My consumer no. Is [protected] by the name of preeti koul.
On 19th april'19, i booked lpg and on 20th april'19 i got sms on my registered number, that cash memo no. [protected] of amount rs 711.50 has been generated for booking no. 676305 and cylinder shall be delivered shortly.
I waited till 22nd april, yet did not get my cylinder.
Then on 22nd april around 5pm, i called on indane customer care number and registered my complaint for delay in cylinder delivery against complaint no. 1-[protected], but no action response from them.
On 23rd april'19 i got sms on my registered mob no that cylinder is delivered, which actually till now i have not received.
I called up distributor and they informed me that they will be delivering me cylinder today (28th apr). This clearly looks like they used my booked cylinder somewhere else. When cash memo was already generated 8 days back they delivered it to someone else.
I need your help to look into this, as such incidents are very much common, distributors misuse the cylinders and consumers are suffered because of this.
I would need in written reason from the distributor - anand gas, as where they delivered my cylinder?

Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have paid money through google pay to [protected]@icici but it is not credited to gas merchants but payment was succesful i have made this payment on 20 march 2019 please refund my money please give reply
