. Gas is leaking from the cylinder supplied to me, once we put in the regulator over it. All safety system at my side of regulator & etc was tested by the dealer against rs.150.00. Today at about 8.15 am gas was getting leakage and i tried to all emergency no, of indane 1906, [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and other many emergency no give for emergency.. We have been trying to reach the supplier but no one would pick up the phone on 12.09.2017 at 8.30 a. M
All no were fake no / useless/ switch off maximum/ not responding /no existence. How the no were give on emergency gas leakage service by the ioc.

    I am an indian oil gas consumer my consumer no. Is [protected]. My gas agency is ambamata gas service, sisarma road, udaipur. My name is nirmala lohar. I booked my refill on 31.08.2017 but i am very much pained to submit that apart from a number of reminders on phone my refill is not delivered yet. The height is that he is not picking the compliant phone no. [protected]. Gas agency is also not responding properly. I belong to a very poor family please do needful as soon as possible.

I feel that filling station must provide cashless methods of payment round the clock as a moral responsibility towards cashless india. I strongly request to take appropriate action

        I have been using indian oil petrol stations near yeshwanthpur and outer ring road bengaluru. I believe that machines in these stations are compromised, and customers are being cheated. Workers in these stations behave suspiciously, they don't fill the fuel at asked price, instead first fill for 100 rupees fuel and then pretend as if they have not listened to the exact amount. I hereby request the concerned department/person to look in to the matter at the earliest.

          My consumer no. Is 24687. I booked one refill on 26th august under booking no.203934. The period for delivery was indicated 1 to 3 days. After 5 days of booking i went personally to dharamshala gas service located in kotwali bazar. I was told that the refill would be sent in a day. But no refill was sent to me. On 5th september i received a massage on my mobile no. That my booking no. 203934 has been delivered to me and cash memo no. [protected] has been generated for rs. 651-3. But till today that is up to 11 th september the refill has not been delivered to me. There seems to be fraud done by the service center and delivery has been given to some other person in my name. I am still waiting for the delivery. Thus a strict action is requested against the service center for the fraud committed by it. And immediate delivery is requested pl.

            Dear sir/madam,
            I am an indane domestic lpg customer and my consumer no. Is 49862. Though i have submitted my adhar card and the other details to your agency at malleshwaram, 16th cross, i am not receiving the subsidy from more than a year. I went to cross check with your agency and they say that my adhar number is linked and all my papers are correct but cannot say why i am not receiving the subsidy which i was receiving before submitting my adhar card. So please look into the matter and make the subsidy crediting smooth.

              Sir,
              I, babita sahu have applied to get a gas facility under scheme ujjwala yojana by giving my aadhar card, bank passbook, cell no and voter id in office of indian gas, dist. Bargarh, odisha, pin – 768038.
              They received my all needed documents and said me to visit again after 15 days. When i went after 15 days and said to search my position to get gas facility they replied that another person (X) has taken your facility we cannot help you anymore and said to visit hp and bharat gas. I went one by one in both hp & bharat gas they also said to search my position, they replied me “your facility has given to another one (X)”.
              The important thing is that it is still running with my name and aadhar no. For that i cannot applied for new or another one. I returned with harassment.
              I could not understand how they dare to give my facility to others (Fraud), though it is a facility for poor people given by our respected prime minister.
              It is not only case in bargarh dist of me many people suffers but they cant dare to take any step.
              Sir kindly help me to get my facility or to close my aadhar no and name which is still running and other takes my facilities.

              Symali fuels which is located at Birnagar, Nadia, WestBengal is givig us very poor quality petrol at same rates, but nearest other petrol pump is good, but symali fuels is very bad.

              Sir, Please do something and varification the petrol of this pump .

All the time i found that quantity being filled in actual in bike and shown at display are different and this is being done to all customers. Written a complaint to indian oil but there is no revert on that mail. Please do needful to such type of cheater and take necessary action on them.

                    I am customer of indane and my distributer is uphar gas agency ballia. My customer no. Is u10916. The distributor is not delivering cylinder even after booking. I can't understand the reason for this. Please help me if possible i am so much obsessed. The distributors are selling the cylinders in black to sweets shop and normal people like me are facing problem.

                      I am the customer of sun beam gas agency situated at saharanpur pin 247001.
                      Problem is that book refill through mobile and there is waiting of 20 days while bharat gas is providing same day.
                      How the employees being fraud :-

                      When we booked online they says that here is waiting for 20days, when u will go after 20 days, says that your booking cancelled between this they generate refill and sunsidy goes credit to our account and black that cylinder to another person approx amounting rs 700.

