I am customer (Consumer #[protected] of indane gas our dealer/ supplier of gas cylindeer is sb gas agencey at marwari road bhopal (Madhya pradesh). This is regular feature of the agency
(1) whenever we try to call either they do not pick the telephone it will ringing continuously or for long time it is engaged. It was noticed personally at times when we visit the agency, they just keep the phone off the hook. It is very difficult to get the number.
(2) after making the booking on 08/09/2017 booking no 618608 i did not get cylinder at my home now i call to agency they did not pick up the phone know i am getting trouble.

This is my request kindly take strict action against the agency, streamline the delivery procedure as per government guidelines and revert back.

    I have received printed notice about mandatory check of gas oven by our distributor gra gas agency, basti sheikh, jalandhar-144002

    In reference to this matter, i wish to know that whether it is mandatory or voluntary on part of consumer. And they are charging 180/- rs. For the same but its the liability of the company to ensure the safety of its consumers...

    They are threatening me to stop the lpg distribution if i dont pay... Is it legally valid to do so?

      I have surrendered my lpg connection at sahara distributors valsad gujarat. I submitted my transfer voucher to veena gas agency jamia new delhi. But they said there is a mistake in the transfer voucher as such they can not issue me lpg connection on transfer voucher. The sahara distributors are closed now and as such i can not get the mistake rectified. What i am supposed to do. I need lpg connection. I am without lpg connection for the last three months.

      The complain is not resolved. I have been given a helpline number in delhi and i have been calling that number but nobody picks up the phone. My complaint stands unresolved. Just providing the helpline number does not resolve the complain. This is for all to see that i have not still got the lpg connection despite having the transfer voucher. My complain stands unresolved for all practical purposes.

        I had filled petrol of rs. 200.
        A petrol service boy named "rakesh" does not set the count from "0".
        A rs. Start from 3.
        When i told him to set it to 0, he start abusing.
        I called to indian oil complaint board, they told me there is no such petrol pump named as "shreedhar petroleum".

          Dear sir,
          I would like to inform that i have the gas connection with the seetha rama indane gas services, opp. Akn hospital, jigani main road, jigani, anekal tq., bengaluru urban, mob:[protected] past one year and the customer no.[protected]. I would like to inform you that the above informed distributor is collecting ₹100 more on whatever billed amount, it's a open bribery. Why should we pay extra when it is already included.
          Why is ioc giving licence to these type of service providers. Are these delivery boys not getting their salary. Why is this happening everytime how many people suffering from this type of paying extra ₹100. Hence i would like to request you to consider the above requisition asap.

              Hello team,
              I have tried to book refill cylinder on 12th september, the amount has been deducted from my bank account by net net banking but transaction failed. Website display the error message due to some technical reason and service submitted to distributor. I have filed online complaint (Complaint no: 3254044) and i got reply as distributor will sort it out. Distributor name-parthiban gas agency, pallavaram, chennai-600043.
              I have contacted the distributor, but no positive reply i got from them.
              Kindly help me to sort it out this, its been pending more than a week time.

                Inspite of several complaints. No one is bothered to take action. The gas bill itself is 600 and how can they ask 50 rs extra on that every time. Open bribery. Why should we pay extra when it is already included.
                Why is ioc giving licence to these type of service providers. Are these delivery boys not getting their salary. Why is this happening everytime how many people suffering vlfrom this paying extra 50 rs.
                I need solution not just automated reply.

                  I am extremely fed up with the distribution
                  Of refill cylinders by distributor doing delay and tactics, and theirs delivery boy nusence with family members and misguide, these are all systems practiced and encouraged and it's never addressed by your customer care executives including area managers, my only hope that any of one may do things properly, and solve my problem with distributor because Indane is famous company and used by large customers base same way I believe that company can solve this.

                    I do not have any gas connection with Indane. But Indane is fraudulently using my phone number for booking cylinders. Atleast 2 bookings are done every week.

                    Indane website is not accepting any complaints.

                    Please remove my phone number from your database and take action against the fraudulent dealer.

                        My consumer no is -18200 i have booked a cylinder on[protected] at 8:50 a. M. (Registered with ref no :776987). After that i have receiving an sms that “cash memo [protected] generated for booking no 776987, shall be delivered shortly” on[protected] at 2:58 p. M. But on[protected] at 7:55 p. M i have receiving an sms that “your cylinder delivered with cash memo no [protected]” but actually i still not receiving any cylinder for the same.

