Sir,
I dr. P. Hari hara sastry, 6-1-146, varadarajanagar, tirupati, 517 501 with indane gas consumer no;cx30134368, of venkateswara gas service, tirupati. From the above dealer a cylinder bearing batch no:1-247, s. R. No:98677 was delivered to us in the monrh of september. To day (On[protected] when we connected it to regulator and switched on, there was gas leakage.. Hence, we informed the same to venkateswara gas service people who advised us to contact toll free help line[protected]. I tried to contact but no body answered. So may i request you to instruct your agent venkateswara gas service to take back the defective cylinder and issue a new one which functions well.

I have waited since 5.30 am to fill petrol in bike, its still 6.19 am but there is no sign of opening of the pump, the staffs are not well behaved, as as per their mentioned time 6 am to 10 pm they are not opening the pump, as a capital of odisha on the main road they are not opening the pump on time, kindly request to open the pump on time

    Indian oil petrol bunk near kadubeesnahalli bridge (Bangalore) is a fraudulent pertol bunk. I had many issues with them for being rude and filling extra petrol than the one asked to fill for.in one instance the man who was giving change back is fooling people while giving the money back as he would count the notes in front of you correctly but when you check after sometime of leaving the petrol bunk you will realize that the guy tricked you in counting the money in front of you and did not hand over the money he was just counting it. Io pertol bunk is at its worst in kadubeesnahalli. They should shut it down or hand over to any other management. There is no complaint forum in ioc website which is always down and pathetic!

      Complain of a i. O. C. L petrol pump named as
      Jain filling station, located in jiliya village, district nagaur, rajasthan

      Last day i filled petrol in my byke for rs 500. But i got approx 400 rupees petrol only. And the quality of petrol was very poor there was mixing of kerocine oil in petrol.

      So i want that vegilence checking shuld be do against that petrol pump.

        My consumer no. Is 00398 and i have booked a gas refile online on 30.10.17 vide your ref no 901676 bymistake. Please cancelled my booking an earliest. You are also requested pl give online link in website or in app for online cancellation for future booking. I have want to pay online payment with booking but during booking of refile through your app there is no option of online payment. Now i want to cancel my order but there is no any option for cancellations on your website or in app. Pl cancel my order and update your website & app for consumer's facilities and easy online booking payments. Also taking delivery charge matter has been brought to the nitice but being rural agency owner makes fool to the public and cylinders deliver without receipt. Action pl be taken.

          Today, I filled Rs 700 worth of Diesel @ Sai Sudhi, I O C L, international Airport Road, Yelahanka, Bengaluru 560064.
          Receipt No. 333395 dated 30 Oct 2017.
          The attendant instead of locking the gun for auto discharge to the set value, manually filled.
          I have the perception that the attendants manipulate the volume when they manually fill instead of auto locking.
          The supervisor / attendant informed that the gun locking is defective & it has been complained but not repaired.
          If their statement is true please get it repaired quickly & if not, take them to task for trying to cheat .

            Booking for consumer no. 11872 is registered with reference no. 728245. Booking date - 15.10.2017. Accordingly a message has been received on the same day. But till date gas cylinder has not been received though we are always available in our house.

                I am from ahmedabad travelling to raisen district. I got diesel filled on the way at jsg filling station navagaon dhar. Bill no 118812 dtd 20.10 at 9.53 amfp 2 nozzle 3. Approx 34 litres. My vehicle vento ran for a while and near indore getting heated up. I have to keep vehicle in volkwagon indore. Where they reported the breakdown is due to faulty diesel. Gave me 1 litre sample. I have paid 15000 for repair and 2000 rs diesel. Plus incovinience and other expenses of rs. 10000. I should get reimbersement of 27, 000 from jsg. They are refusing to entertain on mobile no [protected]. Please look into this and arrange reimbersemnt of expenses immedaiately.

                  I used to visit Indian oil petrol pump at Noida Sector 63 as it is the nearest filling station from my residance.
                  Many a times the said facilities such as free drinking water/ free air are lacking at this filling station and on asking for that pump employees misbehave the consumer's.
                  They are just interested in selling fuel only.

                    Dear sir i am a consumer of rima indane agency boriavi my consumer no is 04088. My ph no.[protected]. I had booked my bottle on 23.09.17. Still i m not receiving my bottle. When i call agency they just answer we send ur bottle today last 15 days. This problem is not for this delivery each delivery they answer only one thing we have not receiving truck in time from iocl. So this problem arise but every time this thing is not possible. So do needful for receiving cylinder in time to every customer.

