Dear sir i face problem from your dealers today i filled fuel from quality fuel station, nh-73, rampur, d. Dun road, roorkee. (U. K).

I filled premium fuel i said fill tank with auto cut but his auto cut is not working fuel tank overflow and lots of fuel fell down on floor. I said i cant paid this wastage fuel charges. Staff orgue with me you must pay this charges also. Its happen 4 times in last 2 months. Still there area not resolve his pump machine problem they wastage the fuel and collect money from customers.

Take necessary action for this distributor

      Chhateri manapur indane gramin vitrak, sewapuri varanasi द्वारा समय पर सप्लाई नहीं दिया जाता है जब की फ़ोन कई बार किया जाता है। रिप्लाई में आज आ जायेगा चला गया है कल जरूर चला जायेगा। इसके बाद भी सिलिंडर नहीं पहुँचता है। मैंने सिलिंडर की बुकिंग पर्सनल के लिए नहीं बल्कि गवर्नमेंट स्कूल के लिए किया है. इस प्रकार की समस्या प्रायः रहता है परिषदीय स्कूलों में बच्चों के लिए mdm सरकार द्वारा संचालित होता है. और जो स्लिप में गैस का दाम लिखा रहता है उसके अलावा अतिरिक्त भाड़ा का भी धनराशि लिया जाता है यदि आपके द्वारा इस समस्या का समाधान हो सकता हो तो कृपया इसे सही करने की कृपा करें। हमारा विद्यालय आपका आभारी रहेगा। धन्यवाद प्लीज जरुरी कदम उठाने की कृपा करें.

      आज दिनांक 2 oct 2017 (समय 10.30AM )को छतरी मानापुर इंडेन ग्रामीण वितरक सेवापुरी वाराणसी द्वारा 1 अदद lpg गैस दिया गया लेकिन उन्होंने 19 sept 17 के स्थान पर स्कूल का सिलिंडर 1 oct 17 को बुक किया जिसके वजह से स्कूल को बढ़ा हुआ गैस का दाम देना पड़ा इसके अतिरिक्त 34 रु भाड़ा का कुल 740 रु देना पड़ा 706 के स्थान पर।

        Today i went to refuel my bike when asked if debit card transaction staff happily agreed. When my turn came his partner tried to distract me with oil pouch worth₹10. I realised person did not reset fuel pump and added fuel worth ₹130 in my account which he already sold for last customer. When asked what ignore first then dadagiri. As per him his is manager is not available when this happened..

          I am from tirunelveli, tamilnadu. Last week i went to tuticorin by bike. Since my petrol level was low near vallanadu i went to indian oil petrol pump in vallanadu. When i went there they said that they dont have petrol stock in pump and they have it in 1ltr pet bottles. Then i asked 1 litre and gave them 100rs note.in return they gave 20 rs instead of 28rs. (On that day the petrol rate was 72). When i asked about it they said that the petrol rate is 80rs since they sold it in pet bottles. When i object this improper rate they threaten me and forced to leave. As i noticed there were hundreds of 1ltr pet bottles filled by petrol and it seems that they sale like this regularly since there is no petrol pumps nearby that location. So by this i request the indian oil corporation to make enquiry with this issue and i request customers to be carefull with this pump.

            The concerned gas agency of indane unloads a truck load of full cylinders on the roadside, just in front of the temple. This is a main road through which many school going children pass by; there is generally more number of people and vehicles passing through this place. Unloading full cylinders, the delivery people use this place for moving full cylinders for delivery and storing empty cylinders. This goes on from morning till evening. Delivery boys make huge noise in unloading and loading cylinders. Storing of cylinders just in front of the temple is a great nuisance to the public coming to the temple. This is a regular phenomena. This happens two to three times per week. Apart from nuisance, there is huge risk in storing full cylinders in public place. This is gross violation of law by the distributor. Location: pachayappar street, mogappair east, chennai 600037 near sendhil andavar temple. Ioc may send strict instructions to the distributor to desist from this practice.

            My consumer no is cx15783975.I booked for refilling on 01 sep 2017 vide ref no 760034.cash memo no [protected] is generated on 05/09/2017.Still I haven't received cylinder.please resolve the problem earliest.since 2-3 days I am ringing up to distributor. It is ringing but nobody is responding.so I request you to solve this as early as possible.

              Hi is any amount to be paid to change my name as per aadhar card the indane agency is asking a sum of 804 rs to change my name as per aadhar card. Want to know just to make changes why should v pay re 804. We have complained even to ioc bangalore but answer was not convincing.. Nobody knows the exact rules and we feel we are been cheated.. Give us clarity

                Distributor id 1014 of balgantraders. Vellore 632007.
                I have been receiving subsidy through indian overseas bank vellore-632006
                Since jan2015.
                During march 2017 subsidy was credited to hdfc bank vellore.
                But for jul 2017 subsidy was not received through hdfc bank.
                I request to resume subsidy to i. O. B gandhinagar vellore-632006.
                Though aadhar no has been linked to may s. B account of i. O. B and
                Hdfc bank the issue has not been sorted yet. Pl look in to this and resolve

I had booked a cylinder with ioc [protected] s-4524 on 17 september 2017 cash memo generated on 19 september 2017 with booking no. 605856 cash memo number [protected] but even till 25 september 2017 cylinder is not delivered. I sent a complaint to the number [protected] but no action was taken. Kindly take some action.

