I am shibani rana on 22th march 2019 i make online payment for gas booking for consumer no [protected] from jaganathpur indane gas office in panskura purba medinipur. I make payment through the sms link which i received after booking. But when i make payment through my ubi bank debit card money is debited but later payment not succeed. I complaint for it to delivery office but they didn't do anything.
So sir i hope you see this problem and i refund my money. Anything needed then give me a notice in my mobile no [protected] or [protected].

        Hi
        My home falls in 1 km radius of the guwahati refinery. Since a few months the exhaust from the refinery is causing shortness of breath and irritation. Residents near by cannot sleep as the gas causes irritation for a long time, though it dissipates. There are some rumours that the refinery illegally tap out harmful gases both to the atmosphere and drains. It is high time that such kind of corporations should be kept in surveillance. They violate rules and put our health and life at risk... Please help

          Our connection has been changed from kankeyan agencies to rayaru agencies but after the connection change they don't deliver cyclinder on time even after so many calls. There is no proper response from them. I have complaint the manager as well. Kindly take action and do needful. It would be great if you change the agency.

            I have applied for new connection on 18th march and my application number is - [protected], registration number - n1903181176617736596537. I personally visited cavery gas agency located in kr puram and submitted my physical documents along with a deposit of rs 3700 on 20th march. The lady sitting over the counter also handed over me a new pipe and regulator and promised me that my cylinder will get delivered in 4-5 day, i have been following up with the agency and everyday they are telling me new story but they have not yet delivered my cylinder, i also have the call recording of the agency manager who gave a commitment of delivery on 27th march 2018. Now these people are not even picking up my call. I have been mentally and physically harassed by cauvery gas agency.

              Am already booked my cylinder on 28th february this year and it got delivered.. Now my cylinder got empty i want to book another cylinder...in ivrs call i 'll book always for above 1week i tried it said u booked in 28th february ur distributors delivered up to 27th it said... What is the problem here when i able to book my cylinder pls help as soon as possible...

                I have the honour to inform you that i, sri nitai das vide consumer no-cx13024721 under m/s das gas concern[protected] at karimganj dist, assam last delevered gas cylinder on[protected], vide cash memo no-[protected] but it has passed more than one month whereas no next cylinder delevered till today i. E.[protected]. Moreover no auto booking are being done for last 2 months whereas the concerned agency was very much awared the fact but no solution has been done till today.
                So, i earnestly request you kindly to take necessary action and arrange the delever of next cylinder at your earliest and thus oblige.

                  In Sri Guruvayurappan gas agencies delivery persons should charged extra amount of Rs.30 on delivery time.one cylinder is amount (Approx) 720.00.But that delivery boy gave 750.00.Already cylinder amount are very highly then why give extra Rs.30 charged.please resolve this problem and strictly told them to sri guruvayurappan agencies in vadapalani

                      I booked my refill on 15th march 2019 & i got sms for it. Then on 18th march 2019 i got sms that your refill will be delivered shortly. On 20th march 2019 i got sms that your refill booking cancelled due to customer not found. But it was a wrong reason as i was present at my home. Today its 27th march 2019 but still i didn't get my gas refill at my home.

                      yesterday on 27th march 2019 i got sms from indane that your refill booking ref. no. stands cancelled & you have to book it again. i don't know why this type of message came from indane?
                      Kindly rectify the 9 digit Mobil number in 10% cash back offer notice ioc petrol bunk in tamilnadu.

                          Indian oil petrol bunk in madhuranagar(opp to devinagar flyover, vijayawada), it has become habitual to the petrol fuelling staff to cheat the consumers. They will not reset the meter even after filling. Inturn they will try to converse with the next consumer regarding topup, pretending that they had resetted. In fact they are continuing the previous topping of earlier consumer. They tried to do the same thing to me so many times. As earlier I had witnessed the same behaviour, I m somewhat trying to overcome the fraud.
                          Pl ensure this fraud should not happen to other consumers.

C.M. no.[protected] for Rs. 727.50.Payment of Rs.717/- has been paid, thru' Debit Card on 20.03.2019 and this has been confirmed by SBI on POS 00215056 at Indian Oil Corporation, Txn // 405267 but not credited to your a/c. C.M. no. [protected] for Rs. 727.50 was generated on 22.03.2019. Thus, double payment, once thru' debit card and second thru' cash, has been paid for one cylinder. This irregularity may please be solved.

                            I am not able to complete my login registration, nor am i able to claim by 10% reward for the fuel filled in IOCL pump, i have tried multipletime but the IOCL xtrareward app is not working .

                            Also i tried calling the toll free number, no one is picking up call in their customer toll free number [protected]
                            Consumer Number 16105, Gas Agency- Surya Nagri Indane.

                            Gas leaks when the regulator knob is turned to the open position.

                            None of the emergency numbers were functioning on 21/3/2019.-

                            [protected] and 1906. No emergency on holiday ?

                              I have visited the petrol bunk of your dealer hh fuels at kuthar mangalore on 24.03.19 and requested to fill petrol of rs. 300/-.
                              While filling petrol one guy was adjusted the meter and when i asked he was told he was setting the amount. Actualy petrol should fill 4 ltr but in my tank it was filled very less. The same thing happened previous time also and that time i didn't get milage of my car.
                              I kindly request you to pls take action on this bunk and they don't cheat anybody in future.

                                    I would like to complain against Yashaswini Gas Agency as your delivery executives for demanding extra money from customers as delivery charges. Every time we were giving like a tip but this time we had a really bad experience from one of your delivery executive as he demanded for the money for just INR 3/- extra even though everytime we were giving INR 30/- extra as delivery charges. This time the total amount on the bill was INR 703/- and we had given amount of INR 730/- but still the delivery executive misbehaved with our family and demanded for extra money of INR 3/- and we argued with him and finally he told us that he would not delivery to our home. We need to collect the cylinder from Gas Agency. We felt absolutely ridiculous hearing such words from him. Please consider this complain as a serious issue. Delivery Executives cannot demand from the customers for delivery charges.

                                    I would like to complain against YES YES YEN Gas Agencies delivery executives asked extra money from me as delivery charges. I pay 900 RS for the payment of 853.50 and the delivery boy could not return the balance of 46.50 Rs, and he said this is the cylinder delivery transportation charge, I asked, again and again, he said you can complain anywhere, no one cannot help you, he is misbehaved to me, please arrange the balance amount earliest.

                                    And the gas cylinder delivery man said if you complain you will not get deliver next gas cylinder.
                                    Agencies get 46.50 rs per one cutomer delivery charges means, How much they are cheating from the public, please take action urgent basic.

                                      The complaint is against sivam io, begumpet, hyd. There have been several times that i raised a complaint about this petrol station for misbehavior and harassment kind of attitude the staff has but neither your sr. Management nor the concerned management at the station has taken my concerns seriously.

                                      They are even reluctant to provide me with a complaint register and i think that they don't have one. I had to write a complaint on a piece of paper and i am sure it would be thrashed.

                                      I think that the owner of this petrom bunk seems to be very influential person wherein he feels that his staff can indulge in any kind of behavior even to cheat customers and no one can take any action against them as i have written to your head office several times about the way the staff and the management here works and yet there has been not even a single instance where your organization has replied me back nor called me to address my concerns.

                                      I am under the impression that your organization has given permission to all these petrol station management to cheat and harass the customers and maybe would have mentioned stating that even if the customers raise any complaints it would not be addressed nor even looked into.
                                      Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
