From my gas agency, (Rajarhat gas service) someone came for mandatory checking and received an amount of rupees 150 on 24th october'2017. Why are you charging this much of huge amount for doing nothing? Who came to check, i believe she has not even sound knowledge about the term mentioned on checking format, may be she is under matric. How much we have to pay for having a cylinder. Cylinder charge, amount for the person delivering cylinder, all are forcing us to pay. Agency forced us to buy gas stove while getting new connection even though we have one. Please clarify me why you are charging rupees 150 and how many times i have to pay in a year?

    Dear sir/mam,

    I am raising this concern on behalf of my mother (Rina mukherjee). We have indane gas connection, consumerid is: cx14711836
    And our address: sarani sangha, natagarh, panshila kolkata 700112

    We get indane gas cylinder from abhijit enterprises (Barrackpore trunk rd, jelepara, surjaysen nagar, khardaha, kolkata, west bengal 700117, india).

    3 weeks back while cooking, my mother realized that some liquid are there inside cylinder, after rechecking we got confirmed that half of the cylinder is full of liquid like water.

    I asked my mother to stop using that cylinder and next we visited to abhijit enterprises to inform them.

    They sent one person from the office to verify it and he confirmed that some liquid are there inside cylinder.

    Next day we visited the office (Abhijit enterprises) but it seems they least bother and asked us to come on another day as they behaved like very busy.

    We followed up multiple time after that but everytime they misbehaved with us and sends us back. They also told us that there is no use of visiting gas office every day. They will not change the gas cylinder and asked us to book a new one.

    I just want to know why a company like indane cheating us like this.

      On[protected] i went to veer petroleum, varve bk (Shivapur) pune-satara rd for filling the petrol in my bike arond 8:00 pm and there was heavy traffic towards pune.

      When the person was filling the petrol there swipe machine get crashed i asked the station manager for other option to pay his money.
      But the manager said they do not have any other digital payment method (I asked for paytm, bhim and netbaking for instant transfer) but he denied for all and ask to wait till station owner to come also there was no atm machine nearer to petrol pump confirmed by manager itself.

      After 1hr of long wait station owner named as "sukhwinder" came with new machine but it wont work.
      I again asked him for option how i can pay you, but he was like u have to pay here.
      I gave him below options

      1 - take my adhar card \pan card\driving licence number as a proof i will send cheque or i will transfer money to your account once i reach to pune but he denied.

      After almost 1hr 45 min he agreed to imps transfer which i asked at time of machine crashed, 2 hours later i left the petrol pump by transfering money by imps.

      Owner and manger was too rude at that time they said u can complaint wherever you want and shamelessly they given in written that they dont have any other digital method for payment.
      Also owner wants me to call him sir as he is the owner of pump because i was calling him by his name.

      My question for indian oil and goverment as well "if the goverment petrol pump dont have the facilities of digital payment then what is the use of digitization???"

      Attchhing bill and station managers word for refernce.

      Honestly i expect some action against the owner and manager for not co-oprating with customer.

      Referring my earlier complain did. 17th, against my new SIM no.[protected]U . I have been given assurance that within 48 hrs.           A refill for consumer no.- cx26176733 was booked on 21.09.25017 vide registered reference no.- 313458. Subsequently after 15 days i. E. On 06/10/2017 a message was received where cash memo no.- [protected] was received in registered mobile no.- [protected]. The delivery boy had rang on 06/10/2017 at 4.00 pm and said i had been coming for last 2 days and no one is there at home to collect the gas and hence your booking will be cancelled and you have to re-book a new refill. I said the delivery boy that this is the first time you had called for delivering the cylinder and its your duty to call before coming for delivery. He argued and hanged up the phone. After several times contacting with the gas agency gopalpur indane, @ gopalpur, narayanpur, kolkata - 700136 i didnot receive the refill cylinder till date i. E. 23/10/2017.

