Sir,
This is to inform you that it was wrongly enrolled the “give it up” subsidy option for my lpg connection by one of my family members who is ignorant to understand english words. So, i request you kindly to deactivate this enrollment, my consumer no. [protected]. So that i can avail the lpg cylinders in subsidized prices. It's my humble request to kindly deactivate my “giveitup” option and credit my subsidy in my account as i don’t want to lose my subsidy. I want to avail to subsidy cylinder.     I visited the ioc indane distributor's office in faridabad, m/s. Balaji gas services. The distributor accepted that ioc has referred my new connection request where payment for the nsame has been paid online to ioc but, balaji refused to release the connection on the ground that the point of delivery (That is applicant's residential address does not fall in the jurisdiction of balaji gas services. Therefore the distributor won't entertain the request thus made. Balaji also named another distributor, namely, rama gas agency (Also in faridabad) and directed me to approach them for a new connection and supply of gas cylinders. When i visited rama indane distributor, they want a directive fro0m ioc along with transfer of the payment (Made to ioc for my cylinder/gas, etc. So, kindly, on priority, please direct officially m/s. Rama indane distributor to release the connection and help with the supply of a filled cylinder. With thanks.     The above mentioned bunk is worst ever I have seen.they always run out of petrol They are unable to run the bunk .they forcibly selling power petrol to customers today also there is no stock.they are spoiling I O C name . Why don't you close the dealership so that we can go to some other bunk without disappointment

      I have booked the gas on 24th sep. Till today no information has been received by the agency. This is happening since many months

      In othe r gas agencies near by the supply of gas cylinders is made within a week.
      The rrason is not known. Kindly this may be looked into

      Indane Gas Agency in Chirala Sankar Gas Agency is charging hefty delivery charges, generally this agency charging nearly 40 rupees per delivery of cylinder, whereas HP is only 15 rupees. Delivering Hundreds of refills every day, this dealer blatantly looting the consumers in Lakshs of rupees ACCHA DIN AAYAAGA HAI KYA ?

      My cutomer id is 53529. I have not received gas subsidy for the past two months. I tried contacting the agency regarding the same but they did not attend the calls. Kindly look into the issue.

        Dear sir i have linked my adhaar[protected] with my bank account and my lpg distributor also. But according to ncpi (Aadhaar linking status in bank (As per npci : not submitted) not submitted i have asked so many times in my bank and they said they had done from his side and updated my adhaar with my bank account, and its not updated from npci. And how i know the status of this, bank person given the adhaar linking receipt with my bank account. Please tell me the solutions about this issue.           I have a domestic gas cylinder connection from commander gas service rajajipuram lucknow.. Consumer no. Is 7644.. We made a booking for a refill cylinder on 14-sep-17 yet till date the delivery of cylinder hasn't been done.

          When i went to commander gas service office today i. E. On 14-oct-17, the lady in the office refused to hear the complaint... I told her my consumer number and i also said that madam this is a booking of sep month... She said tell me the booking number as all bookings at our agency here are of sep month... She had the computer open in front of her and she could have easily input my consumer number and then would have got to see the status of my booking.. Yet she chose to deny any service to me.. She was too rude... Seemed to behave like a corrupt government official... Is this the kind of service indian oil wants its customers to get???

            I consumer no. Tsv 00751 of insane gas under distributor bundelkhand gas. Service jhansi, booked refill on 11/10/2017vide booking no.345291at 13.28 and message at 16.56 on the same day was cash memo generated no.[protected] refill will deliver shortly, on the next day 12/10/2017 message was, refill delivered. I have not received refill. After receiving msg i contact by phone, the reply was refill supply is not received by the company, then i personally approach the distributor, he was saying wrongly msg was forwarded, on receiving supply, the refill shall be delivered, the distributor supply my refill to the third person, and i have not received refill yet so necessary action may be taken against distributor. Ialways book my refill, myself online, but the distributor himself book refill on my behalf and supply to third person

                I have had bitter experiences at three of the petrol pumps on different occasions. Today again by my son the same thing happened. I hope the tyre, tube air pressure check services are being facilitated by the petrol pumps operators. I am not sure if indian oil company has given this optional service. There has been a modus oprandy at the petrol outlets who so ever avails the facility of checking air pressure is subjected to minimum of three punctures and change of nalki. It is observed generally on all the outlets. This needs to checked pp operators need to be cautioned to have a check. This treatment at the outlets brings bad name to the oil.

                  Dear sir, i book my cylinder date-5/10/17 & i getting message on date-10/10/17 your cylinder deliver but i am not getting the cylinder. When i call to distributer they teel me your cylinder is deliver, when i asking them who deliver the cylinder they give me one
                  Mobile no-[protected], when i call this person 11/10/17 they tell me i send your cylinder. But till date 13/10/17 i am not getting my cylinder & some time the person deliver the gas has less weight.

