I, narsingoju srinivas, circle inspector of police, ichoda circle of adilabad district in telangana state, today i visited at ioc petrol pump at mannur village of gudihathnur mandal, adilabad district in telangana state (Chennur to nagapur highway 217 km stone) and observed that they are 2 petrol pumps were situated in the opposite direction and maintained by one owner. The owner of the ioc petrol pump created ramp by using bricks to cross the divider from one petrol pump to opposite petrol pump in dangerous manner. I ask to seller where air machines are not working, but he says that it is in under repair, many days no working is not in process. The owner was not responding properly. The toilets of petrol pumps were not maintained neatly. Please take action against the said petrol pumps.

    Today afternoon i went to an indian oil petrol pump nearby located at malkajgiri, so the person who is filling the petrol showing the dishonesty to the consumers by not entering the price metre requested amount and pouring the petrol inappropriately by cheating the consumers, so i have asked the filler to pour 60 rs of petrol in the bottle but with inappropriate response he just poured 59.65 price of petrol and also by not refreshing the price metre he just poured another vehicle by mixing up the amount 60 rs and cheated him, when i got asked him he is not even responding properly the consumer didn't saw the metre, so i said him, so consumer got asked him but he was lying by saying that he refreshed the price metre, so please sir concern my request and take appropriate action on the petrol pump, it is located at malkajgiri near anutex shopping mall, secunderabad

      I took 5 commercial cylinders in the month of february, person name was sushil - [protected] who took the money and came to deliver the cylinders, after 15 days of taking the delivery i called him to take back the empty cylinders and till the time person is making excuses like its holi, i am busy, i will get this done by tomorrow kind of stuff. Till today cylinders are with me and my money is stuck with the person. I visited the center once (5 days back) that day also he said that he will get it done by 11th. I am expecting a quick response on this with suitable action against the person. You can contact me on [protected].

        I have booked on line for rifling of gas cylinder on 09 april 2019, and a massage received on 17 april for cash mamo ganaration and shortly delivered, but on dt 30april again a massage received that booking cancelled,
        At this agency 'rajasthan gas agency kota jn' i have parsonally visit to agency for 3 to 4 time for each time for cylinder, even after booking on line, but cylinder not delevered till ' chakkar lagao ', why? So please do needful.

              Sir,

              1. My consumer no. Is [protected] and my distributor is vidya sagar gas agency, old pitampura new delhi. I had booked my gas cylinder on 26 apr 19 with reference no. 843160. A cash memo no. [protected] was generated for amount rs. 706.50 on 29-04-19. Gas cylinder was not delivered even up to 30-04-19. I received a message on 01 may that the cash memo generated on 29 apr 2019 is cancelled. On contacting the distributor, they intimated that from 01 may 2019 price of gas has been increased to rs. 709.50 and i will have to pay increased rates.

              2. As i had booked my gas cylinder on 26 apr 2019, my gas should have been delivered by 30 apr 2019. Why should i pay increased rates effective from 01 may 2019 while my booking is of date 26 apr 2019. I request that i should be delivered gas on the rates prevailing on 26 apr 2019. Gas distributor must ensure delivery of gas within 04 days of its booking.

              Sir,
              Reference my complaint ID 2318182. Today in afternoon, a gas cylinder was delivered to me with new cash memo No. [protected] dated 01-05-19 and Rs. 713.00 was charged from me. As I had booked my gas cylinder on 26-04-19 and cash memo No. [protected] dated[protected] having description of Rs. 706.50) was already generated against my refill booking No. 843160 dated 26-04-19, the gas cylinder should have been delivered on 29-04-19 or on 30-04-19. The delay was on part of distributor. For fault of distributor why I have been charged Rs. 06.50 more. Distributor should be penalized for his act and my Rs. 6.50 be refunded.

              Sir, reference my previous complaint. In afternoon of 01 Apr 2019, the Vidya Sagar Gas agency, Old Pitampura, New Delhi generated another bill No. [protected] and charged Rs. 713.00 for gas cylinder which was Rs. 07.00 more than previously generated bill No. [protected] dated 29-04-19. This is unfair as I had booked my gas cylinder on 26 Apr 2019. I should have been charged at the rate prevailing on 26 Apr 2019. The delay in delivering gas cylinder occurred by late action of the distributor as such why should I am compelled to pay extra amount. The distributor should pay me Rs. 7.00 ie the extra payment.

                In karnataka bangalore, ioc out let named om sai petrol station in rajarajeswari nagar having a low mannerd, behaving like anything type of persons working. Today morning i faced a very bad behavior of a employee, when i complained to the manager, he was neglected the complaint. So many years i was regular ioc customer, i was not seen like this type of service anywhere in bangalore. Request higher authority to look after, thank you

                  I am Tinku s/o Manohar lal. consumer No.[protected]. I had taken 6748 deposits in INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD. Branch (Dharamshala Gas Service, kotwali Bazaar. Dharamshala Distt. Kangra H.P- 176215 )and took gas connection on 24/04/19. They gave me gas stove, regulator and pipes and I was told that gas cylinders arrived on 27/04/2019 at 10:00 am On. 27/04/19, if you did not know, then the train was not there. They said the next day was coming. Today 30/04/19 was talked on the phone so Miss Behavior was told (I was not told if it came and not). Then in the branch, I was given a 2-3-day time. Please take any action.