            Sir/madam,
            This is to inform you that myself sri tapan kumar mallik (Indane gas consumer no-[protected]), s/o - sri murali dhar mallik at - rainlo, po-narada, via-tyendakura, p. S-patkura, block-garadapur, dist-kendrapara, st-odisha-754134. I am under matric & belongs to scheduled caste. I am a daily labour. I am not interested to take gas connection but garadapur indane gramin vitarak proprietor forced to take new gas connection. She came my house several times and forced to take new gas connection. Finally she forced and gave a single gas connection (Single cylinder) and collect rs.6500.00 (Six thousand five hundred only) in against of my willingness and told me not declare others. She did not hand over any bond, gas pass book and any receipt. I had no idea about that. Just after 2 month when i contact for refill several times she harrsed me a lot and supply a refill cylinder after 01 month and collect rupess 850.00 (Eight hundred fifty only) from me and did not hand over any receipt. I ask for receipt she replied you are illetrate (Under matric). What you will do for taking receipt. Similarly when i contact refill again she harassed me and supply refill cylinder after 1 month by collecting rs 850.00 from me without giving any receipt. After 1 year when i came to know from others that she cheated and taken excess amount for supply single new gas connection (Rs.6500.00) as well as refill booking (Rs.850.00) for every refill and contact her. She did not respond to me, threatening and misbehave me with abuse words that you are illiterate and low caste (S. C). I will hand over you to police. And always keep silent. For this situation i became hopeless and feared. I feel a valuable money of a daily labour has been wasted. Just after 10 days i go to her office with my father. First she did not respond and abused us a lot and ask who are you i did not know you, silent otherwise i will kill you here by my pet wicked fellow. I became feared and started shakeing. I hopeless and feel dark surrounded to me. I wait there upto evening and she ask to me will you want to surrender single gas connection. I replied yes then she told me if you give rs 1500.00 then i will do the same. I am not interested to give rs 1500.00 extra for surrender but she forced me and threatened and finally taken rs.1500.00 from me. Also forcefully taken a blank sign in a white paper. After a week one of my relative gave a toll free no and i contacted head office for refund my security money but they told me give us 1 month we will solve your problem. After that i contacted several times to the toll free no but no action has been taken till date and finally they gave a bhubaneswar office no. I contacted bhubaneswar office but bhubaneswar office did not respond to me and if you give us to and fro fare (Rs.1200.) we will go for enquiry. I denied due to money. Finally bbsr office told me come to office with rs.1500.00 (For office expenditure) so that we will solve your problem. As i am illiterate and under matric i couldnot understand & it is not possible to go bhubaneswar which is 90 km from my house.
            Therefore it is my humble request pl kindly look into my case and refund my all money and take necessary steps against the dealer so that i will be gratefull to you otherwise i will suicide infront of bhubaneswar indane office.

              I am under the distributor south madras gas agency the holder of consumer no.[protected] [protected] address :no 6, nanjundarao colony, mylapore chennai code (117621).
              I went to the distributor on[protected] and intimated the fact of correction in the consumer's name. My name is binu daniel varghese, but they have entered in the computer as bindhu daniel varghese. When i pointed out, they intimated me that if transfer voucher is issued with this incorrect spelling in my name, i will be in trouble. Accordingly i requested them repeatedly to carry out correction but they intimated me that correction or modification will not be done by agency. I would request you kindly to direct the distributor or the representative, as the case may be, to carry out in the spelling of my name immediately

                Dera sir. I m not receiving cylinder in time last four delivery. They just answers only we are not receiving truck in time. My consumer no is 04088 patel chimanbhai ramanbhai. When we call them they speak only one word we are not receiving delivery from ahead when truck will come we deliver you soon but they fail to do so.

                  Dear sir i have a gas connection with indane gas agency, vasudeva gas connection. Post:- lumding, dist:-nagaon (Assam) pin:-782447. My card serial no: 17063 and my consumer no: 07063 name nanda lal goala, since last year. Every time when i booked over phone they never provide me booking number msg nor delivering on time. I had booked a refill cylinder on 18/09/2017 and booking no. 278311. Till now i haven't got delivery my cylinder. Yesterday when i make a call cylinder booking no. [protected]. Then tell me your booking is 18/09/2017 and deliverd to distributor on 23/09/2017. Today suddenly msg me your booking is cancel again rebooking and cancellation status contect distributor why i am rebook. Why this type of naklency. I don't know i don't again booking.. My 18/09/2017 booking cylinder deliver between today or tomorrow otherwise i am complain pm, finance minister and all other minister please take a hard step against these types of system created by some distributors.