                    I had visited sagar automobiles petrol pump at p-1, sector 15 noida-201301 on 9th october, 2017 for filing petrol. But the attendant told me that normal petrol is not available as the filling pump is out of order for last three months. Therefore he asked that only premium quality petrol is only available which he filled in my car.

                    The attendant told me that the personnel from the company are not coming to rectify the defective pump for last three months.

                    Normal petrol should also be made available at this petrol pump.

                      The distributor, pantnagar gas service, university complex, forced me to take the gas stove along new connection, told that without stove it will take around 4 months to get connection but with stove i will receive within 3-4 days.
                      The stove they provided is having a leakage problem. When i complained them, about that, i was told to check the cylinder and said that there cannot be a leakage in gas stove.
                      Till then i have changed the cylinders several times during refill and i also checked the regulator by changing it. The leakage is in the stove only, but the distributor is not accepting it.
                      Moreover during refilling on[protected], the delivery man took 895 rupees, which was more than the rate. When i got to know about that, i complained to the distributor. They said that u could have come then only and we don't know to whom they are delivering the cylinders, so the customer's can ask the daily rate telephonically. How is this possible that the distributor doesn't know to whom the cylinders are being delivered.

                        Referring my lpg consumer no.18806, it is to be informed that when today i connected newly supplied lpg cyclinder with chulla to day, it is found that the it has found that the cyclinder was defect and not functioning. Accordingly, at about 12 to 12.30 pm, i lodged over complaint before the noble indane dealer. Mechanic came and found that the cyclinder is defect. No more extra filled gas cylinder i am having and the dealer straightway replied not to replace it today. According, i rang to your toll free number. The man there also replied same thing that tomorrow.
                        So, having no problem, why the consumer will suffer..
                        So, please ask the concerned dealer to replace it today itself by making home delivery.

I contact to 2-3 times to the indane customer care from june, 2017 and they provide to me a complain no against my request i. E. 3193593 dated 3.8.17 by telephonic, 3212596 dated 17.8.17 by online complain and again 3228110 dated 28.8.17 by telephonic communication. I till date i could not get any response from that side. I have already provided all the details to the iocl/ and indane customer care as per their requirement.

                            One mr. Rahul tripathy of indian oil is asking for debit card details. According to bank i am not supposed to give details. I have already registered my complaints. Pl help me in crediting my subsidy for 3 orders mentioned earlier complaints. My 3 earlier order copies are

                                I have only one a/c and i have recived subsidy in last 3 years in this a/c but mar 17 i have not recived susidy. So i contact gas agency they tell me your aadhar is not link this purpose i contact my bank, bank person tell me your aadhar link in bank feb 13.
                                But agency person not help me, this is very bad experience. So please look into the matter asap.

                                    To fill petrol thro debit card for rs.100/- in a iil petrol bunk licence no p/sc/tn/14/[protected] name mrs. K. Devi, refused to fill petrol
                                    When approached the officein the bunk after refusal & inform him that complaint will be made reply given is' you go & complaint anywhere we are not bothered

                                    Self going to hospital urgently & since not having any cash & only debit card is ' available forced to go to another bunk (Indian oil only) & they accepted card

                                    Request you to pls advice accordingly to the petrol bunk

                                      महोदय, मै अपनी 55 वर्षीया माँ के साथ 27.09.2017 को दिन मे लगभग 1.30 pm. लखनऊ कानपुर रोड स्थित एस.एस.फीलिंग सेन्टर पर अपनी पल्सर मोटर साइकिल में पेट्रोल भरवाने गया। सेल्स मैन अनिल कुमार यादव ने मेरे कहने के बावजूद मशीन मे बिना फीड किए पेट्रोल भरा, तथा मेरे द्वारा डेबिड से भुगतान देने पर लेने से मना करते हुए गाली-गलौज करने लगा।विरोध करने पर अपने साथियों के साथ मिलकर मुझे मारने लगे।मुझे बचाने के लिए जब मेरी माँ आयीं तो पेट्रोलपम्प द्वारा पोषित सेल्समैन रूपी गुण्डों ने माँ को लहूलुहान कर दिया तथा मेरे कपड़े फट गये, व काफी चोटें आयीं। 100 नं. डायल करने पर थाना बन्थरा पुलिस आयी।थाने में मेरे द्वारा रिपोर्ट लिखाने पर मुझे व मेरी माँ का मेडिकल बलरामपुर हास्पिटल लखनऊ में कराया गया। कृपया उक्त पेट्रोल पम्प के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करें। भवदीय