                      Hi sir,

                      25/10/2107 i went to fuel station to fill the diesel in my car swift dzire which has the capacity of 42lts as per company recorded, i asked to do the full tank, before that my car diesel tank contains of 5lit. When he done filling with diesel, to my shock the meter is showing it has filled around 45.790 lit which has the capacity of 42lit and that too it my car already contains 5lit, when i summed all the amount of diesel filled it is coming around 50.790lit. How can carwhich has maximum capacity of 42lit can hold 50.790lit of diesel. I felt i have been cheated and asked the owner he simply said you can complain where ever you want, he say any one can’t have power to take action against me.                         Myself prem prakash rai, a costumer of indane gas. I had booked for a refill cylender on 11.10.2017 vide my consumer id no. Ioc[protected]cx7605370.
                        But gas cylinder not delivered till now.
                        I am facing a lot of problems. It is very very much painful.
                        1) booking for con no cx7605370 is registered with ref no.428022. Refill expected delivery:2-4 days. Now pay for indane refills by ur debit/credit cards, e-wallets,. 20.10.17

                          I hv bought 4ltr petrol form m/s. Nilmala service station, m. G. Avenue, dgp-5 on[protected] at 13:56:31. Original price for 4ltr petrol is rs.285.68. I paid from my debit card. They charged from me rs.286.00. When i asked why they r doing so, as they can charge the valid price, the salesman argued that they had been told to do so. They also had not behaved properly.
                          It may look to be a minor thing. But they are doing the same for all.

                                The above distributor did not care and harassing day by day for dbtl kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the distributor and resolved the issuance of dbtl.

                                  Nitin chauhan: ignored the queue and served car customers first. He ignored soft reminders to serve me three times.

                                  Rahul chauhan: upon going to the cabin to make a complaint, no one was found and rahul chauhan (On dress) humiliated by saying "tumhare lie thode na koi baitha rahega yaha..."

                                  Mintu: he was not found to make a complaint, and upon dialing him many times at the provided mobile number [protected] by other staff he did not receive and calls nor did he called back till date.

                                  This is the worst experience ever in such a big iocl petrol pump and staffs are not caring because of lack of supervision or lack of customer service education.

                                    From my gas agency, (Rajarhat gas service) someone came for mandatory checking and received an amount of rupees 150 on 24th october'2017. Why are you charging this much of huge amount for doing nothing? Who came to check, i believe she has not even sound knowledge about the term mentioned on checking format, may be she is under matric. How much we have to pay for having a cylinder. Cylinder charge, amount for the person delivering cylinder, all are forcing us to pay. Agency forced us to buy gas stove while getting new connection even though we have one. Please clarify me why you are charging rupees 150 and how many times i have to pay in a year?

                                      Dear sir/mam,

                                      I am raising this concern on behalf of my mother (Rina mukherjee). We have indane gas connection, consumerid is: cx14711836
                                      And our address: sarani sangha, natagarh, panshila kolkata 700112

                                      We get indane gas cylinder from abhijit enterprises (Barrackpore trunk rd, jelepara, surjaysen nagar, khardaha, kolkata, west bengal 700117, india).

                                      3 weeks back while cooking, my mother realized that some liquid are there inside cylinder, after rechecking we got confirmed that half of the cylinder is full of liquid like water.

                                      I asked my mother to stop using that cylinder and next we visited to abhijit enterprises to inform them.

                                      They sent one person from the office to verify it and he confirmed that some liquid are there inside cylinder.

                                      Next day we visited the office (Abhijit enterprises) but it seems they least bother and asked us to come on another day as they behaved like very busy.

                                      We followed up multiple time after that but everytime they misbehaved with us and sends us back. They also told us that there is no use of visiting gas office every day. They will not change the gas cylinder and asked us to book a new one.

                                      I just want to know why a company like indane cheating us like this.

                                        On[protected] i went to veer petroleum, varve bk (Shivapur) pune-satara rd for filling the petrol in my bike arond 8:00 pm and there was heavy traffic towards pune.

                                        When the person was filling the petrol there swipe machine get crashed i asked the station manager for other option to pay his money.
                                        But the manager said they do not have any other digital payment method (I asked for paytm, bhim and netbaking for instant transfer) but he denied for all and ask to wait till station owner to come also there was no atm machine nearer to petrol pump confirmed by manager itself.

                                        After 1hr of long wait station owner named as "sukhwinder" came with new machine but it wont work.
                                        I again asked him for option how i can pay you, but he was like u have to pay here.
                                        I gave him below options

                                        1 - take my adhar card \pan card\driving licence number as a proof i will send cheque or i will transfer money to your account once i reach to pune but he denied.

                                        After almost 1hr 45 min he agreed to imps transfer which i asked at time of machine crashed, 2 hours later i left the petrol pump by transfering money by imps.

                                        Owner and manger was too rude at that time they said u can complaint wherever you want and shamelessly they given in written that they dont have any other digital method for payment.
                                        Also owner wants me to call him sir as he is the owner of pump because i was calling him by his name.

                                        My question for indian oil and goverment as well "if the goverment petrol pump dont have the facilities of digital payment then what is the use of digitization???"

                                        Attchhing bill and station managers word for refernce.

                                        Honestly i expect some action against the owner and manager for not co-oprating with customer.

                                        Referring my earlier complain did. 17th, against my new SIM no.[protected]U . I have been given assurance that within 48 hrs.
