Dear sir,
I have visited recently to agency bcoz my subsidy had stopped from last six months. I have told this to manager of the agency.manger was very rude.he nothing responded for the same when I insist to look this matter then he was shouting on me & said I can't do anything regarding this...He asked me go from here & do as u want I don't care...I am feeling very ashamed people behaving like this such a reputed company like iocl...
So I have to requested to you plz resolve the issue as soon as possible.thank you

I drive my car for filling petrol for my car (Maruti swift) on sunday (25th august 2019, 11:05 am) at the above said petrol bunk. I asked the person working there to fill the petrol for inr 1000 (The pump near the road). But the staff initially filled for inr 200 and stopped, (But i could not hear any noise of petrol flow). I told him that i asked for inr 1000, after that, he once again inserted the gun and filled petrol for inr 800.
When i requested for the bill, he gave bill for 800 only. When i asked for the previous bill (As per the order it should be 200 followed by 800), he could not able to produce because the machine did not actually run at the time. He argued with me for long and asked one more lady staff to restart the machine and again he inserted the gun in car petrol tank without filling.
Actually, i lost inr 200 on that day and they cheated.
I request you to take necessary action against those people

My name is pijush kanti ray.in my house there is a gas connection of my wife's name smt. Mili ray having connection no. 19602 in sonarpur gas services. But delivery person is charging 40-50 rupees more than bill amount every time of gas delivery saying that the agent do not pay any paise for this job and also carriage charge of cylinder. If anybody refuses to paid excess amount the deliveryman threatened not to delivery to the next time. He is cheating village people. I am raising this complaint on behalf of my wife as well as village people.

Sir/madam, i am not receiving my sbsidy amount from 25/05/2016 to till date.in 2016 my kotak mahindra bank account was freezed. After that, i went to the bank for restart the bank. But they gave me new account number. Now i have accounts in kotak mahindra bank, canara bank and axis bank with the same aadhaar number. My lpg id[protected]. From kolar district karnataka state. This is for your kind information & needfull. Thanking you sir.

I tried to pay a lpg refill from indane provided payment link as sent in sms. The money got debited from my hdfc bank account on 17th august 2019 but the transaction failed. I got a mail from indane for unsuccessful transaction but the money has not been refunded yet. No one is picking up the phone numbers mentioned in that indane mail.
The cylinder has already been delivered and i had to pay the amount again in cash.
I want my money back in my account.

Dear sir mene indian oil ka bala ji kishan sewa kendra petrol pump, rd 682 teh. Pugal, dist bikaner, rajasthan se bolero me diesel dalwaya jisme water ki matra thi jiske kaaran meri gaadi kharab ho gayi or jisme ab tak 22000 rs ka kharcha aa gya h or abhi tak poori tarah se thik nhi hui...
Diesel ki jaanch ke liye mai petrol pump gya tha or jaanch ki thi jisme water paya gya tha.
Or meri gadi ke sath sath hi 2 or gadi bhi kharab ho gayi thi mere samne usi din...

On 25/8/09 time 1 p. M. I took petrol in my slender for rs.210/ from eagle patrol pump, rajkot and pay by paytm. After taking petrol just in 500 meter bike came in reserve. I felt that there was less petrol in my motorcycle. So i asked to the petrol pump oprator about the quantity of petrol. Instead of dealing with the situation the operator started misbehaving and he told me that the measurment was fine also they refuse to give a bill.

I have booked refill cylinder on 26th july 2019. Amount deducted from my pnb account but transaction was not displayed in history of iocl website and i called up my distributor and they confirmed that, they didn't received any amount for refilling the cylinder, it was for the amount rs. 634.5/-. The booking was cancelled. I have filed online complaint (Complaint no: 1-[protected]) on this. But no positive reply i got from them.
Please help me to get my money back. Please help me here. Its been pending more than a month time.

The machine of indian oil cooperation is not working and if we ask about the machine they start arguments and they fill petrol in bike only by one machine. That's why there is very crowd in that machine and if we talk about this system, they were talking very rudely.. And there is no air facility... So please try to understand our problem and take action against this unfair system. Urgently

Application number [protected] has been selected under the above location and land developed work on plot number 122 and i 2054 is going on.
Plot number 2054 is in front of plot 122 and it is a government land with land type as "sadak" meaning road. This particular plot was taken by government while the road was constructed for the first time. Then how iocl is accepting this for development of petrol pump? I request iocl to please verify old land records before committing and take necessary action. I attach copy of patta and map as per government website.

