Dear sir,
I have booked refill of my indane gas cylinder on[protected] through ivr process, after booking through ivrs, i have received a message stating for online payment for my refill. I have made online payment on[protected] using the link which i received on sms. I didn't receive the cylinder as on today i. E.[protected], i called the agency people, they said that they didn't received the payment. But i have already paid the amount rs:793/- on[protected], the reference number is:[protected], the invoice no is: 40392763. Please do needful for getting my online payment refunded.

    I booked a lpg refill for my consumer number [protected] on 25 october 2018 and made online payment of rs894.50. When i approached bhawali gas service, online payment was not accepted as valid. Cash memo [protected] was generated against booking no. 901222 and i had to make double payment in cash again, which till date has not been refunded.

    In the meantime, i was busy attending my ailing mother who eventually expired on 04 april 2019, so i could not seek refund from the said gas agency.

    The gas agency was also changed to bhimtal gas service and the migration took place online for me. Accordingly, i booked a lpg refill on 22 june 2019 with reference number 900011, which said "refill expected deliver :1-3 days."

    Today (24 june 2019), i have received an sms at 0922 hrs stating that cash memo [protected] for rs755 generated for booking number 900011, shall be delivered shortly."and alongwith came another sms saying"your cylinder is delivered..". Don't know where the cylinder refill has been delivered as it is raining dogs and cats!

      The manager of Shantanu Car fill of Kolkata Patuli area is very rude.He just don't know how to behave with his customers.I have parked my car on the yellow mark specified by IOCL for parking to go to a Atm which is adjacent to the petrol pump.Suddenly the car got a battery problem.It was not more than 5 mins that the manager of the outlet came out screaming and saying to vacant the place immediately.He also told me that you don't have to refill fuel from my outlet.I am the owner of 22 Vehicles.I use to refill all my vehicles from Kanungo Auto fill Sonarpur.The staff there are very cooperative.My IOCL card No. is [protected].I never expect such kind of behaviour from a IOCL outlet.The whole incident may have been recorded in your pump CCTV.Kindly check and take action ASAP.

        Sir consumer id B 23001 Is linked with my adhaar number[protected]. thereafter this connection is transfered as i am in defence force. My problem is that my adhaar is not seeding with my new connection. please de-link my adhaar number with earlier connection closed connection at vayusena gas agency allahabad connection.I have already made several attempts to contact the agency but all in vain. Please help.

          Sir,
          Today at around 11.05pm i got my car filled with petrol for amt. Rs.1000/. At that time my meter initial reading was at quarter tank after filling 14.32 lts. (As per bill enclosed) car meter reading rose to just below half tank. On approching cocerned staff mr. Ram shanker he again filled rs.400/ petrol then my reading rose just above half tank. Without taking any charges..
          How it is possible pl.
          Look into the matter and do the justice.

            I will book my gas for this number but now one mouth this not contacted for my number. I have visit my gas distributor but gas distributor office directly say any help or any solution for this kind of problem.

              Sir

              I went to Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Guru Service Stn sec 12 ph-1 Dwarka Delhi, to get 1000 Rs petrol filled in car. Two Guys were standing and to fill petrol. I asked for Rs 1000 petrol fill. At this one person started filling the petrol(he slightly pulled the filler handle lever and not completely, and there is doubt if any petrol dropped in car), and other person simultaneously asked the mode of payment and started taking payment through card even before petrol filled complete.

              First person stopped filling petrol @200 and pretended he listened incorrectly, while other was swiping card in machine and asked me to put card pin. Now the first preson smartly acted and restarted filling petrol again from the same reading quilckly and filled till 11.4 litres. I got lesser petrol by 2.5 litres and paid more money.

              I asked as to why he filled petrol like this, first for 200 and then till 800, he explained its listening mistake.The incident dates 19/06/2019.

              Please address this petrol theft incident on priority and expect to see some action.

                When ever the delivery man is delivering the LPG cylinder to address every time they are charging minimum Rs.100 /- extra other than the amount mentioned in the bill of distributor .. If we deny to pay the amount they are not delivering the cylinder to us .. This type of things are going on for a long time time .

                Please confirm whether their extra amount demand is has any justified ground or not ? Are they authorized to ask this extra amount while delivering the the cylinder ?
                If not this our request you to please resolve this issue immediately ..

                  sir, due respected that i am participated in petrol pump dealer chayan and selected in drown process but no any information not received by me due to mail id is not working due to indi.com mail site shut down since 6th june 2019, i requested that u may change of old registered mail id as [protected]@india.com to new email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com thank u sir

                    ISSUE The agency is very lazy and arrogant.
                    We have to wait for 30 40 days to get delivery of the cylinders, that too after multiple visit to the agency (EVEN AFTER ONLINE / IVRS BOOKING) and agter much begging .

