My refill is not delivered yet. I tired calling agency again and again. I booked for refill on 11th august and confirmation sms said it will be delivered in 1-3 days but it is not delivered yet. Insted delivering on time at home they (Atharva indane sanpada) are saying me to come to agency and pickup cylinder if you are in hurry (This was there answer on call in bit rude tone and i quote "amchya kde stock nahi ahe samjun ja, tumhala jar urgent asel tar ithe yeun gheun ja cylinder". Booking number:[protected]

Booked lpg cylinder on 2nd August and paid Rs.618 through debit card. Amount debited from from my account but got email from Indane that booking is cancelled and your amount will be refunded within 7days. Till date no refund is credited to my account. Despite so many emails there is no response from the company. I have tried to call Indane customer care number so many times but number is always busy.

I had booked as cylinder from nim gas services through ivr call. And received a msg. To pay online for this booking [snap attached] had paid for that rs 572.5 /- that payment done through tech process.
Next day delivery boy comes with cylinder but shows as a delivery cash challan of 572.5/- rs. Which slip shows that that paid amount not adjusted with this. And as per distributer nim gas not receive that amount from iocl. Or tech process.

So i want to know where is my money actually. To whom to talk.
Distributor declined about money receive.

Yet to receive Cylinder
Made a ph call to distributor, received Unprofessional and rude answer . He asked me to call next day ..as system is down ( almost daily ).
Whenever i made call to them they are daily assuring for Delivery but never delivered. they cancelled the booking as they confirmed today on 23 Aug.

I send a complaint to Indane Gas customer care against the agency located at Vytila, Gokul Gas Agency. Before that I talk to Mr. Arnal, Sales Officer, he questioning me who given the number to you? After that he told me that he enquire the complaint and call back tomorrow. But till date he never call me and given reply to me against the complaint made on 24 July 2019.

Delivery of cyn not made till date against booking reference no 556336 dt 3/8/19 & payment invoice no 62553486 dt 4/8/19. Msgs are send as "delivery will be made shortly and after that delivery has been made on 16/8/19." but, surprisingly no delivery has made. How this can be happened? In between personally enquired about the tentative delivery date, but all got no positive answere. The msg sent by ioc as the cylinder will be delivered. But, what is the period of the word "delivered shortly"? Am i did wrong paying in advance?

Today (19/08/2019) i have received a phone call ([protected]) from my indane lpg distributor (He saying tomar gas agency, ahmedabad, nikol) states that "due to the instruction from indian oil corporation (Ioc), there will be a mandatory inspection will be conducted on your lpg connection on all indane costumers immediately". The inspection is persistent and legal. You have to pay some rupees for the inspection. Otherwise the coverage of insurance will be invalid and also the next booking will be blocked.

I asked him, please send the massage through sms, email or other communicating process so that i can allow him to entry in my house accordingly.

He deny and told me and also threatened me that "if i do not it", then he will block my service.

Sir,
I don't want to reject this type of service, i want it will be through a authenticated process.

Now i want to know that whether this type of service is with the knowledge of ioc or not. If yes, then please inform me, so that i can allow him to entry in my house.

I was in queue to fill cng in my car at a petrol pimp in goregoan east near smashan bhumi on 17/08/2019, waiting for about an hour, a car came from behind and went direct to the filling station and filled the gas and the person named dubey told me that he was in queue. How come he was in queue as i was in queue for about an hour. I went to the manager he also said the same thing. When i told him that i want to complain, he said why are you complaining sir. We will sort it out. I asked his name, but he didnot tell his name. This is the second time this has happened. The payment by card was also not available and it was not declared any where.

I am a government employee. I came to have petrol at indian oil petrol pump puranpur on wgich sakes ofgicer ashwini yadav is working.
An employee of petrol pump abused me a lot and scolded me as come what may i can not come there to give u petrol.
I was very much insulted.
Sir therefore it is humbly requested to u kindly take appropriate action aginst the staff otherwise it would a shamful deed of such employees who destroyes the fame of company.
Please initiate action at once

I had ordered a cylinder on 12 august and a message containing cash memo and booking no. Was delivered to me. But the cylinder was not delivered to me and when i enquired about the cylinder it was told that it was delivered. When i enquired at the gas agency they said that they didn't get the booking. It is causing a lot of inconvenience to me, so i request for immediate action.