This is to inform you that it was wrongly enrolled the “give it up” subsidy option for my lpg connection. So, i request you kindly to deactivate this enrollment, my consumer no. [protected]. So that i can avail the lpg cylinders in subsidized prices. It's my humble request to kindly deactivate my “giveitup” option and credit my subsidy in my account as i don’t want to lose my subsidy. The reason for the complain is that when people go to fill petrol in their vehicle, they fill with the extra premium, we as a consumer wherever we had gone before, if we say them to fill petrol we were asked if normal or premium in any petrol pumps.
I told the worker there to fill my tank with petrol but without my conscious the worker filled it up with extra premium when i told the worker why premium the worker say nonsense reason that this line is for premium and that line for normal petrol, but when i observed all the lines were doing the same and the customers are unaware of what is happening there. I would like the concerned authority to check the matter of the date and time given and look at their book of records and see the matter and take appropriate action on it.

Maa chandrahasini filling station owned by prem kishor patel in ruchida, ambabhona block of bargarh district is not changing price in time and charging more. I filled 5 litres jar but got 200 ml less and that too smelling kerosene. The owner who is a sand mafia for which he has been fined by tahsildar ambabhona in 2017 and have been involved in maoist donors list released by sp bargarh. He is also undertaking building and contract work from block office. Taking alternate employment/salary/emoluments is gross vioation of dealership agreement prescribed by govt of india. As such his license has to be terminated to save public from exploitation.

A neighbor of our has given his premises on rent to some guys who are filling illegal gas cylinder in residential area at
D-137 madhu vihar dwarka sector 3 delhi-110059. It is very hazardous & dangerous to all
Neighbourhood people as the lpg leaks allways any thing can happen. Please take necessary action to close this illegal activity.

Today, 23aug19 at 1303 hrs i refilled diesel from shaheed major anurag c. A, sector 52, noida-201307 in my xuv 500 whose tank maximum capacity as per manufacturer is 70 ltrs. I came driving at the petrol pump so there must be some oil present in the tank at that time. I received a bill of rs4934.43 for 75.45 liters diesel. I am unable to understand that how come i was charged for 75.45 liters of diesel however the maximum capacity of tank is only 70 liters. When i asked them about manual bill they said that it will not be given. I received a computerised bill that come out from the petrol machine and it is showing 75.45liters. Kindly look into the matter and check at the petrol pump why it is so.

I am arijit dey, a consumer of iocl (Lpg) containing consumer number: cx 319218 under m/s metropolitan engineers cooperative limited at kalyani central park, kalyani, nadia, west bengal - 741235. Few days ago, i noticed that the spelling of my name was printed as arijit. De on the consumer's paper.
Please correct the spelling mistake of my name. The correct spelling of my name is arijit dey.

I had booked lpg cylinder through ivrs and paid the amount online. As there was delay in getting the delivery, i called the ivrs number to know the status and by mistake booked the another cylinder.

As my second cylinder is not empty, please cancel the cylinder booked as per above order.

Please note that i had book the lpg cylinder on 17th aug'19 against my consumer no: 09819.
And received the sms about the generation of cash memo no: [protected] against my booking no: 665848 on 19th aug'19 & immediately again received another sms with comment that "your refill booking stands cancelled. Reason: cancelled booking. Delivery may be reattempted shortly."
Now today is 22nd aug'19 & till now no further information received from indene lpg.
Kindly look into this & arrange to resolve the issue on priority basis.

Dear sir, my consumer no is cx19817232 and my distributor is mathru indane gas service, address-no 103, kurubarahalli, bangalore - 560086. I have done a booking on 16th aug 2019with ref no:[protected]. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered at my residence but i have received a confirmatory sms on 21st aug 2019 that the cylinder has been delivered with cash memo no:[protected]. This is clear black marketing if i am not consuming the quota alloted to me that does not mean the distributor will sell the cylinders for black. If i will visit the distributor to complain he will treat as if he is doing some favour on me by giving this lpg cylinders
