Hi, i was using indane lpg connection with consumer no :[protected]. From agency mahabala indane gas distributors. No.73, green house
Layout, syno116/2and, bangalore. I have surrender the same due to relocation. But the same is still showing linked in adhaar, duevto which i am unable to take new connection with same adhaar. Please unlink the same

I have book cylinder on 30th jun, and on 8th i received subsidy also but even though cylinder not delivered. I went personally and complained about the same but no resolved the problem. It was identified that my booking was closed means it was sold out in the open market. Management know this but they are not taking any action.

After 15 days - after 5 visits to distributor i received my cylinder.

I have book refill cylinder on 06.07.19 the amount has been deducted from my account but not generate in system of balaji gas service booking counter. On dt 09.07.19 i got cylinder by payment debit card. It go message

Dear sir i am a serving army officer residing at 3j2-101, maya garden phase-3, vip road, zirakpur, sas nagar, punjab-140603. I have a gas connection with indane gas agency m/s zirakpur indane, showroom no.4, maya garden city (Galleria) on nagla road. Near manav mangal school singhpura, zirakpur, punjab. Cust no: 19155785, name lt col ps kochar. Every time when my wife has booked over phone they never provide us with the booking number nor are they delivering on time. I had booked a refill cylinder on 5th july and then reminded them on 13th july to which surprisingly they informed us that our booking was not done. Again we got it booked on 13th july and were informed that delivery would be made on 14th july 2019 but till now i haven't got delivery. Today when i made a call they now informed us that it would take 2-3 days more. I therefore request that such distributors be banned and their distributorship be cancelled. A huge number of people in around our society are getting cylinders directly even without online booking and we the honourable morally upright government servants have to plead to these corrupt distributors everyday for everyday household chores. I therefore implore upon you sirs to please take strict & decisive steps against this types of system created by such distributors and set an example for other distributors so as to nip this bud of black marketing of cylinders that is again trying to raise its head.

Antha gas, an ioc lpg agency, was recently moved out by hal from their rented premises. Sine then, ie since last 3 months they have been operating out of a open land situated near two large apartments in annasandrapalya, and near residential premises causing danger to many people in & around. Many school vans are parked in the same land and children alight from busses.
Loading and unloading happens in the open ground exposing everyone around. No shed, no safety measures, not even an office of the distributor, the staff sit under a tree near the apartments and prepare invoices. Pathetic situation.
There were many compalints against this agency in the past for mid handling deliveries, using the undelivered cyclinders as cancelled and deliver to restaurants and keep them on rotaton for few days. No board diplaying opening or closing stok now, so its free for all...!
Need iocl to take immediate action to 1. Shift from this open land, the agency. 2. Regularise the deliveries 3. Make sure the agency management adhere to safety norms immediately.

My consumer no is cx13196928, hav/clk (Sd) ansuman jena serving at visakhapatnam. The gas has been booked on 07 jul 2019 and my register mobile no [protected]. Your msg has been recd on same day, that above payment has been payment through online sbi on 08 jul 2019. The sum of amount to rs 650.17 has been deducted in my sbi account (Copy encls for ready reference please).

Secondly on 10 jul 2019 the gas has been delivered in my native place the sum of amount to rs 643.50 has been paid by you. (Gas bill is also enclosed herewith for your ready ref please)

In the view of the above may i requested you to review the case and the sum of amount to rs 650.17 paid online may please be returned.

An early action is requested please.

We have been using indane gas connection since years which is registered under my fathers name mr. Rajender singh - [protected], add. Shakti nagar delhi-110007.
Till 20117 subsidy was transferred directly to my fathers union bank a/c wherein automatically without any intimation subsidy started to get credited in hdfc a/c which is dormant now.. Have complained to the authorities nd distributor who asked to open another account so that once adhar get linked to the new account it will get disbursed in the new account... However nothing happened so far. We got new account open in bank of india (Boa) but still getting the subsidy in the dormant account hdfc...
My dad is retired and i have made more than 20 complaint to get this fixed at indane office malka ganj but they are not helping at all even saying they cant do much on this...
We as a citizen who entitle to get back the subsidy are not getting any help in change of the account... Kindly help so we don't have to make this public...

I have book refill cylinder on[protected], the amount has been deducted from my account. At the time of delivery they will ask amount-739 (Cylnder refiil). I have contacted the distributor-raja enterprises, t. Dasarahalli, bangalore. They telling the amount not credit in distributor account, they can't do anything. So i am paid amount-rs-739 at the time of delivery. I have complaint to customercare but no use.
Kindly help me to sort it out this, its been pending more than a week time.

I booked cylinder through ivr/registered mobile number on 1 july. After that i got booking confirmation through sms with link to pay online for that. I paid online and after successfull payment got a refrence id through sms. Informed delivery man and told him to deliver. On 8 july he told me that distributor refused to give me cylinder and is not agreed with the sms. Also launched complaints with indane gas helpline but all vain and still waiting for cylinder.

I applied gas connection online from indane distributor RCB gas agencies kerala, pathanamthitta district, konni registration no :N181103117457121627185 what i ordered have been canceled by the problem of address . so for that reason i changed my address for the distributors and their reply was that they didnt recieve the cash in their account The issue has been going on from novenber 24, its been nine months from now I need the refund the Gas agency didnt get the money, so my question is where did the money go then

They are demanding rs. 30 extra (My home to distributor office distance 1 km.).
If i ask why, they are telling as transport charge + my salary.
I refused to pay the extra money.
So the delivery man told he will not deliver the cylinder.
Help me solve this. Is this extra transport charge and salary in your policy?
If yes please explain me. Other wise explain your distributor.

Ranchi rigion ko bhi call kiya magar kuch reply nahi, agency ko call kiya wo bhi koi reply nahi de raha he. Toll free no per complain bhi kiya magar wo bhi no deta he or koi action nahi hota he

Indian oil corporation installed tokimemono m1252077 make pump for dispensing diesel in mines area.in recent days, we are facing continuous problems like no display while issuing the diesel, not working suddenly.. Etc, these may cause production loss in mines

In view of the above, please arrange to service the above said pump immediately

Immediate action in this regard is highly appreciated

I have booked for a gas cylinder on 25.06.2019; booking reference no.339372, till date, 09.07.2019 it has not been supplied;
Requested online as the phone no is always busy / not answering.
Behavior of staff is very bad, as if the customers are beggars, they do not listen from the customer.
They want the delivery of gas cylinder from the counter mainly.

After msg comes contact ur distributor to reason. After some time msg come no money. So i again booked order no. 905515 again order cancelled no money. I don't understand reason no money. If he delivers cylinder then money not give this reason comes. I send mail to distributor online but no response comes. Distributor is shilpa gas service majri kalamazoo karala

The police kalyan petrol pump has no free air facility. They do not give petrol in bottle. No petrol quantity measuring instruments awailable. Yestarday i went to th petrol pump to get petrole in the bottle for my friend's bike. The worker in the petrole pump said we dont give petrol in the bottles go to any other pump. I asked why? He told just go from here we will not give you petrol. I asked where is your manager? He told i am the manager talk to me. I asked do u have any measuring instrument for petrol yo measure quantity? He told we dont use that instruments. They have no free air facility too.

I do not want to put my name put in the "scroll of honour"for opting out of subsidy. I big apology for my unintentional error. Hope you will fulfill my request.
