My name is sujata and I am an indane gas consumer. Money few days back I did a gas booking and it supposed to be a cash on delivery but I received a message saying that I need to make a online payment for it. And I did the same. Immediately I made the payment and then after I received the message that my booking is got cancelled.and money also debited from my card. Now I wanted to know will I be get my refund or not. Or what should I do and where to Complaint about it. Pleas help me to get my money back. And the distributer also not picking up my call. Even I am not getting my subsidy amount but adhhar has been linked to the bank already. My mail I'd is [protected]@gmail.com

    Every alternate month my mother has to go to agency to get the gas. They are selling the gas in black to some other customers and causing teouble to customers who book their gas on time. My mother is an elderly women (49) who has to take an auto to go to agency to get the gas. I would also point out that agency delivery boys take tips themselves instead of asking to the customers as if its their right even after being service charges being added in the bill

      I booked a refill vide order no.[protected] and paid the value of the refill on line from S.B.I. kahilipara Br. vide transction id. no.IGAGHSOHD2 ON 8-6-2019, but I have not received the confirmation of my booking.Yesterday I have received a message that my SR number 1-[protected] has been closed.I could not understand why my SR no. is closed .Kindly confirm my booking by email

        I went to indian petrol pump located opposite to gurudwara in kurukshetra, haryana. I was making payment of 200 through paytm. As soon as i make the payment, i realised i made the payment of 20rs instead of 200 instantly i told the cashier that i am paying 180 rs more as i made the incorrect payment.i immediatly paid remaining amount. then suddenly another worker put an alligation that i did this willingly and passed a rude comment "ki tune 20 rs ki payment jaanke ki hai ki is 20 rs ki payment ko 200 rs ki bnyungi". i told him to mind his language and i have already paid the remaining amount. then he started passing absurd statements in a very rude manner. i went to owner to complaint against him instead of hearing my complaint, the owner too started talking in offensive lanuage and requested me through folding his hand " ki aage se yaha mat aana or kahi or se petrol bharvao" .he was very aged person so i didnt said anything to him and just captured the pic of the petrol pump then the owner passes an absurd comment again " ki jao jao karo complaint krao mera petrol pump band magar yaha mat aana" .this is not the way to behave with any customer. they harrassed me mentally through their commets. They dont kow how to talk to a girl and other workers present their was supporting him like anything.i want a stricted action against them. and i am filing the same complaint in the consumer court and in the c.m window.

          I, Shikha Kar, con. No. 361074, booked a cylinder on 22.04.19 and on line payment of rs. 732.50 was made on that day. Surprisingly on 25.04.19 the delivery boy stated that no amount has deposited in their accounts and I had to pay rs. 732.50 by cash to take the cylinder. On 25.04.19 I received a message from your company that the amount will be refunded in my account within 15 working days. But despite issue of several phone calls in your help line number I have no received the amount till date which create very bad image of your organisation.
          My mob no. is [protected].
          A line of reply is solicited.

                We asked for GST bill, not corporated and started arguing, not received GST bill and they kind of fought with us. Very poor service. Only one attendee was present for four outlets and was too slow and busy in chatting with people. Told us to contact on the number given on the bill attached here.
                Extremely sad that GST bill are not available till now and customers are not treated good and are humilated.

                  I have booked Indane LPG gas cylinder on 22.4.2019 online booking no . 457510 & the same payment was done Rs. 749.50 through link provided by company & next day person from Indane gas agency reached at home to deliver cylinder as per booking & he was also asked payment, I have old him payment has been already done through online payment link. But he told me payment was not received to Deonil Indane gas agency of Ghugus.So that, I was paid him in cash Rs. 749.50 against delivered gas cylinder.Massage received through Indane gas me on 1st May regarding payment for LPG gas has been failed & refund will process on 1 st May. But till date after one & half month refund of payment not received.

                      I have tried to book refill cylinder on 24th April, The amount has been deducted from my Credit card but transaction failed. Website display the error message due to some technical reason and service submitted to distributor.
                      I have contacted the distributor- SRI SADGURU INDANE SERVICES, Kodichikkanhalli, Bangalore but no positive reply i got from them. They telling regional office has to sort it out, they can't do anything.
                      Kindly help me to sort it out this, Its been pending more than a month time.

                        I have booked a refill gas cylinder on[protected]:50 with transaction id-[protected] and tid - s19819071 thought debit card the transaction got failed however the amount deducted and was not refunded to bank account. I have received email from indianoil saying sorry and will refund your amount in 15 days. But still the amount is not credited. Could anyone look into this. Below is the email received.                         We regret to inform you that due to some technical issue, your online payment of amount rs 727.50 made on[protected]:50:06 for lpg refills has failed. Your refund is being processed and will be credited in your bank account/card in 15 business days.                           Hi, i hold the gas connection [protected] at rs indane bangalore. I have two cylinder connection for the family size of 2 individuals. Today i got a sms from the indane that my gas connection has been disconnected due to inactivity for 1 year and this is done without any previous warning/intimation. I want to add that we are just 2 individuals and could not consume two cylinders in 1 year that's why we didn't book any new cylinder in the last one year. Indane move of disconnecting the same without any intimation is strictly wrong. I want my connection status to be active, kindly help me.

                            regarding name correction in lpg indane connection

                            I am the holder of consumer number [protected], lpg id is[protected]. That my name is rupak dutta but in the indane records it is being reflected as rupak dot dutta, there is a dot between rupak and dutta.
                            Upon questioning the indane distributor at new barrackpore renuka indane, they said it was my fault. It couldn't be rectified.

                              I have availed gas connection from one of the distributor in ongole, andhra pradesh in 2008. Later same has been disconnected in 2014, but my adhaar number which was linked to that consumer number has been not yet removed till now. Due to that i lost all my gas subsidy amount for almost 5 years. We complained so many times but there is no positive response from the distributor. Kindly help me to resolve the same and to get my subsidy amount.

                                Dear sir, i booked lpg on-line and during payment there was two transactions & wrongly two debit of rs. 764/- was made in my bank account. Bank confirmed me about the transaction ref. No.[protected] &[protected]at (Ecom/online/techprocess payment se) & the amount of rs. 764/- was credited in lpg account. Also it is agreed by the customer care executive to reverse the amount of rs. 764/- when complaint was made at [protected]@. Gmail.com. Also confirmed the matter by telephone no.[protected].

                                But, i ma very sorry to say taha till today my amount of rs.764/- is neither adjusted nor reversed inspite of my repeated complaint

                                I, therefore, request your good self to kindly do the needful to resolve the long existing complaint.

                                  Dear sir, i have a gas connection with indane gas agency (Dumdum gas supply agency, kol-74). Consumer’s name - anindita biswas, consumer no - [protected], and distributors code - 140400, i am not getting any subsidy since 1 year, distributor not helping properly.. Filled up all the forms, they are telling me to go to the alahabad bank. And bank is not taking any responsibility. My husband has been passed away. Am unable to continue gas without subsidies.                                     My name is b. R. B. Naidu from bangalore and my indane gas consumer no. Is [protected] and the distributor is ganapa indane gas distributors. On[protected], paid rs.716.35 through online to get my refil gas cylinder as per the sms received from the company. But, when your delivery boy came to deliver the cylinder, i was asked to pay cash as there was some problem with on line payment and he assured me that the amount paid through online would be returned to me. I paid cash and got the refil. But, i have not received the refund sofar inspite of more than one month has elapsed. Govt. Is encouraging digital payments and a consumer like has to face thi kind of pproblems who follw govt guidelines. Please look into the matter and arrange for refund of the same at an early date.
