Indian oil petrol bunk in madhuranagar(opp to devinagar flyover, vijayawada), it has become habitual to the petrol fuelling staff to cheat the consumers. They will not reset the meter even after filling. Inturn they will try to converse with the next consumer regarding topup, pretending that they had resetted. In fact they are continuing the previous topping of earlier consumer. They tried to do the same thing to me so many times. As earlier I had witnessed the same behaviour, I m somewhat trying to overcome the fraud.
Pl ensure this fraud should not happen to other consumers.

    Consumer no. 19274. Booking no. 723063 on 20.03.2019. C.M. no.[protected] for Rs. 727.50.Payment of Rs.717/- has been paid, thru' Debit Card on 20.03.2019 and this has been confirmed by SBI on POS 00215056 at Indian Oil Corporation, Txn // 405267 but not credited to your a/c. C.M. no. [protected] for Rs. 727.50 was generated on 22.03.2019. Thus, double payment, once thru' debit card and second thru' cash, has been paid for one cylinder. This irregularity may please be solved.

    I am not able to complete my login registration, nor am i able to claim by 10% reward for the fuel filled in IOCL pump, i have tried multipletime but the IOCL xtrareward app is not working .

    Also i tried calling the toll free number, no one is picking up call in their customer toll free number [protected]
    Consumer Number 16105, Gas Agency- Surya Nagri Indane.

    Gas leaks when the regulator knob is turned to the open position.

    None of the emergency numbers were functioning on 21/3/2019.-

    [protected] and 1906. No emergency on holiday ?

      I have visited the petrol bunk of your dealer hh fuels at kuthar mangalore on 24.03.19 and requested to fill petrol of rs. 300/-.
      While filling petrol one guy was adjusted the meter and when i asked he was told he was setting the amount. Actualy petrol should fill 4 ltr but in my tank it was filled very less. The same thing happened previous time also and that time i didn't get milage of my car.
      I kindly request you to pls take action on this bunk and they don't cheat anybody in future.

          I had book cylinder refill at date 22/03/2019 and online payment was done through bank atm. Amount was deducted from account. But at the time of delivery of cylinder on the refill voucher (No-[protected]) slip it was not mentioned. I payed refiil amount again in cash to delivery boy as he taught.
          So, i request to you for refund. Thank you.

            Dear Team,

            I would like to complain against Yashaswini Gas Agency as your delivery executives for demanding extra money from customers as delivery charges. Every time we were giving like a tip but this time we had a really bad experience from one of your delivery executive as he demanded for the money for just INR 3/- extra even though everytime we were giving INR 30/- extra as delivery charges. This time the total amount on the bill was INR 703/- and we had given amount of INR 730/- but still the delivery executive misbehaved with our family and demanded for extra money of INR 3/- and we argued with him and finally he told us that he would not delivery to our home. We need to collect the cylinder from Gas Agency. We felt absolutely ridiculous hearing such words from him. Please consider this complain as a serious issue. Delivery Executives cannot demand from the customers for delivery charges.

            I would like to complain against YES YES YEN Gas Agencies delivery executives asked extra money from me as delivery charges. I pay 900 RS for the payment of 853.50 and the delivery boy could not return the balance of 46.50 Rs, and he said this is the cylinder delivery transportation charge, I asked, again and again, he said you can complain anywhere, no one cannot help you, he is misbehaved to me, please arrange the balance amount earliest.

            And the gas cylinder delivery man said if you complain you will not get deliver next gas cylinder.
            Agencies get 46.50 rs per one cutomer delivery charges means, How much they are cheating from the public, please take action urgent basic.

              The complaint is against sivam io, begumpet, hyd. There have been several times that i raised a complaint about this petrol station for misbehavior and harassment kind of attitude the staff has but neither your sr. Management nor the concerned management at the station has taken my concerns seriously.

              They are even reluctant to provide me with a complaint register and i think that they don't have one. I had to write a complaint on a piece of paper and i am sure it would be thrashed.

              I think that the owner of this petrom bunk seems to be very influential person wherein he feels that his staff can indulge in any kind of behavior even to cheat customers and no one can take any action against them as i have written to your head office several times about the way the staff and the management here works and yet there has been not even a single instance where your organization has replied me back nor called me to address my concerns.

