I am a customer of indane gas and my agency is thayagam indane gas agency at kuttalam tk nagapattinam dt., tamil nadu consumer no is 21649 in the name of rajaprakasam i would like to change the phone number for booking to the indane gas from [protected] to [protected]. I would like to request you to kindly enter my new number for booking of indane gas [protected] in future....

My gas connection no is cx7290612.. After booked refill after some time im getting cancelled msg... Delar is saying some issue with application... I tried three time same replay

Yesterday i filled petrol on indian oil petrol pump to check the schedule and made payment through sbi debit card. I was not given any refund. They say that they have not received the scheme.

First of all this is not a complaint but a request.
Firstly i went to the gas agency to cancle my gas connection. They said verbaly software is recently updated so they cannot cancle my gas connection.
I told them my job is over and i have to go to my home town. They said sorry. Then tried to do it online. That time password error was there so i clicked forgot password and then received new password...

Sir,
I want to name change of our gas connection because this connection has been on behalf of my mother. But my mother health haven't well. So, he can't operate his bank account. Therefore his bank account some problematic. So, i want to change this on behalf of my name. So, please reply me what is the procedure to change it? Our present consumer number is [protected], under baranagar gas service....

I am using gas services from Indane through the above mentioned vendor. Today i faced 2nd time an issue from the cylinder that they provided to us. The first time was on Jan 1st 2019 when we realized that the cylinder was heavily leaking. Upon stressing the delivery boy to check it before giving it to us, all he said was we already tested it and its absolutely fine and we don't have to worry about smell. But...

In most of the indian oil petrol pumps stations petrol price per litre in high when compared to petrol price of the day.
Ioc says that they have all rights to fix the price.
Then why govt says this the price for the day and it is chaged according to the state and city, but here ioc changes the price according to there needs as they want.
If ioc has all rights to change the price and fix it, then why govt should provide...

I am complaining about sri vigness gas distributer. It is dhanbad jharkhand, every month i booked cylinder but it doesn't respond anytime and unless i call them, phone are always out of coverage areas, even after a month they don't deliver cylinder at a home that i booked cylinder before a month. I register 2 cylinder but i never satisfied with this service, i never get my booked cylinder in time...

I had made a payment of ₹ 725.50 to [protected]@icici for my indane gas cylinder booking and is paid through my phonepe upi on 11/3/19 but when the cylinder was delivered i received a cash memo and when contacted the raghu gas agency they replied that they haven't received the payment. I had to made the payment twice. Cylinder delivery was made on 13/3/19. Why the payment has not been received by the agency in between these 4 days......

Sir today suddenly gas cylinder is empty i call to gas agency but monday is anand gas agency was closed. No any reposed from owner or any worker. All member toll today is monday. Today agency closed so call tomorrow. Sir i request to you provide one gas cylinder today as soon as possible....

Dear sir, i received water weighing 5kg approx in my lpg cylinder.
I receive cylinder from 'kanchandeep' office of indane in jamshedpur.
When i complained i was forced to purchase a non-subsidy cylinder despite of 1 subsidy cylinder being left in my quota.

I don't think this is fair sir. If you see overall i was duped of rs. 200 /-
Please take some action against this rule of cylinder distributors....

I am guruvammal s consumer number cx14322509.
I have booked lpg gas refilling and got a cash memo on 13-mar-2019, confirming delivery. But no cylinder delivered till now. Tried calling their contact numbers. But none of the numbers are available in service.
So i personally walked over to office to enquire about the status on 15-mar-2019. They advised the delivery was done on 13-mar-2019 itself and they will enquire...

Sir,
On 28th feb 2019, i made a payment of rs.747 at 08:47pm against an indane gas booking through its website www.indane.co.in. it was a upi payment which i did through paytm upi. The payment gateway is [protected]@icici i. E. The payment has been sent to upi id - [protected]@icici. The payment was successful and got a receipt from paytm. But even after 16 days, indane gas agency says that they have not been credited with any amount from my side...

My consumer no is[protected] with natraj gas service, but for sometime was transferred to vaishno indane gas service, pertabpura, agra. This connection has been again transferred to natraj gas service. More than a week has elapsed, but on line booking is being accepted on the ground that the connection is still not active.

On contact with natraj agency, they have asked me to wait for two days....

We are employees of indian oil pump, adoor near hs. Jn. We are working here for long time. About 10+ employees are working here. But we didn't get any esic benefit and our employer didn't take any action for registering in esic and we all people didn't get any benefit also. However the employer deducting the esic contribution from employees in every months. Due to which employees are facing lots of problems in medical treatment.....
