    Ref: dealer code 125059 (Recalling from memory, need to confirm) petrol pump at puthiyakavu, mavelikara, alapuzha dist, kerala

    Above still was found charging xp rate for normal petrol delivery nozzle. While asking on it (26 june), they have written "xp" by hand, using sketch pen at same nozzle and taken xp cost from me. It is not clear whether they gave me original xp or cheating me by supplying normal petrol.
    Again i visited the same station on today and found the same scenario that same nozzle charging xp cost (75) and found no xp writing on it. It raised a lot of doubts on me and suspecting they are cheating customers.
    We never expect such type unprofessional act from iocl outlet.

      Distributor code -2704400. Ambesh gas service 17-18 alkapuri shopping center alwar (Raj.)
      My consumer no. Is -004321.
      I am booked a cylinder on 01april 2019 on 06:42 am.
      The amount rs. 715.50 of cylinder is debited from my account but my cylinder is not booked.
      A mail is come from ([protected]@indane.co.in) that your transaction is failed and your amount refunded in your account in one week.

      But i am not received refunded till 27 june 2019.
      I am contact my times costumer care. But they did not give satisfied answer.

      Please help me in this. For refunded the debited amont.

        My lpg cylinder is leaking gas, i attempted to call 1906 on 27.06.2019 at 0800hrs more than a dozen times but did not receive any response. Afterwards i called indane gas customer care at [protected] and they insisted i call 1906 instead, i told them that 1906 was unresponsive and demanded that they send a technician from their end, they were able to comply and provided me a complaint no. 872846 on 0839hrs. My details - consumer no. 16827, name: kajal mondal.

          My name is shrinivas p mallurwar consumer id is 04608 from pune and distributor name is urja gas. I have booked my lpg gas on 07th june 2019 and still not received the gas and made several calls to distributor and received fake commitments as your cylinder will be delivered today from last 15 days.

          Please help me on this.

          Submitted Transfer voucher to Arka Gas agency on 24 May 19 from SID MA Gas agency Rajani Nagar Bangalore. Several complaints lodged. Met with customers care bangalore.field officer distributor. They told software problem. So fur not yet transferred. My consumer I'd[protected].please do the needful immediately.
          The above booking no. 526679 against my consumer no [protected], done thru. IOCL "SMS IVRS REFILL BOOKING SERVICE" on 5th June 2019, for the refill got cancelled by IOCL today, after waiting for 17 days, without any reason.

            Dear all,

            My name is shrinivas padmakar mallurwar consumer id is 04608 from pune and distributor name is urja gas.
            I have booked my lpg gas on 07th june 2019 and still not received the gas and made several calls to distributor and received fake commitments as today gas will delivered. Still today cash memo also not yet generated.
            Every time i need to follow up with distributor to provide cylinder on time.
            Please look into this issue.

            I am a consumer of Indane (Rohini Enterprises)
            They people deliver cylinder everytime which is less in quantity and they also don't carry the provision to weight the cylinder.

            The gas agency is not bothered about this.

            Need resolution from Indane.

                I registered with name saurav having consumer no [protected] with distributor name jai gas service in chandigarh. I booked the gas cylinder on[protected] and the same was delivered to me on[protected] with invoice no[protected] but subsidy has not been credited to my account till date as on[protected]. I have visited the distributor many times but they are also unable to resolve my issue. I again booked the cylinder on[protected] and same was delivered to me vide no[protected] date[protected] but the cash memo is not showing the subsidy amount. It is pertinent to mention that my account was opened after taking aadhar and all the other requisite documents and i have registered the bank account with the distributor. Help me resolve the issue.

