On 25/8/09 time 1 p. M. I took petrol in my slender for rs.210/ from eagle patrol pump, rajkot and pay by paytm. After taking petrol just in 500 meter bike came in reserve. I felt that there was less petrol in my motorcycle. So i asked to the petrol pump oprator about the quantity of petrol. Instead of dealing with the situation the operator started misbehaving and he told me that the measurment was fine also they refuse to give a bill.

Dear sir,
I have booked refill cylinder on 26th july 2019. Amount deducted from my pnb account but transaction was not displayed in history of iocl website and i called up my distributor and they confirmed that, they didn't received any amount for refilling the cylinder, it was for the amount rs. 634.5/-. The booking was cancelled. I have filed online complaint (Complaint no: 1-[protected]) on this. But no positive reply i got from them.
Please help me to get my money back. Please help me here. Its been pending more than a month time.

That's why there is very crowd in that machine and if we talk about this system, they were talking very rudely.. And there is no air facility... Application number [protected] has been selected under the above location and land developed work on plot number 122 and i 2054 is going on.
Plot number 2054 is in front of plot 122 and it is a government land with land type as "sadak" meaning road. This particular plot was taken by government while the road was constructed for the first time. Then how iocl is accepting this for development of petrol pump? I request iocl to please verify old land records before committing and take necessary action. I attach copy of patta and map as per government website.

The reason for the complain is that when people go to fill petrol in their vehicle, they fill with the extra premium, we as a consumer wherever we had gone before, if we say them to fill petrol we were asked if normal or premium in any petrol pumps.
I told the worker there to fill my tank with petrol but without my conscious the worker filled it up with extra premium when i told the worker why premium the worker say nonsense reason that this line is for premium and that line for normal petrol, but when i observed all the lines were doing the same and the customers are unaware of what is happening there. I would like the concerned authority to check the matter of the date and time given and look at their book of records and see the matter and take appropriate action on it.

Maa chandrahasini filling station owned by prem kishor patel in ruchida, ambabhona block of bargarh district is not changing price in time and charging more. I filled 5 litres jar but got 200 ml less and that too smelling kerosene. The owner who is a sand mafia for which he has been fined by tahsildar ambabhona in 2017 and have been involved in maoist donors list released by sp bargarh. He is also undertaking building and contract work from block office. Taking alternate employment/salary/emoluments is gross vioation of dealership agreement prescribed by govt of india. As such his license has to be terminated to save public from exploitation.

Dear sir/madam
Today, 23aug19 at 1303 hrs i refilled diesel from shaheed major anurag c. A, sector 52, noida-201307 in my xuv 500 whose tank maximum capacity as per manufacturer is 70 ltrs. I came driving at the petrol pump so there must be some oil present in the tank at that time. I received a bill of rs4934.43 for 75.45 liters diesel. I am unable to understand that how come i was charged for 75.45 liters of diesel however the maximum capacity of tank is only 70 liters. When i asked them about manual bill they said that it will not be given. I received a computerised bill that come out from the petrol machine and it is showing 75.45liters. Kindly look into the matter and check at the petrol pump why it is so.

Please note that i had book the lpg cylinder on 17th aug'19 against my consumer no: 09819.
And received the sms about the generation of cash memo no: [protected] against my booking no: 665848 on 19th aug'19 & immediately again received another sms with comment that "your refill booking stands cancelled. Reason: cancelled booking. Delivery may be reattempted shortly."
Now today is 22nd aug'19 & till now no further information received from indene lpg.
Kindly look into this & arrange to resolve the issue on priority basis.

Till date the cylinder has not been delivered at my residence but i have received a confirmatory sms on 21st aug 2019 that the cylinder has been delivered with cash memo no:[protected]. This is clear black marketing if i am not consuming the quota alloted to me that does not mean the distributor will sell the cylinders for black. If i will visit the distributor to complain he will treat as if he is doing some favour on me by giving this lpg cylinders

We have buying indane cylinders from mathru indane gas service since 10 years. We shifted our house recently 3 years back from prashanthanagar to nagarabhavi in bangalore. Since then this agency is not supplying properly, they cancel our booking, after it is billed n we receive the delivery message. Again do booking, call them on daily basis, 2 - 3 times a day when we find the using cylinder empty.
This time it's 25 days of 1st booking, 5 days of 2nd booking, am calling delivery person for 5th time today. He's gaming.
We had requested for transferring branch/agency. And even for this they are not supporting the necessary action.
Please let us know the option that we can do.

Please kindly check the patrol /diessel quantity and quality of daporijo petrol pump arunachal pradesh. They should not allow to filling in 1ltr bottle. Our scooty fuel tank capacity has been 4to5 liter but when we refill full tank its going 6to7 litrre how?? It's the question able. I also doubt that quality of fuel. Even no other facilities in there. So i request you kindly visite here and check the quality and quantity of fuel. This for favour of your kind information and necessary action please.

My refill is not delivered yet. I tired calling agency again and again. I booked for refill on 11th august and confirmation sms said it will be delivered in 1-3 days but it is not delivered yet. Insted delivering on time at home they (Atharva indane sanpada) are saying me to come to agency and pickup cylinder if you are in hurry (This was there answer on call in bit rude tone and i quote "amchya kde stock nahi ahe samjun ja, tumhala jar urgent asel tar ithe yeun gheun ja cylinder". Amount debited from from my account but got email from Indane that booking is cancelled and your amount will be refunded within 7days. Till date no refund is credited to my account. Despite so many emails there is no response from the company. I have tried to call Indane customer care number so many times but number is always busy.

Hi,
I had booked as cylinder from nim gas services through ivr call. And received a msg. To pay online for this booking [snap attached] had paid for that rs 572.5 /- that payment done through tech process.
Next day delivery boy comes with cylinder but shows as a delivery cash challan of 572.5/- rs. Which slip shows that that paid amount not adjusted with this. And as per distributer nim gas not receive that amount from iocl. Or tech process.

So i want to know where is my money actually. To whom to talk.
Distributor declined about money receive.

Pls solve.!!
