balance to pay rs 0. The subsidy of rs 91 credited to my ac on 20/09 now renga agencies people came to my house and pay rs 602 saying they have recd the amt. Inhave obtained a statement of ac from my bank from 10/9 to 20/9 till date rs 602 not credited to my ac means the debit transaction is successful. Today 25 th the delivery came to pay rs 602 or give back the cyclinder. It has given acute mental agony and stress. He has not understand bank transaction. Ur toll free people also told me transaction sucessful to me. Please instruct renga agencies and clarify them in this regard. If they again trouble there is no other go for me to complain in consumer court

I asked the person to fill petrol of 250 and i repeated twice the same but the person for 50/- and then again i repeated that i asked for 250/- and he filled for 200 more.
When i entered the fueld quantity in my tvs app to have fueld record and efficiency i found fuel quantity as 2.31 for 200/- @76.67 why actually should be 2.61.

I came back and searched for this punp and it's reviews and found that i am not the only one who got cheated. This is the procedure they follow on each person who goes there. And few people tried to go against them but they came up misbehaving and being rowdy.

I urge you to please take an immediate and strong action against them as this not a small scam they are doing it for 30 to 40rs against each filling each day each week while year. And that to they are in mid of city... Hand-off to their courage even they are not afraid of some who could expose them. People have gave their reviews but i think it doesn't reach to authorities and they also doesn't bother.

I will fight till so strict action is taken against them.

I would like to draw your kind attention toward the problem facing by customer like me. As i have shifted my residence, i didn't take gas bottle for more than 6 months. When i contact the agency, they told me to reactivate your account and for that they demanded rs 180/-. Moreover when i have given the proof my new address they didn't change and activate the account and booked refile without my consent on old address and bottle was not delivered to me. They sold out themselves. When i complained, they told that address will be changed after 15 days. They also not link my aadhar card though i have given copies of it many times. They also demanded rs 150 for address change.
I think we have to take another 150 years to make our nation as the vision of m. K ghandhi.

Initially i had applied for iocl petrol pump dealership and submitted rs. 3, 99, 000 as application fee but due to some issue i had withdrawn my application on 2 may 2019 for application no "iocl27aaaci19ch".

They told after my application withdrawn that your amount would be refunded within 90 days from date of application withdrawn but now it is more than 120 days but i did not get my refund.

Now, they are asking that minimum refund amount should be 5.5l and your payment is of rs. 3.99l. Therefore, first make complete payment. Which was not mentioned in their policy document and even it is also not mandate as at any stage any applicant can withdrawn their application.

A, i have contacted iocl dealership team through email and other channel but they are not replying or answering.

I have sent multiple email to your team but i did not get any positive response from their side.

Therefore, i would request you to please help to get my refund from iocl team.

I had booked a cylinder on 13-sept-2019 with ref no 450693. But didnot get my cylinder yet. But message received from indane is showing it will be delivered within 2-4 days at the time of booking. Each and every time they did unreasonable delay in delivery. If we contact to agency regarding this every time they do a worst behaviour with us even they do not know how to behave with a lady cutomer. It is a delivery issue as well as behavioural issue. Please look into the matter sir.

1. We refueled full tank diesel in my car up32 je 3678 at gupta filling station, dealer indian oil corporation ltd, bachhrawan district rae bareli on 14 aug 19 on billing cash memo no 3149 dated 14 aug 2019.

2. Car run upto 10-15 km from said petrol pump and engine started loudly sound we stopped the car and call local mechanic to resolved the fault but he told that engine got seized and don't start now.

3. We pulled car and reached workshop and find out that kerosene was mixed in diesel so that reason engine got breakdown.

4. On 17 aug 19 we informed matter to mr vinay sale manager rae bareli and he called me at same petrol pump. He made an inspection report in front me but result of same report still not sent me or informed me, nor call me for inspection office to check report in-front me.

5. Therefore we are request you to please take matter seriously because i have much financially loss. Also requesting you please justify the matter and take necessary action against the dealer.

I have booked for a gas cylinder with ganapathyvel indane gas agency, velecherry and cash memo[protected] for the same has been generated on 6/9/2019. Booking number[protected].

Today i went to indianoil petrol bunk opposite to jssaet entrance gate, purchase 1, 000/- petrol for my new car and i asked very polite way at 800 meter running but staff person stopped the petrol gun and he replied it’s like that only and his behaviour like rowdy immediately 2 people came shouting on me it’s like that only and while closing my car petrol cap they broke if you have cc tv access you can check, this is very bad experience...

The petrol pump near central jail gwalior is not accepting indian coins which were given by me and were talking very rudely and was saying these does not work and insulting our currency if this matter is not looked after than i will be forced to comlaint at colloectors office and will influence wrong about it. And the man was saying this is police petrol pump and here we are the owner. Please see

This complaint is against indian oil petrol pump owned by sethi petrol pump i paid rs.400 for fuel filling but the filling machine not showing the amount. I ask him why this is not showing the amount so he said that this oil is for testing. After that the filling man filled the 5 ltr. Petrol in bike. I calculate the 5 ltr. With current rate (Showing in machine) which is the 74.65 per ltr. The result is 373.25
Than i again ask the filling man that i paid rs.400/- but petrol fill amount rs.373.25 difference of rs.26.75 why cames diffrance???

