I had filled petrol in my vehicle at 'highway petro diesel' station near rly gate crossing, rangia, kamrup, assam. The cash memo no.80 and dated 30.08.2017. But when i searched the price in website it was found for rangia, kamrup as rs.70.96 which is varied by my cash memo as rs 71.15. So request your honour kindly to take steps about the matter, which was not the first case i had found.

I have booked a cylinder on 06/08/2017 booking no. 470967. I have received a message on 09/08/2017from ioc that cash memo no.[protected] generated and refill to be supplied shortly. Till date i have not been supplied on contacting the distributor bright indane service, kolenchery, pin -682311, ernakulam. For the past 4 months cylinders are not delivered at our home and we have been collecting the cylinder directly from the gas agency spending rs. 250/- as auto charge. Even after continuous complaints no action is taken by the gas agency. I request your kind attention to look in to the complaint and do the needful.

Dear sir/madam, i am here to complain about the surya gas agency pachalam. Ernakulam. I am really fed up. My cylinder not yet delivered, they are always telling, it will deliver by tmrrw. I got the sms msg as my bill had passed, yet they are not responding. They cutting the phone while talking, they even don't have manners. For the past 5 days i am calling them continuously...

I filled diesel in my scorpio today for rs. 1001 (16.80 ltrs) but when i saw the fuel meter it showed only half of the meter which usually shows after filling up for rs.1001. I asked the employee about this for which he replied that he had set the meter for the said amount, so i can't blame him for this. Earlier also many times it has happened with me while filling up petrol in my honda activa. Activa has a fuel tank capacity of 5.3ltrs, but these people fill it up for more than the tank capacity and they argue that they have set the zero before filling the tank. It seems they have set up some adjustment in the fuel follow which happens after flowing of certain ltrs of fuel. Kindly inspect the below mentioned petrol pump for ascertaining the facts and to deal with the defaulter severly so that it becomes a lesson for others also:-

I am really upset about the unreasonable delay in delivering the gas cylinder by this agency. They have never delivered the cylinder within a reasonable time. Now i have booked for a cylinder on 25th july, 2017 (Ref. No. 495084). And still waiting to get the same. You may kindly note that the famous festival of kerala, "onam", is on next week and the highlight of this festival is grand feast. If the cylinder is not delivered in time, my family will be deprived of celebrating this festival. So i earnestly request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem. Hope you will attend this complaint and do the needful at the earliest.

I am mukul gupta having an indian oil gas connection no. Ak 11947 with aar kay enterprises, green park, new delhi. I had booked the refill on 2nd august 2017 at common booking telephone no. My reference no. Is 696784. Today is 25th august but the cylinder has not been delivered to me so far. My address is d 70 panchsheel enclave, new delhi. Kindly look into my complaint and provide me the cylinder.

Dear sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that i refilled petrol in indian oil petrol pump in jagiroad, dist-morigaon, state-assam on 23rd aug at 7.15 pm.. Few minutes later my car broke down due to over heating.. My servicing centre informed and showed me the water content in the fuel pipe.. Kindly look into the matter and consider my complaint and punish those un people..

पूरी गैस एजेंसी पर कही एरिया सेल्स मनगर का नाम और नंबर नहीं था और ना ही प्रबंध्क का नंबर था

I have experienced cheating at kailash service station petrol pump, near cine wonder mall ghodbunder road thane west maharashtra. The refueling personnel would distract the customer by offering pouches for fuel cleaner and during this time would start refueling with last reading from the previous customer end reading on the meter.

I was alerted by a fellow customer who had experienced the same in the past at the same petrol pump i. E at kailash.

You are requested to take a note of this complaint followed by a stringent action.

I have a xtrareward card [protected]. The issue is almost all indian oil outlets confirmed that the swipe machine under repair or doesn't work. Past 2 month i had received same response from all the outlets where i filled fuel. Its disappointing me and i tried customer care to register a compliant but they refused to register the compliant. I am not sure where i need to report such issues. This is unfair from indian oil and indian oil don't have proper governance for the service outlets.

