My consumer no. Is 6268. 50 days back i booked and purchased a new lpg cylinder as a spare cylinder. My active cylinder got over and when i took the spare cylinder to use the same, i found the weight of the cylinder to be very less. I checked it to find the gross weight was less than 16 kg. I didn't even break the seal. I called the gas agency, but the person said that we should have informed before inhand within 3 days after getting the cylinder. This is the extra cylinder which we keep as spare and it was kept away in upstairs and we were not even knowing the leakage. Now, we have paid full amount and got a new cylinder. Why do we have to pay though it wasn't our mistake at all. We tried to call you through your toll free no. For clarification several times but, couldn't get the connection. Suppose if something has happened and some accident has occurred, what we will do? Kindly ask them to return the money we paid for the cylinder.

Priyadharshini service station - bangalore.in this fuel station i have refuelled 10ltrs. Usually my bike gives 50km/ltr. But this time i got 36.5km/ltr. You may say that my bike has some issues. No it is not. I'm a bike rider. Keep my bike good condition. Usually i refuel 10ltrs. This time i does the same. But i suspect this fuel station in lacking of fuel quantity and as well as mixing something. I request you to take an action against this fuel station and kindly let me know

Why its taking too much time for a new connection when already kyc is generated.

Being visiting to this pump for quite sometime, but in 3 occasions i have noticed them cheating, last only visited the pump on 14july’19 i asked them to full my fuel tank this guy for the 3rd time did same thing filled 500 fuel n said done, when i said i asked for full tank then he said sorry and fill it full beyond the tank capacity showing in metre, my car’s tank capacity is 72 litre he fill 75 litre and then started arguing with me that your car’s tank capacity is much more then this, before also same guy did the same thing. After argument and when i showed my car manual he said this can’t be true, i paid for 75 litre price which was around 5400 and 500. Kindly take some action as they are cheating customers.

Randhan indane is selling cylinder illegaly from home in black (Renaissance town ship) burdwan
He always do black the cylinder from his home and have 25-30 cylinder at his home in residential area that is too much dangerous for the resident of this area... We have all the proofs to understand the situation better...
He is the distributor of khandaghosh it is nearly 30 - 35 km away from the renaissance township post office (Goda) but he is still selling and keeping
20-25 filled cylinders at his home... He is not only making our life in danger but also harming your companies reputation, if there will any accident your
Indane gas company will be responsible for that... We are making you alert about this big problem in our township... Please solve this problem as soon as possbile...

Mr. Muragan das of mohan gas jalahalli bangalore demanding money for delivery of gas cylender at home.
He claims that 20 rupees for ground floor, 50 for first floore 100 for second floor to be paid
I do not understand when the company should deliver the gas to home at free of cost why additional charge will be paid to delivery boy?
If you do not pay they use bad words

Sir, maine 17 july ko apni 2 wheeler (Up32 ez9979) me 521 rs. Ka petrol card payment karke bharata, jo ki 40 km gaadi chalne per khatam ho gaya, iski jaankari mujhe 19 july ko hui aur maine petrol pump per shikayat ki.
Is baat per petrol pump ke manager ne bina kisi janch ke mujhe saaf mana karte hue kaha ki wo kuch nahi kar sakta hai, tumhe jo karna hai kar lo.

I am tapash kumar majumdar from laxmi nagar, delhi. I have taken a domestic gas connection from avery gas service (Indane). I booked gas regularly & our cylinder delivered mr. Mukesh. Always he deliver cylinder "less weight" and whenever we told him to change, he never come back with another cylinder. Recently our cylinder's gas finished within 10 days and now it sound like "there is some water or any liquid in the cylinder". I request you to recheck cylinder whenever you deliver otherwise i have to complain to department.

I was moving from pillar to post (Fb to twitter) to bring the bugs to the notice of higher-ups of iocl as regards to "current price" under dealer portal for the past 15 days sadder part is nothing is rectified and "pad statement" is not working today - what a pity.

And the saddest part is my complaint on facebook and twitter accounts to higher officials of iocl or even the concerned minister has evoked no response.

The density of the petrol is not shown in the ioc petrol pump dealer pump. It's arounded in peruntholuvu, tiruppur.
Asked the station staff they keep silence. And they force to get out the fuel station. This is something went wrong in density meter. Because density is low the fuel is mixed with some other ingredients.
So, kindly do the needful for peoples. And kindly take vendor audit to the dealer pump and calibration.

Sir I own Tata Tigor car whose fuel tank capacity is 35 Lt.

I had taken many times fuel from sri sudhir filling station INDIAN OIL PUMP as it's most nearest pump from my home, I use to take full tank always. Always it use to get ful in 25 to 32 lt of fuel as some lt of fuel always there in tank.

But today they filled 40.32 lt of petrol in my car which is the to much from fuel tank capacity while some lt of fuel is already there in my car as I bring it driving.

I said this to operator of pump he said humne toh sahi bhara hai aap rupaye dijiye.