मैं आपको सूचित करना चाहता हूं कि लखनऊ शहर (हज़रतगंज) में उपस्थित एक इंडियन ऑयल पेट्रोल पंप पर पेट्रोल की कुछ गड़बड़ी हुई है मेरे साथ। पेट्रोल डालते समय पैट्रोल मीटर को जीरो पर सेट किया गया और ₹521 का मीटर चला मगर मेरी गाड़ी में पेट्रोल नहीं गिरा। जिसकी शिकायत मैंने इंडियन ऑयल के हेल्पलाइन नंबर ([protected]) पर भी की । पर वहां से मुझे किसी तरह का कोई संतुष्ट जवाब नहीं मिला। मैंने 521 ₹ का पेट्रोल अपने डेबिट कार्ड से भरवाया था पर मेरे गाड़ी में पेट्रोल नहीं गया जिसकी जानकारी मुझे 2 दिन के बाद हुई जब मेरी गाड़ी बीच रास्ते में बंद पड़ गई। जब मैंने जाकर पेट्रोल पंप पर शिकायत की तो पेट्रोल पंप वालों ने मेरे साथ बदतमीजी करते हुए मुझे कहा कि तुम्हें जो करना है करो हमें कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता। मैंने अपनी यह शिकायत पेट्रोल पंप की शिकायत पुस्तिका में भी लिखी है। जिसके बाद शिकायत पुस्तिका में कुछ संशोधन किए गए हैं वहां के कर्मचारी द्वारा जिसका मेरे पास फोटो मौजूद है।

I am a customer of Indiane gas (cust number:324856) by name V Gopala Krishnan residing in 216 T.R.T Quarters sithafalmandi secunderabad. This complaint is regarding the Indiane gas agency which is in the name of "Padma Gas services #[protected]/C/A/1, Boudhanagar main Road Warisguda. " which does not delivery the gas to home but as a customer we receive a message that Gas has been delivered at your location and this is not happening for the first time, such issue has been repeating since more than two years. Next day when we go to the agency and ask about the gas which has not been delivered and then show the show the message that we have received about the delivery of the gas, the agency himself will again rebook and send the gas after two working days. Such problem is not only faced by me, it is faced by many customers who are under Padma gas services. Request you to take stringent action on the distribution agency

To day i filled petrol for my car at ioc bank located near muthupillai mandapam at kumbakonem for rs 500

.but we surprised to note the meter reading in my car is standstill as four point after filling petrol.we clarify the bank man, they say as request we filled for rs 500.
So we request you to send vigilence team to verfy the delivery quantity.
In my view they have cheating the customers. My cell no [protected].

I received has cylinder delivered to me on 31.7.2019 and an amount of rs.655/- has been paid by me. But i did not get amount of subsidy credited to my account. Only an amount of rs.63/- has been credited to my account i. E. On account of reduction in price of lpg cylinder. Hence it is requested that the amount of subsidy may kindly be credited to my account immediately since i am eligible for that. My lpg consumer no is [protected] and the cylinder has been delivered by mohit gas service ambala city

In this petro pump for long time the air pressure pump is not working whenever i visit to fill petrol. Today i also visit for petrol. After filling petrol into bike for air filling i asked to staff person. He said that pump is not working. And they have in built garage also with air filling facility. The staff person asked me that in the corner you will get air filling and point to one person who stand almost outside of pump. When i go to the garage there is no person available. And i also asked to another staff person to get air filling person. She also said that pump is not working and asker to manager. When i get to manager then he is so rudely in gujatati that "su chhe la, ahi aay, aa baju aay.." and i asked to them about air pump station then they tell me that "pump nahi chal raha hai. Kahi aur se bharva lo". Every oil pump have to provide free air filling facilities. But this pump not providing for long time. Also manager behaves so rudely to customers

Two days back i went to okkiyampet thorapkkam ioc petrol bulk (Opp to cognizant).

They are cheating people. I asked to fill petrol for rs300. But they filled only for rs100 and stopped deliberately.

Then they fill for remaining petrol. But the quantity of petrol is very low. I only realized after two days as mileage given by my bike was very low compare to other petrol bulk which i used before.

Please see that petrol bulk review in google map. Lot of people was frustrated by that particular bulk

I went to this petrol station, where i asked the attendant for rs100 petrol. So, without even typing the amount in the machine, he directly started pouring petrol, i asked why? He didn't reply and tried engaging me in talk and poured only 76.5 rs petrol and when i confronted him, he said i poured 100 and showed me reciept of 20 min earlier and said the time in petrol station aren't updated. So didn't even give me correct receipt. I want to complain about this and happened to me multiple times.. Please take an action or...

My consumer number is Sshopkeepers1858 and gas agency is Shivam Indane in Deoghar Jharkhand. I have booked a connection but it is almost 10 days but I haven't received it yet. When I call them they say they don't have stock but in my locality I see the vendors from same agency giving domestic use gas to hotels and shopkeepers.I have even complained and got a complaint number 1-[protected] but till now no action is taken.

My name is santosh devi birla, consumer no. Cx18906514, i booked for gas cylinder through on line on 2 months before but still i have not received the gas cylinder. I have tried several times over phone no.[protected] for capital indane gas agency, guwahati every time they say sending tomorrow.

Please arrange to deliver the cylinder immediately.
