But till now subsidy is not credited to my SBI account.kindly please take the necessary action

      I have purchased petrol from bhujabal ksk, ghatikia for rs2168.24 vide bill no 60653 dt.26.05.2019. I am due to get rebate @.75%. But the peyrol pump collected rs2168.24 vide voucher no.3271 dt.26.05.2019. They remained indifferent to my query. I consisted for complaint register which he failed to comply. Your kind intervention is solicited in this matter so that i can get my claim settled.

          I have applied part time data work job in quikers.com, after i have received a from pro techno latur, mh the executive asking for registration aadhar is required, i have send my aadhar copy through to
          Raj patel after registration they are sending me to user id and password, agreement copy, (Digital signature agreement) record voice of agreement.

          As per agreement 800 forms are filling 720 is cuttoff. I have completed my work they are sending me to qc report.in qc report 618 is correct remaining is wrong, as per agreement they asking charges of rs.4100 and 3000 advocate charges. They are sending me to legal notice by email adv. S. B. Deshmukh (B. S. L., ll b.) enrollment no. 2506/05 add-office no.8, 3rdfloor, shri building, latur maharashtra-413512 and contact no.[protected]. I have no pay amount till date.

          Kindly suggest me to this correct or not

            Please note that on 22-04-19 my amount has been deducted and I received the mail from indane on 30-04-19 that the amount will be redundant after 15 business days but today is 21-05-19 still I didn't get any refund . The amount is 799INR. PLEASE REDUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I am attaching the mail soft copy which I have received on 30th of April regarding refund .

              Hi team, my consumer no is [protected] and i booked a gas cylinder on 13/05/2019, and hence i got a message on 17/05/2019 with booking no 837247 saying that the cash memo is generated but since then i have not got my cylinder delivered till now. When i call my distributor dee pee enterprises they say that the delivery boy is not picking up there call and even after speaking to there manager it seems to be that they have no idea were the cylinder is and when it will be delivered. I want to know who will take the responsibility of this issue as it seems to be that the distributor is just giving me excuses but i have all the rights to know the information why the cylinder is not getting delivered when the cash memo was generated on 17/05/2019.                 I am also in same condition so what we do now we should pay them or not

                They already mention according information technology act 2000 digital sign act applies to the validates for basic purpose therefore is to authenticate the document. To identify the person and to make the contents of the document binding on terms. Digital signature raise the same liability as the regular one for the causes of criminal and civil matters.

                & without notry or affidavit this stamp paper is valid for court matters?
                They demanded 5000 rs. Under 7 days & not paid before date they demand additional amount
                I dont want to pay him money & don't want to go court matters. So what i do
                Please help me.

                I have make a payment for the iocl on 1st April 2019 of rupees 701.5 and the transaction was successful but money is still not received by indane gas agency. I have tried to contact bhim app through customer care number but phone number is always engaged.
                Please short out my problem and deposit my money it back in my bank account

                  I Basanti Devi having Consumer no CX4828676 booked gas cylinder Via IVRS dated 27/04/2019 Booking no 300870. Agency Name Punia gas service sector 32 Chandigarh But still 20/05/2019 i haven't get any delivery against my booking.But when i want to know my booking status.I called via IVRS service than i got to know that my booking id 300870 has been cancelled.I haven't get any intimation regarding this.Whenever i used to call my agency they just asked me that we haven't received any your booking slip for delivery .I am harassed by their service . Previously i used HP connection but owing to bad service i shifted to Indian service .Their delivery boy have their own attitude, Behaved very rudely. When i called them for my delivery of gas cylinder they said that their delivery boy is not in the city .He is in his hometown .Very irresponsible they are, not caring about their customer. I recently shifted from Sector 33/A to sector 28/C Chandigarh in the month of February 2019. I visited Punia gas service Sector 32/D chandigarh for change of agency But they insist me to not change the agency instead they change the address and they said that their service is also over there.So their is no need to change the Agency. I am facing problem of delivery from 1st delivery since i shifted to sector 28/C chandigarh. Now it will be our 3rd delivery after shifted to sector 28/C chandigarh

                    Respected sir/ madam
                    Yesterday at around 5:20 I went to fill fuel diesel in my car at M/s H. K. LAHKAR FUEL PUMP which is under Indian oil corporation Ltd. Located at Nikamul, Tezpur, sonitpur, Assam. The fuel tank capacity of Renault duster is 50 litres but the amount of fuel that went inside the tank was 57.73 litres when there was already around 4 to 5 litres in the tank. So how is this possible to fill a tank with 57.73 litres plus the 4 to 5 litres that was already there in a tank with capacity of only 50 litres. This is for kind information and necessary action.