Then I talked to the Owner of pump, they said to me there pump machine is correct pay our money, then I told them that I will do complaint for the same, owner told me sir You are free to complaint where You want to. Pay Money and go.

It's ridiculous to see this kind of adulteration in fuel measure ment.

Please take remedial action towards pump and save the hard earned money o[censored]sers of fuel coming to such pump.

I book the cylinder on july 8th and received a cash memo on july 11th. Today is july 18th as of 2.30 pm ist. Cylinder was not delivered yet. Local gas agency is saying that contact delivery boys, delivery team saying that will deliver shortly. It's been from last 4 days that they keep on saying.. I am suffering from last 4 days... Please have it delivered today at least..

I had booked my refill on 9th july 2019 and i called the delivery person of my area yapral whose name is suresh ([protected]) on 15th jul, he said he wont be coming that side today so tomorrow only possible. Then on 16th i called him he said yes i received your booking but today not possible tomorrow surely i will get bcz i am not coming that side. On 17th he says by evening i will try to get ir delivered to you orelse tomorrow i will deliver and today is 18th and when i called he says your booking is not there slip didnt come so you please speak to office executives and when i called the executive mr. Kumar ([protected]) he says your slip is not generated but we will tey to send it soon.
What is happening?? Are customers fool and having no work?? Delivery person's job is to deliver but he says he is not coming that side. I wont stop after posting here and i will surely raise this issue.

I have book cylinder on 30th jun, and on 8th i received subsidy also but even though cylinder not delivered. I went personally and complained about the same but no resolved the problem. It was identified that my booking was closed means it was sold out in the open market. Management know this but they are not taking any action.

After 15 days - after 5 visits to distributor i received my cylinder.

Dear sir i am a serving army officer residing at 3j2-101, maya garden phase-3, vip road, zirakpur, sas nagar, punjab-140603. I have a gas connection with indane gas agency m/s zirakpur indane, showroom no.4, maya garden city (Galleria) on nagla road. Near manav mangal school singhpura, zirakpur, punjab. Cust no: 19155785, name lt col ps kochar. Every time when my wife has booked over phone they never provide us with the booking number nor are they delivering on time. I had booked a refill cylinder on 5th july and then reminded them on 13th july to which surprisingly they informed us that our booking was not done. Again we got it booked on 13th july and were informed that delivery would be made on 14th july 2019 but till now i haven't got delivery. Today when i made a call they now informed us that it would take 2-3 days more. I therefore request that such distributors be banned and their distributorship be cancelled. A huge number of people in around our society are getting cylinders directly even without online booking and we the honourable morally upright government servants have to plead to these corrupt distributors everyday for everyday household chores. I therefore implore upon you sirs to please take strict & decisive steps against this types of system created by such distributors and set an example for other distributors so as to nip this bud of black marketing of cylinders that is again trying to raise its head.

Antha gas, an ioc lpg agency, was recently moved out by hal from their rented premises. Sine then, ie since last 3 months they have been operating out of a open land situated near two large apartments in annasandrapalya, and near residential premises causing danger to many people in & around. Many school vans are parked in the same land and children alight from busses.
Loading and unloading happens in the open ground exposing everyone around. No shed, no safety measures, not even an office of the distributor, the staff sit under a tree near the apartments and prepare invoices. Pathetic situation.
There were many compalints against this agency in the past for mid handling deliveries, using the undelivered cyclinders as cancelled and deliver to restaurants and keep them on rotaton for few days. No board diplaying opening or closing stok now, so its free for all...!
Need iocl to take immediate action to 1. Shift from this open land, the agency. 2. Regularise the deliveries 3. Make sure the agency management adhere to safety norms immediately.

Your msg has been recd on same day, that above payment has been payment through online sbi on 08 jul 2019. The sum of amount to rs 650.17 has been deducted in my sbi account (Copy encls for ready reference please).

Secondly on 10 jul 2019 the gas has been delivered in my native place the sum of amount to rs 643.50 has been paid by you. (Gas bill is also enclosed herewith for your ready ref please)

In the view of the above may i requested you to review the case and the sum of amount to rs 650.17 paid online may please be returned.

An early action is requested please.

Dear sir,

We have been using indane gas connection since years which is registered under my fathers name mr. Rajender singh - [protected], add. Shakti nagar delhi-110007.
Till 20117 subsidy was transferred directly to my fathers union bank a/c wherein automatically without any intimation subsidy started to get credited in hdfc a/c which is dormant now.. Have complained to the authorities nd distributor who asked to open another account so that once adhar get linked to the new account it will get disbursed in the new account... However nothing happened so far. We got new account open in bank of india (Boa) but still getting the subsidy in the dormant account hdfc...
My dad is retired and i have made more than 20 complaint to get this fixed at indane office malka ganj but they are not helping at all even saying they cant do much on this...
We as a citizen who entitle to get back the subsidy are not getting any help in change of the account... Kindly help so we don't have to make this public...
