It's almost 6 months i'm going to madhapur indian oil petrol pump for refilling. It's been ten time same incident happened with me. I asked them to fill 300 rs. Each and every times they fill 100 rs. When i asked them why 100, i asked to fill 300. They again fill 200 rs petrol. Later i realized it's a trick. They are not filling the first 100. If you don't believe me and from hyderabad go and check. I don't know, this forum actually work for people or not but how india oil allowing such like cheating. My humble request please do a proper inspection regarding this issue. They are doing this fraud activity every single day with thousands of people. Please take a step.

I have booked a refill cylinder on 31/7/17; booking no.648907. This has not been supplied at my home till today 19/8/2017. On inquiring to [protected] it is informed that the refill was supplied on 5/8/17 and there is even a cash memo. I confirm i have neither received nor paid for any refill till date!!

I have been informed by security in our building that gases are some times diverted to someone who pays more!!

The distributor is swarna nirmal gas service whose tel. No[protected]/2474 2223 is not working. I have been trying to make frantic calls but could not get any one including your so called toll free no. Which is always busy!!

I want to book a cylinder again but cannot do that why?

Gas refill diversion is a criminal offence and i request you to advise me immediately how and when i can get a refill.

I have double cylynder, i cant book a cylinder for the nine month through my desktop, first cylinder was empty passed 15 days. Still now i hadn't got the new cylinder,. When i asked them (Distributer office) told that i cant do this.

Please help me. I m in a awful situation.
And please let me know how many days gap is needed to book the cylinders.

Indian oil petrol pump in kerala trivandrum location, is charging more charges than the allowed.

As on 18/08/2018 the petrol price in trivandrum is 72.06rs, but they are charging 74.90rs.

I have filled 5 litre and they have charged 374.48rs. I have attached the bill with the complaint.

I have migrated to this partment last year 2016 and have no gas connection at my home. And there is no gas connection to my family.

I request the ioc to llok into the matter and take necessary action.

Status is kyc generated. Pending for dedup, why it is being delayed when kyc is generated. And what is the meaning of dedup. They have not mentioned.

I have lpg connection with indane gas of distributor patidar indane, rangwasa, indore, mp form last 2 years. But i have received a message as 'your gas connection transferred from patidar indane to sundaram gas agency' without any information and permission of me. Its very injustice.
Also in indane gas website there is no option to reject the change of distributor. The details are in attachment.

I don't want to change my distributor patidar indane to sundaram gas agency. Because sundaram gas agency service is very poor, and patidar indane is very near to me.

So please do needful for this and take legal action.

I asked the guy to fill petrol worth 500, and I said it loud and clear. He just filled 100 and stopped. I thought it's by mistake and asked him to fill 500 not 100, he said ok and started filling again without resetting the meter and thought I did not notice, he then asked for card, fill pin etc. so that I get distracted and nicely said 500 done when the meter just reached 400. On questioning he said that he filled 100 before and 400 now so the total is 500, when I started arguing he simply said "ohh I forgot to reset and filled the remaining 100". When I thought about it I realised he stopped at 100 for the two people ahead of me as well. Just imagine the level of fraud these guys are up to and they are nicely cheating innocent people !! Mathematically the numbers would be huge, 100 * maybe 2k ppl a day = 2 lakh / day.

We booked a gas cylinder towards consumer number 6054 in kaveri indane services nh 208 kunnicode pin:691508 kollam district, kerala with booking number 511851. We received the cash memo number [protected], also we received the delivered message but we don't get any cylinder. Kindly take neccessary action.

Umar manzoor dar at 17:20 on14/08/17 (Area officer so lpg-s delhi zone-6) but was switched off. Kindly look into the matter. Thanks.

Hi,
Today i have visited the indian oil petrol pump name is sowbhagya co Pvt limited near hsr layout. Banalore.
I have filled my fuel tank but they have charged me twice.
When i reached home and saw the messages, the petrol pump guy deducted money twice from my atm card.
Next time i will not prefer indian oil worst services by them.
Please return my money asap.

