I malkeet kaur cust no. H6001 has connection at dabwali gas agency, dabwali dist. Sirsa haryana. I have paid rs.729 online for refill on 1-3-2019. Booking boy said that they have not received amount yet when we received amount after 2 days then we returned back your paid amount. I paid rs.734 at counter on 1-3-19. Please returned my one payment as i paid double amount.

    I had paid installation charges on feb for the year 2018-19.. They have again collected the amount (177 rs) this month from my mother as i was not at home. When my mother told the person that we had paid already they did not hear us. Luckily i had both bills at hand which i have attached. They are also taking solid 20 days to deliver the cylinder from the booked date and charge 40rs extra for delivery everytime. There are several issues lodged by many customers on cooking gas agency, adayar.. People incharge also are not aware of the correct procedure. Worst gas agency i have ever seen so far.

      I booked a LPG cylinder on 2nd March, 2019 & got an sms regarding the booking no. followed by a sms for cash memo generation & a sms on 5th March, 2019 regarding delivery but I did not received it till now. The details are:

      Cons no. 1328273
      Booking no. 896311
      CM no. [protected]

      Today morning when I called the distributor number they immediatel arranged for the cylinder and sent it to me vide a hand written cash memo. where the booking number is different(Picture attached).Now I am worried whether I will get the subsidy or not.

      Also, I tried to call the Indian Oil customer care helpline at [protected] yesterday several time but only to hear an automated voice saying the number is busy.

            Hello sir,
            I'm one of those who're being harassed by the indane delivery boy in the name of delivery charges which is nowhere mentioned in the cash memo and even in indane's website.

            He's demanding for rs. 70-100 to deliver the cylinder from the agency to my home which is on 2nd floor. For 1st floor the charges are around rs. 50 (Minimum).

            The delivery boy is arrogant and as i refused to pay extra charges during previous delivery. This time he only bring the cylinder from the agency but didn't brought it to my home to the 2nd floor but i brought the cylinder to 2nd floor from his vehicle.

            He warned that next time he won't bring the cylinder from agency and only i have to bring the cylinder from the agency to my home.

            The name of the delivery boy is raju from sai shakthi indane, hyderabad.

            Kindly take some steps to curb this chaosness and also take some steps against the arrogant delivery boy. Or else i've to go further regarding the matter.

              I work with the central gst and customs department, yesterday i went to the petrol pump located at mehdipatnam, hyderabad the one below the pvnr expressway and asked the person to fill fuel for 500 rs, now this guy fills 100rs first and stops when i told him i asked for 500 he say sorry and now plays the trick to divert me saying card is not working let me check after fuelling and without resetting the nozzle starts to refuel from the same 100 rs untill 400rs shows on the display.
              He says first 100 and now 400 is filled which comes to 500. On confronting him that he dint reset to 0 after filling 100 he said it will automatically reset to 0 on stopping the nozzle. I asked him for the receipt from the machine then he says the machine has an issue so can't print but i can give a written receipt for which i denied.
              After arguing for 10-15mins he then called me over to the next machine and refuelled for the remaining 100rs.
              If he wasn't at fault he would not have called me to fill the remaining amount fuel, kindly take necessary action against them.
              How many people are they cheating daily and encashing in the similar manner... Is this money going to the owner or the person filling the fuel??

                Dear sir.
                My sister in law gifted us indane lpg connection during our wedding but the issue is that she has purchace lpg on her name now i want to transfer the connection to my name. So i approached my lpg dealer to transfer the same on my name with the consent of my sister in law.
                But the dealer said that we will require
                Rs. 2200 to transfer it to my name.
                So kindly guide us that this much of charge is actually require for transfer of name.

                    Hello,
                    I am an indane gas holder under your distributor, my consumer id is 1141659. With the increase in gas prices every day, your home delivery man's demand is increasing so much, home delivery charge for every extra price of cylinder, starting at ₹10 ₹20, 25 is not ok. Repeatedly takes away the girls from the house every time, why would i pay ₹10 cylinders per ounce, he took more than ₹20 rupees in the previous month, so when he was asked not to take the extra money but he did not listen again and took ₹10 more, today, i am complaining and complaining to you, and i will say that delivery man should come back to give extra ₹10 days of return. Again, he also said that if the extra money is not given, the cylinders will not be checked. Take a system against your choice.

                      I have applied through my service dealer for deactivation of lpg subsidy give up which was activated on 21/08/2017. But still has not get any response from your end.

                      As i have given enough contribution to the prime minister call and now a days non subsidized lpg has become much costlier now i am not willing to continue the scheme and also my income is well below the criteria limit, i would request you to take immediate action to settle my request.

                        I am not getting subsidies on indane gas while i have update aadhar card through npci in icici bank even bank has shown me that already updated and gas agency is telling me that we can’t do anything contact your bank. Earlier it was update in bank of baroda but i have closed bank of baroda account and now aadhar has been updated in icici bank but still i am not getting subsidy.
                        Please do the needful.

                            I was informed by m/s shaurya enterprises that they have your authority to conduct inspection of my gas connection and i have to pay charges for it. Today one mr. Rohit came and he said that since the gas pipe is more than 2 years old and i have to change it. He charged rs.150 towards inspection, rs.190 towards pipe and rs.20 towards the clip clamping the pipe to the stove and gas cylinder.
                            I was surprised that the pipe which was bought from a vendor sent by m/s shaurya was only recently installed by us and we were not informed that the pipe has a life of 2 years from the date of it's manufacturing. Moreover if m/s shaurya or ioc wants an inspection to be done why should we the consumer ending up for it?

                                Dear sir/madame,
                                As per the message i have received from indane that my cylinder has been delivered on 04.03.19 but to my utter astonishment i have not received the cylinder even today (05.03.2019). Last time also i have faced the same problem where i had to communicate with the delivery personnel who assured me to deliver the gas the next day but when i received the cylinder they failed to provide me the bill on my name (Consumer name: anamitra biswas cust no: 03806, lpgid:[protected] by telling that the my bill has been misplaced or given to some other customer. Due to the utter emergency i had to receive the cylinder without my recepit where i paid the whole amount for the cylinder referring to some other customer's bill. The delivery personnel assured me by telling they will issue me a bill and give it to me the very next day but i have not received the bill even today. This happed around 14th february 2019. Again i am facing the same problem where i have received the delivery message inspite of the delivery of my cylinder. I have attached your delivery message as a screenshot. I hope you will look into this matter with your kind attention.

                                  If i book cylinder this month means two months later only he delivered gas cylinder he does not come directly, if i chases him then only i received otherwise i never received. I complain agency they replied will come until 2 months they replied the same. If you want to cylinder you have to find his location and give 100 rupees extra then only he will give you gas cylinder and you must collect from his place wherever you found him otherwise he never delivers 2 months later also. Why i said i was affected 2 months it's true then i chase him he asked amount and i paid him also he never come two days then i went his location wherever he there i have to collect cylinder from there.
                                  Agency is the worst response and delivery person very very bad.

                                    It's a complain regarding the case of late mrs. Babita agrawal w/o mr. Madhusudan agrawal who got expired dec 2017 and its already been 15months gone she has not received any claim yet. Her son is unemployed and daughter is forse to quit her studies. As you all are aware her husband has also got seriously injured into this accident, he is not able to work further.
                                    Their entire savings has been wiped away to meet the medical expansion of the deceased and the victims.
                                    We will be forced to take the case to the media and pmo if not attended in next two days time.