Filling man sated giving irrelevant excused, after argument he ready for filling the petrol of balance amount rs.26.75

Please take some action to deter such effort of these petrol pump.

The indian oil gas station in bommanahalli, hongasondra has atrocious services. When gas stations are empty, the employees are enjoying and making only one person work and the queue is soo long. Even then the employee told me to go to the one person when he supposed to be working.
I was a frequent customer to indian oil since i live nearby. Now because of this, i no longer go to indian oil and am willing to do an extra 10 min ride to bharath petroleum.
You just lost one customer and the way i see it is if you keep this going on, customers will go to your competitors and will never come back to indian oil. Word of mouth is a big factor to bring down any firm so look into this and improve the ethics and behavior of your employees.

To day i went to sri rama agencies but could not get any information due to server not working. Pl do the needful.

Indial oil fuel pump near abhay singh chowk delhi road rewari haryana. Fuel pump machine platform have no safety sign that how much plateform cover on ground. Means, where this platform ground end, it should be shown by 4 ti 5 fet height with any sign so taht drivers can see the last end of this machine plateform. Last days i have big damage in my car due to not seen this plateform ground last eage. Also you cover it by sharp iron cover.

You should remove it and show the last end with 5 feet tag height caution.

I have indane lpg connection in vadodara i have given my aadhar card for subsidy but it is not linked official said your aadhar is alraedy linked with another connection actually my mother is living in my native village and she applied for bharat gas in ujjvala yojna and the officials of bharat gas asked for all aadhar card copy of mentioned members in ration card and then she submitted all aadhar cards of my all family members mentioned in ration card so my aadhar is linked there.
What should i do now? Please do needful

I have booked and paid online gas refill cylinder order[protected] ref num #[protected]. Consumer no [protected]. Paid rs. 616.50 dt.15/9/2019. Invoice no.[protected] of amount rs 616.50 generated. Gas cylinder delivered on 17/9/2019. Distributor is vkt indane [protected] ludhiana city. The distributor did not deliver cylinder and asked for cash payment of rs.616.50. I was left with no alternative exept paying again. I have paid the amount again as we had to cook food.
What about the online paid system?
Please refund my amount
Please rectify your system and enquire the case.

It may please be noted that no action so far has been taken on the issue and the shop remains open till late nights. I repeat my complaint that the industrial drills being used by puncture man shop are creating sounds beyond the allowable limits in residential area. It is has become difficult for the residents of my home and other adjacent homes to live there. It is requested to shift the puncture man booth at a distance from the society compound wall. There is enough space available at the other farther end of the petrol pump to place the booth. So please shift this shop at earliest.

Third message - 06 sept, 19 at 10:45 am cash memo [protected] rs 627.50, sylinder shall be delivered shortly,
Fourth message - 13 sept, 19 at 10:50 am cash memo [protected] gererated against refill #900829 is cancelled
The ampount has already paid online.
This is a repeat case from domestic gas service.

This is to make you notice seriously that at your petrol/cng pump employees are cheating customers for their pocket expenses specially at night hours, this is about your dwarka sector10/19 pump next to ambrahi village, delhi yesterday as i went to get the cng and petrol for my vehicle one of your employee name pandit ji (As everyone of staff calling him) who was not wearing his name plate as well so i'm not sure about his name he insisted me to park my vehicle at particular side whilst the other nozzle and pump was vacant and when he pushed the start button i told him gas is leaking and he misbehaved and said no it's not leaking and when i in-between stopped the main switch of cng dispensing machine nozzle he argued and all staff gathered and another employee again put the nozzle in my vehicle and refilled gas and that was without leakage, but they we're arguing and no manager was there to whom i could complain that time i am a regular customer of that pump and spend about 1200 daily on gas and petrol from the same pump but after yesterday's incidence, i make sure i change my route and never see that pump neither i get anything from that pump also i make sure my known to people who use that pump for services visit there again. But all such things will definitely hamper indian oil image.

I have booked the indane lpg cylinder over phone as per the process on 6th september 2019, but till date (14.09.2019) i have not received the cylinder. I have visited the distributor twice, but the only response from them is that the load has not yet arrived from the company, whenever it comes, we shall pass the cylinder to you. It has been more than 7 days i have no cylinder at my house. And no proper response...

Dear sir/madam, my mother in law is a senior citizen and does not receive pension. Her gas connection is with kalpana indane gas agency remco layout vijaya nagar bangalore and the number is [protected]. The delivery man has started demanding rupees fifty for every delivery while she pays 20 rupees for every delivery. She finds it difficult to pay 50 rupees for the delivery.