                      As per the existing practice, gas filled cylinder is supplied on door-delivery basis. Now my distributor is asking the public to lift the cylinder from their godown after two weeks. The consumers under the particular agency are made to wait at their shop for hours together to get the product. However there is no such problem at other indane agencies nearby areas. I strongly claim that the particular agency should reimburse the additional expenditure incurred by the consumers. Intervention of ioc is requested. Why this particular agency alone has this type of problem? For a consumer the cost of a cylinder comes to above rs.1000/-.

                        Dear sir,
                        Here i tell u how the petrol bunk waia mischie[censored]s. I gone to sitha circle petrol bunk to put a petrol to my two wheeler. I told for 200₹ to put, he started to pour and meanwhile he called his colleague to swipe the card. That person came and asked me the card and i told sir i didnt said anything i ll pay by cash then he told sorry sir i thought u have an ioc card. I realised he initially try to divert my concentration when he pouring the petrol and he put only for 100₹ petrol but meter showing 200₹.
                        Beware these are tricks people's using in the bunks.

                          On 22.09.2017, i went to kurukshetra filling station, pipli road, kurukshetra (Iocl) and asked the salesman to fill petrol of rs.100/- in my motor cycle make bajaj discover. As he put the pump in the fuel tank and pulled the lever the machine got hanged immediately making a noise, the lever was kept pulled, but the machine was not working and showing rs. 193/- in the meter. Then, he called another salesman and asked to check the machine, who told that there is some problem in the machine, we are checking it and will make some solution. They noted the readings and told that we are checking, till then you have to pay rs.100/- for the petrol. I told that no petrol has been filled in my motor cycle and machine is showing rs. 193/- in the meter, so why should i pay, i will wait for solution, please check the machine and the quantity properly. Then one old person owner/manager came out from the office and i met him to tell about the problem. The salesman, dealing with me, told the machine got hanged immediately within 1 or 2 seconds. They check again and whispered with each other, then the owner/ manager told that our machine is okay and you have to pay rs.100/-. I asked about the meter reading which is rs.193/-, but he is asking to pay rs. 100/- only, why? Then the owner/manager got angry and told it is our headache, we will check, you just pay rs. 100/-. I paid rs.100/- to avoid the quarrel with them and leave the fuel station. After some time i again went to the same fuel station and asked for the bill of rs. 100/- i have paid. Then, the salesman told me that we have checked the machine, there was some problem in it and petrol of rs. 77/- was filled in your motor cycle, so a balance of rs. 23/- is left towards our side. Then i again asked that the machine was got hanged immediately (Took just 1 or 2 seconds only), how it is possible that in just 1 or 2 seconds petrol of rs.77/- filled and moreover the machine was showing reading rs.193/-, what about that. The salesman has no reply and again told that we found that petrol of rs. 77/- was filled in your motor cycle, so a balance of rs. 23/- is left towards our side. They accepted that there was some problem in the machine and balance of rs. 23/- (They decided) is left and provide me bill for rs.100/-, while no fuel has been filled, the machine was showing rs. 193/- so how can they decide the quantity of the petrol filled (They failed to explain). The incident shows that the staff of the kurukshetra filling station is cheating the customers with the quantity of the fuel. When i discussed the incident with some more people, i came to know that the staff is used to misbehave with the customers. It is requested that, kindly got checked the machines and record (Mainly date 22.09.2017) and take adequate action against the said fuel station.

                            Inspite of several complaints. No one is bothered to take action. The gas bill itself is 610 and how can they ask 30 rs extra on that every time. Open bribery. Why should we pay extra when it is already included.
                            Why is ioc giving licence to these type of service providers. Are these delivery boys not getting their salary. Why is this happening everytime how many people suffering vlfrom this paying extra 30rs.
                            I need solution not just automated reply...

                              Dear sir,

                              I had filled patrol in my creta patrol on 23 september 2017 at 22:17:11 (Receipt time) from r. K. Service station, sector 41, noida.
                              They have billed me rs. 4240.26 for 58.43 liters (Rate 72.57 inr/ltr) whereas my vehicle already had 5-7 liters in the reserve.
                              Interesting fact of the matter is that my vehicle (Hundai creta has fuel capacity of only 55 liters), then how fuel station can fill 58.43 additional fuel (Whereas it already has reserved fuel in the tank). It is very clear case of cheating and tempering of dispensing/billing machine.
                              While asked the question to staff that how can they bill more that the capacity, then they didn't have any considerable answer, but tried to convince me that creta has fuel capacity of 65 liters. Which is not correct.
                              I request you to look into the case and investigate their dispensing machines.
                              Let me know if you need further information from my side.

                                My booking was con no-[protected] with ref no-200894 on 21/09/2017 then refill expected delivery was 1-3 days. After that cash memo generated on 22/09/2017 memo no-[protected]. Sir today nobody delivered any booking at home as well as they shows now booking cancel by reason door closed. But i can gave cctv footage about it that at my home all members were present and no any door was closed today and nobody related to iocl visited my home. Please solve my problem and done necessary action about it.

                                      Dear sir i would like to complain about the appayana pump m. S palya # p/sc/ka/14/2075p80970. Today 20sep at around 11.42 to fill petrol of rs.100 to my 2 wheler and the meter showed 1.4lit, since i grew suspicious i removed the entire petrol from the tank, but the petrol was hardly.75ml, i complained to the owner of the bunk but he is not willing to accept his staff mistake, in return he is giving suggestions for my next visit to the pump. This is happening from the past many months so pls look into the matter.
