Dear sir/mam
I am customer of your nandi gas agency from last 8years.my connection no is 25336 by registered name of mr. Surender kumar utreja. Our cosumption of cylinder is approx 3 months even you can check our earlier records.

Today our old cylinder was finished when we open our new cylinder which we recivied on[protected] it was empty completly.

I call on your emergency complaint no. They came to our home in 7/401A jwala nagar shadra .they clearly said it is empty.

As customer i m feeling completly helpless even which cylinder i spared for my emergency it is not in work..
How gonna we cook now.

Kindly look into this matter on priority we are feeling harrasment.

This is unbelivable happen with us 1st time in our life.

Please resolve my this issue and deliver new cylinder on priority.

I was OPT (Out of Subsidy) by mistake. Can you please revert it back.Consumer #: CX6082865 or kindly advise me what i have to do next to deactivate "opt out of subsidy" In your website there is no option to revert it back.

    I am booking my cylinder online i receive message of booking and after two or three days i receive the message of cash memo is being raised and after one day i receive message that distributer has cacelled my booking i just want to the reason of canceling my cylinder .my consumer no is3331 and distributer name is bhagwati indane

      I purchased rs 500 petrol from lotus automobiles chhattarpur n delhi 110030 petrol pump vide invoice no 1203162 dt 16.6.19 at 07.08.32 hrs, today.
      i adviced pump boy to feed amount in system and do not cut it manually, till autocut takes place.but despite of my reminders he cutted the nozzle manually.i live near this pump, so i m frequent here.this practise is common here so i am lodging my complain.i have picture of that pump boy.
      you can easily track responsible pump boy as i have provided you details of my invoice.

      I had booked my gas cylinder from the agency on 15 may 19,
      Because of some domestic problems I couldn't picked up my cylinder,
      On 2 jun 19, when i visited to the agency for picking up my cylinder, the agency attendant refused to give niether cylinder nor refund,
      What i shuld do now.????
      Fuel Tank Capacity: 15 litres
      pulsar bike 150 cc

      On the petrol pump Rs 930 13.52litres

      Already my bike save 4 litres. So how can 2.5 litres. Missing.. Pls check petrol pump

        My earlier GAS agency was Sri Rama Indane Gas Agency and my consumer No. was 16054 . IOC had introduced IVR to book GAS cylinder via registered phone no. Suddenly my agency was changed without informing me and my new agency became R S INDANE GAS with a new consumer no [protected]. My IVR no. still spells my old consumer no. and i cannot book my cylinder using IVR. I kept telling my new GAS agency to rectify but till date (2 yrs now) the problem has not been resolved. He is not bothered. Even i cannot book the cylinder using APP

          1. Dividend warrant no.4363142 dated 20/09/2016 of Rs.3765.50 under Folio/DPid & Client ID No. [protected] in original has been sent to your office through SPEED POST on 18/01/2019 for necessary action.

          2. I spoke number of times to your office ( Mr. Kamalesh Jain/ Mr Sudesh) on the above matter.

          3. On 11/06/2019, I spoke to Mr. Kamalesh Jain who informed me that he will take up the matter with M/S Karvy through email with a copy to me.But no such communication has come.

          4. The said dividend amount has not yet been deposited as per bank record.

          5. Please inform me status of above dividend at the earliest through email.
          Please take necessary action.

            I am from uttar pradesh meerut. My compalin is against EVES petrol pump meerut. Today i filled petrol in my bike at EVES petrol pump. When i was returning back home my bike stops due to petrol shortage. Thats why i am complaining. This is not happened first time. I face this problem many time but now i am complaining. I don't know how they are selling petrol to customers.

              I still didn't get the refund. I just received the below message from them but haven't got the refund. But its already more then 3 days. I don't have sufficient amount for new gas booking. I want my refund soon so i can place new request for the gas.

              I have booked a cylinder on 1/6/2019 with a consumer no. 9748140 and got delivered today 11/6/19 but i have not got any sms or message regarding my delivered date of cylinder and message regarding booking of gas on my registered mobile no.
              I request u to kindly check on this matter.
              My consumer no.A664 in the name of Akhil kumar Sen, Bansbari, Malda was connected mobile no. [protected]. For unavoidable circumstances, I bound to change my connected mobile no. which is now [protected].

