Refer my customer no.39394, lpg id[protected].
Distributor id 1014 of balgantraders. Vellore 632007.
I have been receiving subsidy through indian overseas bank vellore-632006
Since jan2015.
During march 2017 subsidy was credited to hdfc bank vellore.
But for jul 2017 subsidy was not received through hdfc bank.
I request to resume subsidy to i. O. B gandhinagar vellore-632006.
Though aadhar no has been linked to may s. B account of i. O. B and
Hdfc bank the issue has not been sorted yet. Pl look in to this and resolve
The issue.

    I refill the cylinder dated 10/09/2017 but refill sealed cylinder is leak. I requested the delivered boys many time last 10 days but delivered boy is not change the cylinder. So sir look this matter as early at possible.

      I am from housing board jhunjhunu. I had booked a cylinder with ioc [protected] s-4524 on 17 september 2017 cash memo generated on 19 september 2017 with booking no. 605856 cash memo number [protected] but even till 25 september 2017 cylinder is not delivered. I sent a complaint to the number [protected] but no action was taken. Kindly take some action.

        As per the existing practice, gas filled cylinder is supplied on door-delivery basis. Now my distributor is asking the public to lift the cylinder from their godown after two weeks. The consumers under the particular agency are made to wait at their shop for hours together to get the product. However there is no such problem at other indane agencies nearby areas. I strongly claim that the particular agency should reimburse the additional expenditure incurred by the consumers. Intervention of ioc is requested. Why this particular agency alone has this type of problem? For a consumer the cost of a cylinder comes to above rs.1000/-.

          Dear sir,
          Here i tell u how the petrol bunk waia mischie[censored]s. I gone to sitha circle petrol bunk to put a petrol to my two wheeler. I told for 200₹ to put, he started to pour and meanwhile he called his colleague to swipe the card. That person came and asked me the card and i told sir i didnt said anything i ll pay by cash then he told sorry sir i thought u have an ioc card. I realised he initially try to divert my concentration when he pouring the petrol and he put only for 100₹ petrol but meter showing 200₹.
          Beware these are tricks people's using in the bunks.

            On 22.09.2017, i went to kurukshetra filling station, pipli road, kurukshetra (Iocl) and asked the salesman to fill petrol of rs.100/- in my motor cycle make bajaj discover. As he put the pump in the fuel tank and pulled the lever the machine got hanged immediately making a noise, the lever was kept pulled, but the machine was not working and showing rs. 193/- in the meter. Then, he called another salesman and asked to check the machine, who told that there is some problem in the machine, we are checking it and will make some solution. They noted the readings and told that we are checking, till then you have to pay rs.100/- for the petrol. I told that no petrol has been filled in my motor cycle and machine is showing rs. 193/- in the meter, so why should i pay, i will wait for solution, please check the machine and the quantity properly. Then one old person owner/manager came out from the office and i met him to tell about the problem. The salesman, dealing with me, told the machine got hanged immediately within 1 or 2 seconds. They check again and whispered with each other, then the owner/ manager told that our machine is okay and you have to pay rs.100/-. I asked about the meter reading which is rs.193/-, but he is asking to pay rs. 100/- only, why? Then the owner/manager got angry and told it is our headache, we will check, you just pay rs. 100/-. I paid rs.100/- to avoid the quarrel with them and leave the fuel station. After some time i again went to the same fuel station and asked for the bill of rs. 100/- i have paid. Then, the salesman told me that we have checked the machine, there was some problem in it and petrol of rs. 77/- was filled in your motor cycle, so a balance of rs. 23/- is left towards our side. Then i again asked that the machine was got hanged immediately (Took just 1 or 2 seconds only), how it is possible that in just 1 or 2 seconds petrol of rs.77/- filled and moreover the machine was showing reading rs.193/-, what about that. The salesman has no reply and again told that we found that petrol of rs. 77/- was filled in your motor cycle, so a balance of rs. 23/- is left towards our side. They accepted that there was some problem in the machine and balance of rs. 23/- (They decided) is left and provide me bill for rs.100/-, while no fuel has been filled, the machine was showing rs. 193/- so how can they decide the quantity of the petrol filled (They failed to explain). The incident shows that the staff of the kurukshetra filling station is cheating the customers with the quantity of the fuel. When i discussed the incident with some more people, i came to know that the staff is used to misbehave with the customers. It is requested that, kindly got checked the machines and record (Mainly date 22.09.2017) and take adequate action against the said fuel station.

              Inspite of several complaints. No one is bothered to take action. The gas bill itself is 610 and how can they ask 30 rs extra on that every time. Open bribery. Why should we pay extra when it is already included.
              Why is ioc giving licence to these type of service providers. Are these delivery boys not getting their salary. Why is this happening everytime how many people suffering vlfrom this paying extra 30rs.
              I need solution not just automated reply...