                  hello sir myself sanjeev kapse purchased my indane gas connection from pradeep enterprise agencies customer id P42357 on 29/07/2007 but from long time since more than 5 years i had not used my connection and now again i want to use my connection and now not able to get my agency detail as my connection has got dead so pls provide my agency detail as pradeep agency is not ready to give my new agency detail so pls help out me and provide me my new agency name and address and contact no thanku

                    I am a consumer of indane and consumer number is [protected], my distibutor is pinakshi gas service, chandmari, guwahati-3 assam. I booked one cylinder and on 4th oct/2017, i received one message that cash memo has been generated and cash memo no is [protected]. But the cylinder has not been delivered as yet. But surprisingly i received one message today (I. E. On 21/10/17) that the cylinder has been delivered. And i may book for future refill. This not the first time that such type of fraud has been taken place. I complained about such happenings in past also but no action was taken. I therefore request you to make an enquiry and to take appropriate action against the distributor.

                        I was cheated on your oil station i send my relative (Nearly 14_15age) to brought petrol for 100rs but they give only 20_30rs petrol when i saw the petrol indicator needle its show no deflection i immediately walk to that station after long argument they don't agreed to me. I show them petrol indicator needle but they still disagreed to me. Finally i bought 200rs petrol n show them petrol indicator needle now its show deflection of 6_7divisions (Nearly to full), n my home is not so far away from that petrol pump so that 100rs petrol can be consumed in that. I am sending bill report of second time petrol taken with my address too, vehicle no.. I need some immediate action to be taken against that oil station members.

                              This is to inform you that it was wrongly enrolled the “give it up” subsidy option for my lpg connection by one of my family members who is ignorant to understand english words.                                 I visited the ioc indane distributor's office in faridabad, m/s. Balaji gas services. The distributor accepted that ioc has referred my new connection request where payment for the nsame has been paid online to ioc but, balaji refused to release the connection on the ground that the point of delivery (That is applicant's residential address does not fall in the jurisdiction of balaji gas services. Therefore the distributor won't entertain the request thus made. Balaji also named another distributor, namely, rama gas agency (Also in faridabad) and directed me to approach them for a new connection and supply of gas cylinders. When i visited rama indane distributor, they want a directive fro0m ioc along with transfer of the payment (Made to ioc for my cylinder/gas, etc. So, kindly, on priority, please direct officially m/s. Rama indane distributor to release the connection and help with the supply of a filled cylinder. With thanks.                                 The above mentioned bunk is worst ever I have seen.they always run out of petrol They are unable to run the bunk .they forcibly selling power petrol to customers today also there is no stock.they are spoiling I O C name . Why don't you close the dealership so that we can go to some other bunk without disappointment

                                  In othe r gas agencies near by the supply of gas cylinders is made within a week.

But according to ncpi (Aadhaar linking status in bank (As per npci : not submitted) not submitted i have asked so many times in my bank and they said they had done from his side and updated my adhaar with my bank account, and its not updated from npci. And how i know the status of this, bank person given the adhaar linking receipt with my bank account. Please tell me the solutions about this issue.                                       I have a domestic gas cylinder connection from commander gas service rajajipuram lucknow.. Consumer no. Is 7644.. We made a booking for a refill cylinder on 14-sep-17 yet till date the delivery of cylinder hasn't been done.

                                      When i went to commander gas service office today i. E. On 14-oct-17, the lady in the office refused to hear the complaint... I told her my consumer number and i also said that madam this is a booking of sep month... She said tell me the booking number as all bookings at our agency here are of sep month... She had the computer open in front of her and she could have easily input my consumer number and then would have got to see the status of my booking.. Yet she chose to deny any service to me.. She was too rude... Seemed to behave like a corrupt government official... Is this the kind of service indian oil wants its customers to get???

                                        I consumer no. Tsv 00751 of insane gas under distributor bundelkhand gas. Service jhansi, booked refill on 11/10/2017vide booking no.345291at 13.28 and message at 16.56 on the same day was cash memo generated no.[protected] refill will deliver shortly, on the next day 12/10/2017 message was, refill delivered. I have not received refill. After receiving msg i contact by phone, the reply was refill supply is not received by the company, then i personally approach the distributor, he was saying wrongly msg was forwarded, on receiving supply, the refill shall be delivered, the distributor supply my refill to the third person, and i have not received refill yet so necessary action may be taken against distributor. Ialways book my refill, myself online, but the distributor himself book refill on my behalf and supply to third person