                        I have visited ioc petrol geeta colony opp, sai memorial school on dated 16/5/19 at 8.00 am appx., i told the staff to fill petrol for rs 230/ — to be filled in my bike, he has filled the petrol, but as i feel the petrol is less and i opposes to them and thereafter they put off the petrol from the bike and measure in their beakers and it was found that 1/2 liter in qty. Is fall short according to the meter displayed. The staff is making fool o[censored]s by giving less fuel and they started threat to me. Than after i have called the police and the f. I. R is lodged and cops also found that they are giving less fuel and they carried out their checking beakers with them. Cops and people their after lots of scene than ask them to check all the machines, it was found that 10% of the less fuel is giving to all the customers.. I request you to pls took a strong action against them to resolve the issue otherwise i have no option to move to the ombudsman. Copy of fir is attached and the video is also attached

                              It is really painful to share that initially i was registered with padmaja gas agency and there service was extremely good but due to change of location, shifted to sandhan gas services n suffering from their poor services from last 5 months. It took almost 45 days to get the delivery of cylinder. Moreover bookings are canceled by themselves on frequent occasions without any prior information. Where as there delivery representatives are seem to offer cylinder delivery to outsiders in black market. Request to look into the issue on high priority.

                                I, ashok kumar sharma received cylinder on 26.4.19 & not received subsidy till date. I complaint on 9.5.19 vide c. No.
                                1-[protected] & i have told it will be done within 7 days.
                                Till today i have not received. Then again called at toll free number they told the response of complain is bank server is down. I requested to book complain & no. Is 1- [protected]. I can't understand how could be server for so many days that too of hdfc bank.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I am surendra kumar g. V., the undersigned & a two wheeler holder of bajaj discovery.
                                  Yesterday evening at around 6.30 pm i went to m/s. Sindu auto services, ioc petrol pump near seetha circle, bsk 3rd stage, bangalore, and got petrol filled to my bike which was under reserve situation. & the fuel needle was showing in red column of he bike. I asked the person to fill petrol for rs.400/- (Which will fill the whole fuel tank - i. E upto 95 %) in one streatch. He operated the buttons (Small digital ones on side of the pump, not the normal ones at the front) and started filling and after 10-15 seconds, he stopped it and pulled back the pum and said over. But i was surprised & when questioned, he asked for how much to be filled, i again told showing my hand with 4 fingures and said its. For rs.400/-. But the actual meter did not display and it was showing 0.00 only while he was filling initially. Later he said ok is it for 400/-, then again he pressed the buttons in the front (Only when i asked him to show the display) for rs.300/- and filled it again & i observed the meter ran upto rs.300/- and stopped truting that i got my bike fuel tank is full. Every time i fill the tank full for rs.400/- and then get it filled only when it is fully empty. I gave my bank debit card and swiped for rs.400/- and started my bike and left the place and went few yards, but the fule needle slowly moved up and stopped in the middle without showing at the end point of the fule reading (Which means the fuel is not completely filled in my bike tank as usual) and its found only rs.300/- worth of fuel is filled to my bike and not for rs.400/-. I was totally suprised by seeing these type of workers at a reputed petrol bunk of your brand that too ioc & being an indian. As this is happeing for the second time for me at the same place, getting cheated, i want to bring to your notice and sending you the copy of the card swiped slip of rs.400/- for your reference and take immediate further action against these type of culprits who are misusing your brands in the market.

                                  Request you againg and again, to inspect these type of petrol pumps surprisingly, have a check on thest type of transactions and try to take immediate actions on the franchisee who is repeatedly doing this for all the customers.

                                  I hope you would take it seriously and do the needful immediately without delay.

                                    I have Put Petrol in Kelambakkam Indian oil branch. According to the fuel price list in Chennai for 6th May it should not crossed 760 Rupees where in I was charged for 790.10. I asked am I paying extra for any premium fuel operator at the fuel tank said it is not a premium one chares are normal.

                                    I have the bill for the purchase.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        I did not receive the april month cylinder subsidy not credited in to my bank account refer the invoice no[protected] dt. 17.04.2019 and the above invoice cylinder had been delivered on 24.04.2019 and i given the complaint regarding this issue iocl customer care simply they are are telling i will be credited soon but no any action for my complaint and more than one month is going.

                                        Subsidy will be credited soon the iocl complaint no:
                                        Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I asked to get petrol for 1000 rs. By the time I opened the tank he started filling petrol and it was at 300 and 0 was not even shown to me.
                                        I have raised a complaint
                                        My consumer number 23745. I got gas refill vide invoice num er[protected] dated 23.4.2019. I was to get Rs.237.79 credited to my bank account. So for this has not been effected. Kindy looked into.
