Dear indian gas,

Gas comes in late delivery man is not ready to home and when we said to weight a gas then always gas is less than mark.

Sangam gas services at allahabad this is my distributer. Once gas booked after they are sending gas in late always... One of phone number of sangam gas always not working online ringing.

I want to resolution from indian gas.

      It is really painful to share that initially i was registered with padmaja gas agency and there service was extremely good but due to change of location, shifted to sandhan gas services n suffering from their poor services from last 5 months. It took almost 45 days to get the delivery of cylinder. Moreover bookings are canceled by themselves on frequent occasions without any prior information. Where as there delivery representatives are seem to offer cylinder delivery to outsiders in black market. Request to look into the issue on high priority.

        I, ashok kumar sharma received cylinder on 26.4.19 & not received subsidy till date. I complaint on 9.5.19 vide c. No.
        1-[protected] & i have told it will be done within 7 days.
        Till today i have not received. Then again called at toll free number they told the response of complain is bank server is down. I requested to book complain & no. Is 1- [protected]. I can't understand how could be server for so many days that too of hdfc bank.

          Dear sir,

          I am surendra kumar g. V., the undersigned & a two wheeler holder of bajaj discovery.
          Yesterday evening at around 6.30 pm i went to m/s. Sindu auto services, ioc petrol pump near seetha circle, bsk 3rd stage, bangalore, and got petrol filled to my bike which was under reserve situation. & the fuel needle was showing in red column of he bike. I asked the person to fill petrol for rs.400/- (Which will fill the whole fuel tank - i. E upto 95 %) in one streatch. He operated the buttons (Small digital ones on side of the pump, not the normal ones at the front) and started filling and after 10-15 seconds, he stopped it and pulled back the pum and said over. But i was surprised & when questioned, he asked for how much to be filled, i again told showing my hand with 4 fingures and said its. For rs.400/-. But the actual meter did not display and it was showing 0.00 only while he was filling initially. Later he said ok is it for 400/-, then again he pressed the buttons in the front (Only when i asked him to show the display) for rs.300/- and filled it again & i observed the meter ran upto rs.300/- and stopped truting that i got my bike fuel tank is full. Every time i fill the tank full for rs.400/- and then get it filled only when it is fully empty. I gave my bank debit card and swiped for rs.400/- and started my bike and left the place and went few yards, but the fule needle slowly moved up and stopped in the middle without showing at the end point of the fule reading (Which means the fuel is not completely filled in my bike tank as usual) and its found only rs.300/- worth of fuel is filled to my bike and not for rs.400/-. I was totally suprised by seeing these type of workers at a reputed petrol bunk of your brand that too ioc & being an indian. As this is happeing for the second time for me at the same place, getting cheated, i want to bring to your notice and sending you the copy of the card swiped slip of rs.400/- for your reference and take immediate further action against these type of culprits who are misusing your brands in the market.

          Request you againg and again, to inspect these type of petrol pumps surprisingly, have a check on thest type of transactions and try to take immediate actions on the franchisee who is repeatedly doing this for all the customers.

          I hope you would take it seriously and do the needful immediately without delay.

            I have Put Petrol in Kelambakkam Indian oil branch. According to the fuel price list in Chennai for 6th May it should not crossed 760 Rupees where in I was charged for 790.10. I asked am I paying extra for any premium fuel operator at the fuel tank said it is not a premium one chares are normal.

            I have the bill for the purchase.

              I went to an indian oil petrol pump named Aman and company sitauted in Ambala.I asked him to fill the petrol of 970 but he filled the petrol of 770 and charged me 200 more by giving me the petrol of 770.He distracred me and did something in the machine due to which the cost and the quantity of petrol was rising but the petrol was not flowing in the tank.I want a complaint regarding this act or

                Dear sir/madam,
                I did not receive the april month cylinder subsidy not credited in to my bank account refer the invoice no[protected] dt. 17.04.2019 and the above invoice cylinder had been delivered on 24.04.2019 and i given the complaint regarding this issue iocl customer care simply they are are telling i will be credited soon but no any action for my complaint and more than one month is going.

                Referplease refer your feedback on cylinder subsidy still not credited to my bank account more than week completed so kindly check the details credit my subsidy amount with sr no. 1-[protected]

                I asked to get petrol for 1000 rs. By the time I opened the tank he started filling petrol and it was at 300 and 0 was not even shown to me.
                I have raised a complaint
                My consumer number 23745. I got gas refill vide invoice num er[protected] dated 23.4.2019. I was to get Rs.237.79 credited to my bank account. So for this has not been effected. Kindy looked into.

                  I have done the transaction of rs716 on 24th april 2019 for indane gas payment. My transaction was failed on that day and amount is debited from my credit card. I checked with my bank but they are asking email/letter from iocl that amount is not received from iocl. Reference no for transaction is:indane1455314. Could you please help me how to proceed with this and also want to know the email address of iocl for further communication.

It has been one month since and i tried calling them and a voice message on the other end said that all booking till 9th of april has been delivered. This is not the first time we are facing this.                           The motwani gas is worst agency of satna it take extra charges of lpg refill
                          And can't provide refill at the time
                          In this agency home delivery is here but they never delivered the gas in the house and whenever you refill the lpg they take extra charges
                          They also take home delivery charges the weightage of lpg is also less when ever you measure the cylinder
                          So my humble request to resorted out this problem as soon as possible and take hard action to owner and employee of the agency

                            The delivery person from vishnu gas agency (Indane) in bangalore is very rude and charges extra everytime,. It's high time the higher ups of this prestigious organization take this up seriously. Inspite of paying online, they charge extra. Its not about money, it's about principles, i would rather donate to a orphanage than give these people. They have the audacity to argue and threaten you if not consent to their demands. I hope the heads of organization does something drastically.

                                On march 11 i have booked indane gas and done an online payment and received a sms confirmation receipt copy of my payment rs 721 against refill booking ref no: 681627 for consumer no:[protected] of cash memo [protected] of amount rs 731
                                On march 23 i received message as gas booking ref no 681627 stands cancelled.

                                But still cancelled gas booking amount is not refunded.

                                  My consumer no is 330248. I have booked gas on line in april vide 330248. Ireceived a sms stating that consumer no:330248 has been generated and cylinder will be delivered shortly. And i received another sms stating that 330248 stands cancelled kindly book again or contact ur distributor. So this month i went to indian gas agency and booking is done through there and this month also i received same messages stating booking confirmed on consumer no:336276 and another sms booking got cancelled.

                                    My self adv. Vishal mohite yesterday around 10 to 11pm. I am travelling from karad vita road going to my village at wangi. At that time i m facing problem of tyre pressure. That time i am visited two petrol pump at night one is "shah petrol pump" ad hoc coco kadegaon and another shri datt petrol pump kadegaon but both are refused to air. They are saying such facility not available on petrol pump. When i asked bout machine of air, they said they are just showcase.

                                        I booked cylinder on 15.04.2019 booking no[protected] through indane website and for this booking i paid through online but my first transaction is failed. After some time i tried to pay online and it went successful. But my cc card was charged twice mt191060063000010004131 and mt191060063000010004136. Please refund my money which is debited incorrectly to my card.