                        Request you kindly help us on this it is already 5 day past for book a cylinder.

                          Consumer no.2167. Gas booked on 12th august. Booking no. 817635. On 1st of september got message that cash memo no. [protected] generated and cylinder will be delivered shortly. On 5th september received message stating that cash memo generated stands cancelled. On 11th september got another message stating that cylinder delivered with cash memo [protected]. Cylinder not yet received. No satisfactory reply from the gas agency, m/s. Vishruthi, or from the help line.

                            I am george thomas, consumer no.11472.
                            Against my booking under ref. 430970 for lpg refill dated 10-9-17 i received intimation today that cash memo no.[protected] for rs.646 was generated and that delivery would be effected shortly. Subsequently, another message was received stating that the booking stands cancelled, for the reason : door closed.
                            Since the reason stated was fake, i immediately went to the distributor, sri manikanta gas service, kapra in person when i was informed by one mr. Umesh that by mistake a wrong message was transmitted to me and that it was a 'server problem'. But i have reasons to believe that it was a deliberate act of diverting the stock.
                            Secondly, though the consumers are asked to pay for refills by credit/debit/e-wallets, the delivery boys of this gas agency refuse our payments other than cash for obvious reasons.
                            Kindly take up the issue and confirm action at the earliest.

                              Indane has delivered an expired re-filled cylinder. Its expiry is showing b-15. It means it had been expired in june - 2015. Expired cylinders are not safe for use and can cause lethal accidents. It may cause any fatal accident and very unhealthy & unsafe for family members. Any time a major accident may occur. This type of ignorance from safety aspect at indane re-filling station may cause lethal accidents.

                                Please be informed that dewankunglal kanhiyalal petrol pump which is located near shahid chowk ranchi doesn'te free air to public. It has been 6 months to repair the machine and so far not repaired till today date. They have set a vendor for the same which charged 15-20 rupees for fill the air to bike and petrol. I request you to please take a corrective initiate and provide free air. I have attached pic for reference.

                                  I'm a customer of shri usha gas agency-usilampatti (Tk), madurai (Dt), tn.
                                  I received a cylinder on[protected] and the bill amount is 692.5/-, but the actual amount for this month is 638.5/-
                                  I have some questions for you...
                                  1) whats the actual amount?
                                  2) why they are collect excess amount from the customer?
                                  3) otherwise i know, the agecies are delivered without charges to door step to the customer, then why they are collect excess amount?

                                    Distributor namely super gas agency dhar road udhampur has not given the home delivery facilities to customers prior to this booking no.237775 i had collect gas cylinder from his showroom after passing more than one months. Now the same thing is repeated again by the said customer my
                                    Aforementioned gas booking number generated on 4-9-2017 and cash memo is generated on[protected] vide no.[protected] but till date date, he has not delivered gas cylinder in my home.

                                      I booked lpg cylinder on 29 aug 2017 for which i got cash memo and booking confirmation but till 12 sep i did not got delivery of cylinder.
                                      On 12 sep the indane gas agency people cancelled my booking giving reason that price has increased from 1 sep 2017 so are not going to deliver cylinder.
                                      I don't have any issue with the increased rates but they must have deliver the cylinder atleast. They could have deliver on increased rates with new cash memo.
                                      I went to agency for supply but they told to give 735 rs. But with cash memo of 514 rs.
                                      I am getting troubled from 15 days due to not having cylinder. I am just not getting if the rates were increased why they have taken booking that time and if they have taken booking they should deliver it on time but they cancelled my booking without any valid reason.

                                      Please look into the matter and supply cylinder ob my last cash memo.

                                        Nicolian enterprise indane gas agency is the worst ever agency i have ever dealt with, i booked my cylinder on 1st sep but so far cylinder hasn't been delivered. This is very frustrating. Gas cylinder in my house is empty n we are using induction cooker to make our tea coffee n eating food from restaurant this is v v frustrating, i have visited that agency & they said cylinder will come v soon n gave me a contact number to call in case of no deliver i walked back home n its now 5 days that no one is picking my phone. I will call policy on saturday on my next visit to that agency.