                I am Defence Officer having gas connection with Kasna Gas agency Greater noida, I have not been given my ant rifil booking in time and If I personally contacts in their office they mis behave rudely, that happened during my previous booking.complain was lodged in his office . This time I have booked my cylinder on 06 Jun 19. The rifil still not received. Req do needful to avoid any misbehave again. To get my rifil.                   This is sad to tell you that in one of the petrol pump i visited today while filling air to my vehicle they did a big scratch to my car while pulling the pipe to fill air by your employee this is so depressing like a well known fuel station is showing so much less care towards costumers car date of the incident is 13/06/2019 Thursday in the morning around 11.30 AM .It hurts the people when their car get scratched by the negligence of the employee.
                  So I kindly request you to go through the matter and give me a solution if needed more information about the damage i have the pics with me please give me a solution for this

                      I M Mohan rao Indane gas service No.62675 booked cylender on 17.04.2019 at 22.15 with reference no.605327, and paid through link on 18.04.2019 00.09hours first time I have received transaction failed message and again I Paid amount debited twice with same reference No.00215056 I complaint given in my dealer sampally gas service but no use till now i have not received amount.Please verify and return amount immediately.

                          My name is sujata and I am an indane gas consumer. Money few days back I did a gas booking and it supposed to be a cash on delivery but I received a message saying that I need to make a online payment for it. And I did the same. Immediately I made the payment and then after I received the message that my booking is got cancelled.and money also debited from my card. Now I wanted to know will I be get my refund or not. Or what should I do and where to Complaint about it. Pleas help me to get my money back. And the distributer also not picking up my call.                             Every alternate month my mother has to go to agency to get the gas. They are selling the gas in black to some other customers and causing teouble to customers who book their gas on time. My mother is an elderly women (49) who has to take an auto to go to agency to get the gas. I would also point out that agency delivery boys take tips themselves instead of asking to the customers as if its their right even after being service charges being added in the bill

                              I booked a refill vide order no.[protected] and paid the value of the refill on line from S.B.I. kahilipara Br. vide transction id. no.IGAGHSOHD2 ON 8-6-2019, but I have not received the confirmation of my booking.Yesterday I have received a message that my SR number 1-[protected] has been closed.I could not understand why my SR no. is closed .Kindly confirm my booking by email

                                I went to indian petrol pump located opposite to gurudwara in kurukshetra, haryana. I was making payment of 200 through paytm. As soon as i make the payment, i realised i made the payment of 20rs instead of 200 instantly i told the cashier that i am paying 180 rs more as i made the incorrect payment.i immediatly paid remaining amount. then suddenly another worker put an alligation that i did this willingly and passed a rude comment "ki tune 20 rs ki payment jaanke ki hai ki is 20 rs ki payment ko 200 rs ki bnyungi". i told him to mind his language and i have already paid the remaining amount. then he started passing absurd statements in a very rude manner. i went to owner to complaint against him instead of hearing my complaint, the owner too started talking in offensive lanuage and requested me through folding his hand " ki aage se yaha mat aana or kahi or se petrol bharvao" .he was very aged person so i didnt said anything to him and just captured the pic of the petrol pump then the owner passes an absurd comment again " ki jao jao karo complaint krao mera petrol pump band magar yaha mat aana" .this is not the way to behave with any customer. they harrassed me mentally through their commets. They dont kow how to talk to a girl and other workers present their was supporting him like anything.i want a stricted action against them. and i am filing the same complaint in the consumer court and in the c.m window.

                                  I, Shikha Kar, con. No. 361074, booked a cylinder on 22.04.19 and on line payment of rs. 732.50 was made on that day. Surprisingly on 25.04.19 the delivery boy stated that no amount has deposited in their accounts and I had to pay rs. 732.50 by cash to take the cylinder. On 25.04.19 I received a message from your company that the amount will be refunded in my account within 15 working days. But despite issue of several phone calls in your help line number I have no received the amount till date which create very bad image of your organisation.
                                  My mob no. is [protected].
                                  A line of reply is solicited.

                                        We asked for GST bill, not corporated and started arguing, not received GST bill and they kind of fought with us. Very poor service. Only one attendee was present for four outlets and was too slow and busy in chatting with people. Told us to contact on the number given on the bill attached here.
                                        Extremely sad that GST bill are not available till now and customers are not treated good and are humilated.