                      They take subsidy in cash to whom it blacked so that is why the delivery takes 20 days.

                      This is a purely fraud by this agency.

                      Please take necessery action regarding the same otherwise i have to go for top level.

                      Dev Bhawan at Bimalanagar, Kalapahar, P. O. Gopinathnagar, GUWAHATI is a Lodge with kitchens. They are providing domestic LPG cylinders to the boarders. They don't possess a GMC trade licence or DC permission. Even their electricity connection is domestic. They are doing full business for more than 10yrs in this way.
                      Please take necessary action.

                        @IOC petrol bank Madhapur Hyderabad. Today dated 09-sep-2017. I went to fill petrol with my friend in bike for 500 rupee. But the petrol filling assistance only filled for 100 delibrately and in pretext of a mistake again started filling without making meter zero and stopped the meter at 400 and asked to pay 500 stating earlier he filled for 100 now additional 400. Cheating by not setting the meter to zero and distracting the customer by hiding the meter and asking about citi bank credit card. Filled less petrol thrice with similar cheating and many customers agitated on the spot but still the miscreant continues the offence.

                          My lpg connection is transferred from nataraj enterprises to adhya indane distributors due to administrative reasons and to contact the new distributor for change of supplier. I provided my aadhar card as proof of poi as well as poa again. They insisted to provide another proof as driving license or epic as alternate poi or poa. An arguement broke between the elderly clerk with me. I told that the aaddhar card itself serves as both proof of address and proof of identity. But still they argued that it is ioc order to obtain alternate additional proof and they have to collect 2 documents for each or else why would the provide different columns. Please avoid such silly reasons and harass the customers. Kindly educate them. Please clarify me whether aadhar serves as poi and poa as envisaged in your kyc form. I was unnecessarily put to hardships and unncessary arguements. Regards balaji m k

                            I am an it professional moved from hyderabad a permanent resident from west bengal. I wish to take a new non subsidized indane gas connection. First indane executive forced me to take new oven from themself. I refused as i am already having an oven bajaj (Isi standard). After that i requested inspection but executives intentionally delaying it. I went in the office couple of times but their behavior is very casual as if there nothing they can do. Its been already 15 days i have not got any response from them. Looking forward to get help from your sides resolving this matter.

                                I have booked refill of gas cylinder about 20 days earlier. It's cash memo was generated on 30.8.17, but no delivery is being made. Our agency i. E. Bindlish gas sec.26, chd is either not picking our phone & if picking, keeping that aside without talking. I have recording of entire call, where the ladies at other side r just busy in gossips. Lot of harassment & inconvenience is being caused to us.

                                  I visited agencies many times and requested to get this rectidied at the earliest ans credit the subsidy of these nine cylinders in account. But there is no updation till.
                                  I sincerely once again request to get credited the subsidy in my account.

                                    My consumer id is 06642. I booked indane gas cylinder on 30/08/2017 through vijay gas agency chennai and my booking no. Is 503794. On checking the status of delivery through online, i found that the agency has supplied gas upto 31.08.2017 upto 08.09.2017 and cash memo no. Is raised the above said booking no. Is [protected]. I have not received the supply of the cylinder till date. I request you to help me to get the supply of cylinder. I have earlier made a complaint through this forum on 08.09.2017 and my id no is 1691693. Till date the issue is not resolved and i have not received gas cylinder.

                                    I am a senior citizen (Above 80 years) please help me.

                                      This is for your petrol pump named kapish india oil, hawa sadak, jaipur.
                                      On 6th sep (Yesterday) i wanted to get xtra type petrol in my car but i could not get because of problem in pump. The staff tried three times to start pump but all the three times it came off due to some electrical problems and i had to take normal petrol.
                                      My main complaint is that there was not a proper staff to explain problem and thus they had waited my valuable morning time.
                                      Please see copies of attached bills which shows they filled my car tank in parts.

                                        I am a lpg customer having customer id cx4385155 and having the accout with gem gas agency based at kharar; dist mohali. Punjab. I have booked a refill vide booking number - 568296 on dated 25th aug 2017 but so far the refill is not delivered.
                                        The agency owners do not pick up phone calls and are quite arrogant in customer dealings.
                                        Therefore request to kindly help in this regard.