                Dear sir,

                I had filled patrol in my creta patrol on 23 september 2017 at 22:17:11 (Receipt time) from r. K. Service station, sector 41, noida.
                They have billed me rs. 4240.26 for 58.43 liters (Rate 72.57 inr/ltr) whereas my vehicle already had 5-7 liters in the reserve.
                Interesting fact of the matter is that my vehicle (Hundai creta has fuel capacity of only 55 liters), then how fuel station can fill 58.43 additional fuel (Whereas it already has reserved fuel in the tank). It is very clear case of cheating and tempering of dispensing/billing machine.
                While asked the question to staff that how can they bill more that the capacity, then they didn't have any considerable answer, but tried to convince me that creta has fuel capacity of 65 liters. Which is not correct.
                I request you to look into the case and investigate their dispensing machines.

                  My booking was con no-[protected] with ref no-200894 on 21/09/2017 then refill expected delivery was 1-3 days. After that cash memo generated on 22/09/2017 memo no-[protected]. Sir today nobody delivered any booking at home as well as they shows now booking cancel by reason door closed. But i can gave cctv footage about it that at my home all members were present and no any door was closed today and nobody related to iocl visited my home. Please solve my problem and done necessary action about it.

                        Dear sir i would like to complain about the appayana pump m. S palya # p/sc/ka/14/2075p80970. Today 20sep at around 11.42 to fill petrol of rs.100 to my 2 wheler and the meter showed 1.4lit, since i grew suspicious i removed the entire petrol from the tank, but the petrol was hardly.75ml, i complained to the owner of the bunk but he is not willing to accept his staff mistake, in return he is giving suggestions for my next visit to the pump. This is happening from the past many months so pls look into the matter.

                              Dear concern

                              Today i got a new connection from madhavi gas agency indane gas distributor shaikpet hyderabad.

                              I have been told that for a single cylinder i have to pay rs5000 without burner & rs6000 with a burner. The lady also told me for 2 cylinders they will charge rs7000. & lastly, when i enquire about the deposit she sad it's rs1500 refundable

                              What i want to understand why is the company taking so much for one cylinder connection

                              As per the details on the companies website, it shouldn't be more than rs2000-rs2500.

                              I would like to know why rs 5000 charged to me for single cylinder without a burner.

                              I also would like to add that the agency does not have a card swiping machine when I asked about the payment they sad they only take cash & I had to withdraw cash from the nearby SBI ATM to make the payment.

                              What I don't understand how can a gas agency of such repute is dealing with cash when govt is encouraging in a non-cash transaction.

                              I have a gas connection with the seetha rama indane gas service in jigani, Bangalore, since last year, which they are collecting the high amount of Rs.100 on bill amount. I would like to request you to take a serious action against these type of distributor ASAP.

                                Res. Si r, as i had booked lpg cylenderwith arjun gas agency, pragatinagar, naranpura, ahmedabad, gujarat, on dt.06/09/2017, booking no.893322, the agency says that they have delivered the cylender. But i have not recieved yet. I called them — they replaid me that your cylender will delivered within 2 days. Science dt.14/09/2017. Ther after they are not delivering the cylender. They are not picking up the telephone science 2 days. I called help line.. They also tolled me today that they can not register the complain and called tomorrow for the complain. So.                                   Booked for indane customer no. 19160162 bengaluru 560094. Received confirm message on 4th.. Till now 15 days no supply. They dont care to call/leave message if door locked. Personally visited the supplier yesterday.. Promused deluvery today 0930 not supplied now 1430. On phone they spke arrogant. They lied they have holiday. Indane web is complicated not consumer friendly. Why not give e mail id short direct phone?

                                    I am customer (Consumer #[protected] of indane gas our dealer/ supplier of gas cylindeer is sb gas agencey at marwari road bhopal (Madhya pradesh). This is regular feature of the agency
                                    (1) whenever we try to call either they do not pick the telephone it will ringing continuously or for long time it is engaged. It was noticed personally at times when we visit the agency, they just keep the phone off the hook. It is very difficult to get the number.
                                    (2) after making the booking on 08/09/2017 booking no 618608 i did not get cylinder at my home now i call to agency they did not pick up the phone know i am getting trouble.

                                    This is my request kindly take strict action against the agency, streamline the delivery procedure as per government guidelines and revert back.

                                      I have received printed notice about mandatory check of gas oven by our distributor gra gas agency, basti sheikh, jalandhar-144002

                                      In reference to this matter, i wish to know that whether it is mandatory or voluntary on part of consumer. And they are charging 180/- rs. For the same but its the liability of the company to ensure the safety of its consumers...

                                      They are threatening me to stop the lpg distribution if i dont pay... Is it legally valid to do so?

                                        I have surrendered my lpg connection at sahara distributors valsad gujarat. I submitted my transfer voucher to veena gas agency jamia new delhi. But they said there is a mistake in the transfer voucher as such they can not issue me lpg connection on transfer voucher. The sahara distributors are closed now and as such i can not get the mistake rectified. What i am supposed to do. I need lpg connection. I am without lpg connection for the last three months.

                                        The complain is not resolved. I have been given a helpline number in delhi and i have been calling that number but nobody picks up the phone. My complaint stands unresolved. Just providing the helpline number does not resolve the complain. This is for all to see that i have not still got the lpg connection despite having the transfer voucher. My complain stands unresolved for all practical purposes.

                                        1. No attachment received.
                                        2. Veena gas agency falls under jurisdiction of our delhi area office.