वो तो कल स्कूटर था तो पता चल गया, normally तो में Car में इसी पेट्रोल pump से 1500 का फ्यूल डलवाता आया हूँ, पता नहीं अब तक मेरा कितना नुकसान हुआ होगा.

Aviator Scooter में कुछ (रेड Sign पर) पेट्रोल रहते हुई 300 रुपए का फ्यूल डालने को कहा
क्यूंकि normally इतनें में एविएटर का टैंक फुल हो जाता था. कभी कभी तो 270, 280 का ही आ पता था. परन्तु कल 300 का डलवाने के बाद जब टैंक खाली नज़र आया तो मेने 100 का पेट्रोल और डलवाया और में हेरान हो गया की टैंक अभी भी नहीं भरा था 5.6 Ltrs डालने के बाद भी. जब की एविएटर की टैंक ही 6 Ltrs की है, इसका मतलब क्या में Petrol pump पर बिलकुल खाली Scooter ही ले कर आया था ?
Scooter में तो चलो 100-150 का की पेट्रोल कम दिया होगा पर में तो अक्सर कार में ही पेट्रोल डलवाता आया हूँ. उसमे तो जाने कितना कम दिया होगा ?

I have done the booking on 8/8/17, booking no.887949, on 10/8 got msg that cylinder will be delivered shortly, tdy got the message that my booking is cancelled, without any reason.
On 17/7/17 when the delivery boy came to deliver the cylinder he demanded Rs.650, where the cost of the cylinder was ₹584, he said bluntly that ₹66is the delivery charges n I am bound to pay that.If not from next time they will not deliver the cylinder.

This is the complaint against your petrol filling station jai devi service station - Ap sen road station road Lucknow Uttar pradesh. Machines there is not generating the bill when i contacted the manager there he said he was filed compalint regarding this in june.. what are your services? If this complaint will not resolved in 2days then i am going to compalint it directly to oil ministry.

I would like to bring to the notice of concerned officers that the petrol filling pump meters are tampered resulting in less fuel filled in the tanks. This is the same situation across almost all Petrol Outlets of different Oil Companies. These outlets are on the Warangal Highway starting from Uppal in Hyderabad City of Telangana State.
Unfortunately, even if inspections happen it doesn't result in any change coz. the petrol pump operators bribe the concerned officers on spot, paying out of their illegal earnings. Any complaint is like just another opportunity for officers to earn money and that's it.
I request higher authorities to conduct raids and recorded raids using camera and punish the guilty harshly and heftily so that they shouldn't ever think about such heinous acts again.

Sir, my consumer no. Is 029885. The distributor gas agency code and its name are 123775 and udai gas agency respectively. This agency is located at ajmer city of rajasthan.
I had booked my gas on 28/07/2017 with booking booking reference no.379311 and cash memo no.[protected] for the above reference was generated on 29/07/2017. The distributor has not delivered my gas till 13/08/2017 in spite of my reminding it on phone subsequently. Ultimately it has cancelled my booking on 13/08/2017 without informing me. Now its negligence has resulted in re-booking of gas on 13/08/2017 with reference no.383255. So you are requested to ensure the agency to deliver gas in time. It is not only the first time but the agency is used to non-making home delivery. It insists on taking counter-delivery from go-down.

Today in morning i went to fill up petrol at chhajed pertol pump, i asked him to fill up 300 rs. Petrol. But he continued the same reading that was before. He didnt reset tha reading. And he told me to remove the key of my moped bike. The time between i remove my bike key he filled my tank to 75%. I have calculated the strorage of my tank, it fills from bottom to top in 300rs. But today when he filled the tank it was only 75% filled. I was in anger after seeing this. Looking to me he offered me free petrol and even offered my all money back, that is 300 rs. He told me his name is abdul khan, he works in morning schedule. I even asked for his office manager but there was no one there. They are letrally frauding with us. Kindly punish him.
