Dear sir due to wrong click on give up subsidy it has been activated, please give me back subsidy and kindly deactivate it, because of my family condition i can not afford to give up subsidy, my lpg consumer no. So please deactivate as soon as possible.

    I have booked refill of gas cylinder about 20 days earlier. It's cash memo was generated on 30.8.17, but no delivery is being made. Our agency i. E. Bindlish gas sec.26, chd is either not picking our phone & if picking, keeping that aside without talking. I have recording of entire call, where the ladies at other side r just busy in gossips. Lot of harassment & inconvenience is being caused to us.
    Pl help
    Sms which we received on 30.8.17 is as under:
    Namaskar for cash memo no [protected] your lpg delivery otp is 502886. Pl share with delivery boy only on receipt of refill at your door step. Now pay by debit / credit card or wallet

      Till dec 16 first week subsidy credited in my account.
      Since dec 16 has booked 9 times till now and subsidy is not credited for these nine refills. Though all details are same.
      I visited agencies many times and requested to get this rectidied at the earliest ans credit the subsidy of these nine cylinders in account. But there is no updation till.
      I sincerely once again request to get credited the subsidy in my account.

        I have booked a indane gas cylinder with vijay gas agency - chennai on 30.08.2017- online booking no-503794. Consumer no 06642. Status on the online booking shows that the cash memo of dealer is [protected] and the agency has delivered upto 31.08.17 but i have not received the refill till date though i have booked on 30.08.17. Please help me to get the supply.

        My consumer id is 06642. I booked indane gas cylinder on 30/08/2017 through vijay gas agency chennai and my booking no. Is 503794. On checking the status of delivery through online, i found that the agency has supplied gas upto 31.08.2017 upto 08.09.2017 and cash memo no. Is raised the above said booking no. Is [protected]. I have not received the supply of the cylinder till date. I request you to help me to get the supply of cylinder. I have earlier made a complaint through this forum on 08.09.2017 and my id no is 1691693. Till date the issue is not resolved and i have not received gas cylinder.

        I am a senior citizen (Above 80 years) please help me.

          This is for your petrol pump named kapish india oil, hawa sadak, jaipur.
          On 6th sep (Yesterday) i wanted to get xtra type petrol in my car but i could not get because of problem in pump. The staff tried three times to start pump but all the three times it came off due to some electrical problems and i had to take normal petrol.
          My main complaint is that there was not a proper staff to explain problem and thus they had waited my valuable morning time.
          Please see copies of attached bills which shows they filled my car tank in parts.

            I am a lpg customer having customer id cx4385155 and having the accout with gem gas agency based at kharar; dist mohali. Punjab. I have booked a refill vide booking number - 568296 on dated 25th aug 2017 but so far the refill is not delivered.
            The agency owners do not pick up phone calls and are quite arrogant in customer dealings.
            Therefore request to kindly help in this regard.

                Message received on monday 4.09.2017 at 4.43 pm
                Till date gas is not supplied. I was verymuch available in house on 5th and 6th september to receive gas. The gas agency says their system is not working and want me to contact later. I tried twice. I am not able to move out as they may say that door is locked.

                  I am gopal jee singh an ex sr. Manager of refinery division with e. No. 65698. I am in pali for last 15 days. I am using my daughter's car for local movements. I went to nearby indianoil petrol pump for fuel and air filling. I needed to relieve my self but there was no toilet. Then i enquired by air filling facility and was told same not installed. I went to next available pump of iocl and found the same story.

                  I was shocked that a fortune 200/500 and maharana company has not been bothered about these basic amenities missing at many of these pumps in this area though the same being a part of licensing conditions. There is a serious lapse in monitoring on the part of officials responsible for these pumps.

                  It's a very serious issue defaming the name of this famed company.

                  Request prompt inspection and provision of these requirement / amenities.

                      there is no feedback I got from Indian oil. 4 month past I made the payment for new connection but there is no solution I got from any representative.

                      I receive a fake call([protected]) and said I am calling from Indian oil and give me a link: https://www.kwikpaymentsolution.com for manual refund who asked me to my bank credentials. but somehow I know that this is a fake call. kindly do not give your bank details for such call

                      I also made effort to the Indian oil sit but the reply that we inform the distributor. but no one knows where the money goes for the new connection which I paid.

                        Mostly if you ask the petrol bunk guy to fill a petrol for 100rs, they enter 50rs in digital meter and if we ask why they are filling for 5o they said like wrongly they pressed. Once they filled for 50 rs again they are asking like sir can we fill petrol for 70rs???/ why 70 rs??? Coz they didn't down the leveller (I'm don't know the technical term for that), so they filled petrol for 70 we get only 20rs petrol... Guys, if they petrol for the exact amount what they said don't fill petrol for the remaining amount at that time. Ask then to stop it and wait for 2 mins else go for the another person and fill it... This is s huge gambeling in that petrol bunk and especially petrol is not givinh the mileage even...

                            I booked a refill on 22 aug 17 and i got message say refill cost of 524.5 and i got message on 2nd sep 17 saying your refill is cancelled due to "door closed". Which is not true and distributor cancelled the cash memo and generated new cash memo on same day with bill of 598.5. Distributor knowingly delayed delivery to charge more for refill, is this allowed?

                              -i have not authorised to receive subsidy through airtel payment bank. My bank is idbi and phone no,. Is 2358162 and airtel mob. No.[protected]. As per ioc refno.[protected][protected] txn id [protected] rs.104.60 is credited in airtel payment bank. So i cannot collect it.in view of the same, do not transfer the subsidy to airtel payment bank., buy yo idbi bank sb no.44794.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I am jagadmbika prasad indane lpg user. My consumer number is cx3576272 and the agency name is mohan and mohan, faridabad 121003. I always received 4 kg less lpg from delivery boy because they show me weight via spring balance to my wife.
                                    I always doubt on weight but because my wife received the lpg. Today i was at my home and delivery boy came with gas cylinder. He was assuring me about the weight.

                                    But i weighted cylinder at nearby shop. The weight was 25.9 kg. The cylinder suppose to be 14.2 + 15.7 = 29.9

                                    Thus i got that i always got 4 kg less lpg gas. I talked to boss of the delivery boy. He was not taking any responsibility about the weight. So i returned the cylinder because it was less by 4 kg lpg.

                                    Sir, i am a very low earning man employed with a private company. Requesting you to take the action as soon as possible. And provide me the compensation for less gas in the past.

                                        I have booked cylinder online vide no.842539 dt.31.08.2017. Till to-day i have not received the cylinder. When contacted my distributor, they told me that it will take 4-6 days to deliver. I am surprised to hear this because my neighbour got the cylilnder from their distributor the very next day of booking. Please note that i gave up my subsidy though i am a pensioner because of pms call. Previously also i had given complaints against this distributor. Please do the needfull. Other requlired details are as under
                                        Cust no.20463. Distributor : shiva gas service, mysore (Karnataka) gas: indane.
                                        Please note that cost has increased from 01.09.2017. I have booked on31.08.17. I request you to inform the distributor at the price prevailing on 31.08.17.