                    They never receive calls (You can try and check at your end, [protected])

                    It has become very unruly and pathetic .I am still waiting for my refill cylinder for the last 21 days and the agency is not picking up the calls. This connection/refill is for my parents. As my parents are old and I stay away from them due to work, it becomes very tough for all o[censored]s (since this is a monthly issue). I have complained multiple times in many platforms but haven't had any luck. The Gas agency is still working in their own way . Can someone please help me on this matter.

                      Am a customer of Indian Gas ...manikanta Gas Service, A.s.rao nagar, Kapra, medchal district, Ranga Reddy, Telangana state, .. Consumer :06641 ...so in IVR it is confirmed that my cylinder has been delivered on 14th of June and even I have received that cylinder will be delivered shortly message on 10th of June ... So today 18th of June I have received my Subsidy amount to my bank account also...but still the cylinder is not delivered to me...so I request you to check what's the issue and how can my cylinder will be sold to someother person ...raise a complaint against this immediately and I want to file a case in court against that distributor...

                          This is to draw your attention towards the service request number 1-[protected] which has gone unresolved in a way ( complaint against the deduction of INR 708 from my account while booking a LPG cylinder from Indane gas agency, whereas the amount was not getting reflected against my booking and i had to pay cash at the time of delivery) and is being closed also. Post that I registered complaint again and got request number 1-[protected].

                          I had written mails as well to the help desk with the same request earlier and was assured through email that refund will be initiated and will be reflected in my account in 15 business days.

                          However, there is no such deposit/credit getting reflected in my source bank account. Almost two months have passed and the matter is still unresolved.

                              Dear Sir or Madam,
                              Please see below chronology on my attempts towards LPG delivery to my home.
                              - I booked on 20th May 2019 which was cancelled by distributor without my knowledge
                              - I booked again on 6th June 2019 and visited the distributor on 8th and he committed delivery on 10th June which was not happened.
                              - I made more than 100 attempts to reach distributors on given numbers and they're too reluctant to receive any calls it seems
                              - I again visited the distributor on 15th June and got commitment for delivery on 17th; which again didn't happen. This time Mr Jayapal (at distributor office) given me an alternative number where he would be available.
                              - on 18th I called in morning I seen the Indane delivery vehicle and connected him to Mr Jayapal and he committed the delivery within an hour, which didn't happen again
                              Apart from this I registered a complaint # 1-[protected] on Indane helpline on 14th June and there has been no action till today. Again I called helpline and they're saying it would require 7 working days to update the status.

                              After all mentioned efforts I am helpless and don't know how to get my work done and need some help on this. I also request some action on my Indane gas distributor for i) not providing service ii) not lifting customer calls iii) not giving appropriate reasons for delay if any etc.

                                  I have not recieved my lpg indane subsidy since February 2016. I had been receiving it regularly before that but it has stopped suddenly. I have not recieved my lpg subsidy into my bank A/c since 01.02.2016. I have already told my distributor about this matter but they are not responding sincerely

                                      Rewards sale never work even if the denomination is as much as 305Rs. The service station in Tilaknagar always deny the rewards request saying server issue but somehow they can swipe the card for the same transaction. I wonder how there is no server issue to swipe.

                                      On compelling them and asking them repeatedly that how can server not work only for rewards sale 4-5 men gather around to shout at you and scare you off. Sometimes it works and sometimes people go ahead and raise complaints to citibank and resort to social media.

                                      Logically, the Indian oil company should get their dues - rewards or not! probably it is Citibank who work hands in gloves with these Indian oil petrol stations to save few bucks!

                                        I have booked a refill cylinder about two weeks ago and last week I got an SMS that refill cylinder has been billed and it would be delivered shortly. But nothing had happened in the whole of last week, on Friday afternoon when I rang up the dealer Calicut Gas Services and inquired I was told delivery was delayed due to nonavailability of the staff and it would be delivered on Monday positively.

                                        Yesterday evening I got another SMS stating the cylinder was delivered yesterday. Nobody was at home yesterday and it was informed to the dealer on phone on Friday.

                                        Would you please look into it and find out to whom it was delivered, when and where. Also please take appropriate action against the dealer for the malpractice and ensure I get cylinder delivered against the booking already done. This is the second instance of malpractice by dealer.