                        I have a gas connection in name of suprabhat ray chattopadhyay which was also used in my aadhar vide gas connection no [protected] (Ioc) for add a/p ranaghat police qtr. Type iv qtr no iii.. (Ground floor) ranaghat, nadia as i am serving as s. I of wbp. But i rectify my aadhar in name of suprovat roy chatterjee s/o sukhadananda roy chatterjee of 84/1/2 nirupama devi road, berhampore, murshidabad. I want to fetch sv in dg locker but fail.                           Hello,
                          My consumer no. Is [protected] by the name of preeti koul.
                          On 19th april'19, i booked lpg and on 20th april'19 i got sms on my registered number, that cash memo no. [protected] of amount rs 711.50 has been generated for booking no. 676305 and cylinder shall be delivered shortly.
                          I waited till 22nd april, yet did not get my cylinder.
                          Then on 22nd april around 5pm, i called on indane customer care number and registered my complaint for delay in cylinder delivery against complaint no. 1-[protected], but no action response from them.
                          On 23rd april'19 i got sms on my registered mob no that cylinder is delivered, which actually till now i have not received.
                          I called up distributor and they informed me that they will be delivering me cylinder today (28th apr). This clearly looks like they used my booked cylinder somewhere else. When cash memo was already generated 8 days back they delivered it to someone else.
                          I need your help to look into this, as such incidents are very much common, distributors misuse the cylinders and consumers are suffered because of this.

                          I would need in written reason from the distributor - anand gas, as where they delivered my cylinder?

                            I am indane consumer since 30 years and now settled in pune, maharastra after retired from army. My distributor m/s radha krishna indane (Distributor code 124829) gas agency in wanowarie is not providing online services thus creating difficulty in time consuming system of offline booking and cod. The distributor was online booking and payment were also easy but since last month no online services active of this distributor, also mobile app not working

                            I have booked cylinder for my Consumer number 11368 and made online payment by debit card on 21 April 2019, Error occurred and payment deducted from my Debit card, Please Help to Complete payment or refund the amount of 734.5 As soon as possible
                            Hi, I had paid online on consumer number 614305 on indane gas booking from Pune, Although payment amount is deducted via credit card, I got error as Invalid access on gas payment reference number RF[protected]

                            Please resolve immediately as amount is deducted.

                              Writing with frustration, i booked for gas refill on[protected] and got a booking confirmation message on[protected] stated it will be delivered shortly. Till now we hasn't received the cylinder and when we checked with the agency they are promising that it will be delivered on that day itself on each and every day and also i tired to contact with the agency manager and there is no proper response. This is not the first time, every month the same thing is happening and there is proper response from the agency and the agency manager tells us to change the agency and neither making a proper complaint nor responding for complaints or calls. Kindly take the necessary actions to rectify this issue.

                                Hope you are well,

                                I would like to draw attention toward bad behavior with customer. I visited below named petrol pump which is located in ahmedabad, gujarat.
                                Indian oil petrol pump rajani automobiles kankaria

                                Staff refuse to accept paytm and any debit or visa card around 9:45pm.

                                Online and government give the permission till 11:00pm. I dont know why they not accept digital payment.

                                As our honorable prime minister try to do digitization and we people not support him in this process its really bad sign for us.

                                Proper action will boost normal citizen voice.

                                  Hello,

                                  On 21 april, i placed refill request though phone and i got link for making payment online but after making payment transaction got failed and amount is deducted from my debit card with invalid error

                                  I have already contact distributor and he says i have not received payment you will have to contact indane support

                                  Then i contact indane support where you have a robot sitting and replaying...

                                  Please!pay attention about your service no one attend my complaint. three weeks pass away no one delivered cylinder in my street, when we inform the thekedar(hem suyal) he could not my help and rudely behave.

                                    I am professor dr s. K. Chakarvarti, resident of faridabad.
                                    Today the 24th april 2019 at 11:20:49 am, i went to indian oil petrol pump auto care sector 12, sitec2 faridabad to get filed my car.
                                    I requested for 13 litres of petrol but the operator filled only 3 litres. I asked why so? In response he told that he heard 3 litres. I said then make it 13 after bringing back to 0 reading but he continued with 3 reading and stopped at 10. When i objected to this he tried to be fool me saying that already 3 lit has been supplied. I shouted and scolded him for this sort of fraud and then he filled 3 more lit. You can see clearly how they cheat the customers. When asked his name he told pramod as his name which i doubt very much.
                                    Further i was charged rs 950 for 13 litres which i think is overcharged as the current rate is rs 72.99.
                                    The payment was made by debit card and the details of the voucher are as under:

                                      I tried to book gas on 21.4.19 from indane website. But transaction failed due to website error and amount of rs.725.00 debited from my debit card and gas booking not done. Distributor says booking not done. Not received any booking confirmation.

                                      Pls resolve this issue and refund the amount back to my account. I want the amount of rs.725 back.