Aaj mai morning ko pump pe gai aur 100rs ka petrol bharne ko kaha to usne mere dukhne se pehle hi 100rs ho gai kaha muze pata hi lagne nahi diya... Badme maine scooty check kiya to pata chala petrol kam bhara pata hi lagne nahi diya ki petrol kaise bhara plzzz sir action lo aur mere jaise customers ki lut hone se roke... Plzzzzzzz... Hamare paise kya free ke nahi hote jo aise log lut rahe hai...

As my brother got an accident in ur gas station (Waliya filling station indian oil on kartarpur road punjab), police need the cctv footage, but the retailer is saying that the cameras are not working form a long time, is that posiible? They suppose to fix it within 24 hours, or may be they are liying because they are close to those criminals. Please we need that footage asap.

Gas booked 3 times in last 28 days and we have still not received the cylinder. Distributor denies responsibility for his failure and shamelessly asks to make the booking again the same way we did the last 3 times. This time again he asked to book again tomorrow and disconnected saying he was busy.

I booked 17th of august but still not delivered. I called delivery person he saying cylinder not stock when stock 'll reach i'll delivery you. And he talking worst language. And i called sai prasanna agency no is picked my call. And i go agency i y sir u don't picked customers call. He simply last 5 days phone was dead i called agency md name prasanna he simply say change the ditrubuters my services this type only. Finally he complaint about me ioc website

Indian oil petrol pump in aroor, kerala operated by george fuels i'd 125151 is doing some adjustment in their petrol wending machine. On 19/08/17 i filled petrol in ma car for rs 300/- at ni8, fuel gauge dint showed any change so next day morning i filled for another 300/-same was the case i drove car for 10 kms thinking the meter will go up but unfortunately it went down showing fuel refill indicator, returned to pump and asked them to fill petrol in bottle. They were troubled aftrr some time they filled a bottle and showed it to mebut i presume they did some unusual clicking on the meter before filling the bottle. After to check whether there is anything wrong with the guage i went to near by hp pump and filled petrol for rs.500. On filling the petrol the petrol level change appropriately. Tgen i went to petrol pump and said about it but they were not giving a # about it. Please check there wending machines as they are ruining iocl 's brand name for easy money. I will never ever return to that pump again. I used to fill petrol for at least rs.5000/- from that pump every month, what they did have broken the trust and have seaded a negative attitude towards iocl pumps. Please address the issue at the earliest.

Time an again i am remind you that facing continusoly problem above subject. I have book gas refil to online johar gas agency has not deliver cons. No. J27205 dtd. 14-8-17. But not deliver as yet. While gas agency claim to delivered said cylinder desire address. I am re-booked no. 487193 cash memo no.[protected]. Pl. Take effective action against gas agency whom continusoly niglected custumer right.

My consumer number is 17118 sai prasanna arekere i'm booked on 8th august 2017 bill is generated on 11th august 2017 but till today cylinder not delivered i'm calling [protected] sai prasanna but they are not respond properly the delivery guy also giving cylinders to hotels cash memo [protected] of amount rs.524.52 generated for booking no. 397595,

Yesterday, date - 20/08/2017. I went to indian oil petrol pump, kasarwadi, pimpri-chinchwad, maharashtra 411034, beside sterling honda showroom. I asked to fill petrol of rs. 1000 in my car. Guy who was filling petrol in my car distracted me by asking random questions and suddenly started pouring petrol in my car. I immediately looked at reading on meter and it was already 200rs. I asked him why didn't he showed me 0 reading. So he started giving random answers. He went on to add petrol of rs. 1160 even after i asked him to stop. After that 3-4 employees gathered around me and tried to justify his reaction in threating voice. I demand that cctv footage should be checked and my money should be refunded.