                    Sir, with due respect and humble submission, it is very much regret to mentioned here that, a cylinder has been booked against consumer no. *7332 with home delivery which has recorded in the consumer book dtd on 2/5/19 and 31/5/19 respectively but the booking of gas cylinder did cancelled by m/s gold touch indane gas service, baganshali, rnb road, kokrajhar assam and informed me about the cancellation of booking no.412991 on mobile no.[protected] on 10/6/2019 without mentioning any reason. Sir, am feeling so disturb with this act of behaviour. I, therefore, would like to request you, kindly let me know why my booking has been cancelled. Thanking you, regards, pankaj baishya

                      OIC Petrol Pump manager, denied give petrol to me, after complaint of mismanagement (3 times shifted my vehicle from one machine to another due to lock machine), time 7:20 AM (25Jun2019). I did not expect this type behaviour by IOCL reputed petrol pump while this pump is located at posh area (Moti Bagh South near Karnataka Sangha) of Delhi. For better brand name this type behaviour should not present with customer.

                            I have an indane connection. Few days back when i was receiving a gas delivery the person asked for extra delivery charge and threatened to take the gas away if i didn't pay.
                            So i had to pay him extra.
                            He also said that next time i will keep the gas on the main gate and not deliver it to my 1st floor if i don't pay 30 rs extra.
                            Can i get some help?
                            I want the agency to tell the delivery men not to ask for more money and to be polite. They threaten that call the agency but nothing will happen and next time we will not deliver or show fake delivery done.

                                Sir, my consumer no.47016, lpg id.[protected]. I paid rs.829.92 through online asper the sms of bank is detailed below. But indane distributor, ie. Jay gas agencies, marthandam has collected the same amount of rs.830/- on 13.4.19 and the same maybe credited back to my account early.

                                  I have booked refill of my indane gas cylinder on[protected] through ivr process, after booking through ivrs, i have received a message stating for online payment for my refill. I have made online payment on[protected] using the link which i received on sms. I didn't receive the cylinder as on today i. E.[protected], i called the agency people, they said that they didn't received the payment. But i have already paid the amount rs:793/- on[protected], the reference number is:[protected], the invoice no is: 40392763. Please do needful for getting my online payment refunded.

                                    I booked a lpg refill for my consumer number [protected] on 25 october 2018 and made online payment of rs894.50. When i approached bhawali gas service, online payment was not accepted as valid. Cash memo [protected] was generated against booking no. 901222 and i had to make double payment in cash again, which till date has not been refunded.

                                    In the meantime, i was busy attending my ailing mother who eventually expired on 04 april 2019, so i could not seek refund from the said gas agency.

                                    The gas agency was also changed to bhimtal gas service and the migration took place online for me. Accordingly, i booked a lpg refill on 22 june 2019 with reference number 900011, which said "refill expected deliver :1-3 days."

                                    Today (24 june 2019), i have received an sms at 0922 hrs stating that cash memo [protected] for rs755 generated for booking number 900011, shall be delivered shortly."and alongwith came another sms saying"your cylinder is delivered..". Don't know where the cylinder refill has been delivered as it is raining dogs and cats!

                                      The manager of Shantanu Car fill of Kolkata Patuli area is very rude.He just don't know how to behave with his customers.I have parked my car on the yellow mark specified by IOCL for parking to go to a Atm which is adjacent to the petrol pump.Suddenly the car got a battery problem.It was not more than 5 mins that the manager of the outlet came out screaming and saying to vacant the place immediately.He also told me that you don't have to refill fuel from my outlet.I am the owner of 22 Vehicles.I use to refill all my vehicles from Kanungo Auto fill Sonarpur.The staff there are very cooperative.My IOCL card No. is [protected].I never expect such kind of behaviour from a IOCL outlet.The whole incident may have been recorded in your pump CCTV.Kindly check and take action ASAP.

                                        Sir consumer id B 23001 Is linked with my adhaar number[protected]. thereafter this connection is transfered as i am in defence force. My problem is that my adhaar is not seeding with my new connection. please de-link my adhaar number with earlier connection closed connection at vayusena gas agency allahabad connection.I have already made several attempts to contact the agency but all in vain. Please help.