              I am under the impression that your organization has given permission to all these petrol station management to cheat and harass the customers and maybe would have mentioned stating that even if the customers raise any complaints it would not be addressed nor even looked into.

                Sir with due respect i would like to inform you that my consumer no is 163219, abhil gas agency rohtak its regular practice by delivery boy not to supply refill at ist floor. Every time he ask the customer to come down and collect the refill by saying i am not fit to deliver at ist floor and he returned back without delivering the refill. When contacted the abhil gas executive at phone she also refused to deliver at ist floor by giving excuse that customers are complaining of theft by delivery boys thats why our delivery boy will only deliver at the main gate on road. Phone conv. With abhil executive is with me. Is there any rule of ioc that co. Will supply only at main gate on road. What will happened when only ladies are at home pl take urgent action over that

                        First of all this is not a complaint but a request.
                        Firstly i went to the gas agency to cancle my gas connection. They said verbaly software is recently updated so they cannot cancle my gas connection.
                        I told them my job is over and i have to go to my home town. They said sorry. Then tried to do it online. That time password error was there so i clicked forgot password and then received new password from email. Even that is not working. Kindly help me.

                            I am using gas services from Indane through the above mentioned vendor. Today i faced 2nd time an issue from the cylinder that they provided to us. The first time was on Jan 1st 2019 when we realized that the cylinder was heavily leaking. Upon stressing the delivery boy to check it before giving it to us, all he said was we already tested it and its absolutely fine and we don't have to worry about smell. But...

                            In most of the indian oil petrol pumps stations petrol price per litre in high when compared to petrol price of the day.
                            Ioc says that they have all rights to fix the price.
                            Then why govt says this the price for the day and it is chaged according to the state and city, but here ioc changes the price according to there needs as they want.
                            If ioc has all rights to change the price and fix it, then why govt should provide different price.

                              I am complaining about sri vigness gas distributer. It is dhanbad jharkhand, every month i booked cylinder but it doesn't respond anytime and unless i call them, phone are always out of coverage areas, even after a month they don't deliver cylinder at a home that i booked cylinder before a month. I register 2 cylinder but i never satisfied with this service, i never get my booked cylinder in time

From last when ever i book a gas from this agency in past i can't receive my gas cylinder on time every tym i called so many tyms regarding myy booking but they people not take it serious. Recently i booked a cylinder cash memo is (Cashmemo [protected] generated against ur refill booking no.779554 stands cancelled. Reason:cancelled booking. Delivery may be reattempted shortly). Evrytym i got this type of msg when i call to agrncy then there is a lady who pick the call and talk rudely and misbehave with us on call and everytm gave a fake answer oir delivery boy is met with accident his arm id fractured so we will delivered u shortly or i[censored] have any issue then change ur gas agency. So, plz take it seriuos and take action against this agency.

                                Rs.707/- debited from my S.B.A/c. to TECHPROCESS PAYMENT SE MUMBAI on 10.03.19 at 11.13 A.M. But the cylinder delivery person informed that no payment credited in gas payment and received cash.

                                  I had made a payment of ₹ 725.50 to [protected]@icici for my indane gas cylinder booking and is paid through my phonepe upi on 11/3/19 but when the cylinder was delivered i received a cash memo and when contacted the raghu gas agency they replied that they haven't received the payment. I had to made the payment twice. Cylinder delivery was made on 13/3/19. Why the payment has not been received by the agency in between these 4 days...

                                    This is in reference to gas refill of my cylinder, i did an online payment of rs.654 on 22nd feb'19 against reference no.910368 my customer id is [protected]. On 28th feb'19 i received an sms that your cylinder has been delivered with cm no.[protected] wherein i haven't received any cylinder. I raised a complain with sondhi gas agency - saket who is my respective service provider, every time i called them up they have the same answer that your cylinder will be delivered today. Its close to one month and i haven't received the cylinder nor i am getting proper response from the service provider. Please help in resolving the issue at the earliest.

                                    Contacted the vendor individually and referred to the complains I have made and they delivered the cylinder, wherein no response was given from IOL after 11 days of complain thoguh.
