वो तो कल स्कूटर था तो पता चल गया, normally तो में Car में इसी पेट्रोल pump से 1500 का फ्यूल डलवाता आया हूँ, पता नहीं अब तक मेरा कितना नुकसान हुआ होगा.

क्यूंकि normally इतनें में एविएटर का टैंक फुल हो जाता था. कभी कभी तो 270, 280 का ही आ पता था. परन्तु कल 300 का डलवाने के बाद जब टैंक खाली नज़र आया तो मेने 100 का पेट्रोल और डलवाया और में हेरान हो गया की टैंक अभी भी नहीं भरा था 5.6 Ltrs डालने के बाद भी. जब की एविएटर की टैंक ही 6 Ltrs की है, इसका मतलब क्या में Petrol pump पर बिलकुल खाली Scooter ही ले कर आया था ?
Scooter में तो चलो 100-150 का की पेट्रोल कम दिया होगा पर में तो अक्सर कार में ही पेट्रोल डलवाता आया हूँ. उसमे तो जाने कितना कम दिया होगा ?

I have done the booking on 8/8/17, booking no.887949, on 10/8 got msg that cylinder will be delivered shortly, tdy got the message that my booking is cancelled, without any reason.
On 17/7/17 when the delivery boy came to deliver the cylinder he demanded Rs.650, where the cost of the cylinder was ₹584, he said bluntly that ₹66is the delivery charges n I am bound to pay that.If not from next time they will not deliver the cylinder.

This is the complaint against your petrol filling station jai devi service station - Ap sen road station road Lucknow Uttar pradesh. Machines there is not generating the bill when i contacted the manager there he said he was filed compalint regarding this in june.. what are your services? If this complaint will not resolved in 2days then i am going to compalint it directly to oil ministry.

I would like to bring to the notice of concerned officers that the petrol filling pump meters are tampered resulting in less fuel filled in the tanks. This is the same situation across almost all Petrol Outlets of different Oil Companies. These outlets are on the Warangal Highway starting from Uppal in Hyderabad City of Telangana State.
Unfortunately, even if inspections happen it doesn't result in any change coz. the petrol pump operators bribe the concerned officers on spot, paying out of their illegal earnings. Any complaint is like just another opportunity for officers to earn money and that's it.
I request higher authorities to conduct raids and recorded raids using camera and punish the guilty harshly and heftily so that they shouldn't ever think about such heinous acts again.

Sir, my consumer no. Is 029885. The distributor gas agency code and its name are 123775 and udai gas agency respectively. This agency is located at ajmer city of rajasthan.
I had booked my gas on 28/07/2017 with booking booking reference no.379311 and cash memo no.[protected] for the above reference was generated on 29/07/2017. The distributor has not delivered my gas till 13/08/2017 in spite of my reminding it on phone subsequently. Ultimately it has cancelled my booking on 13/08/2017 without informing me. Now its negligence has resulted in re-booking of gas on 13/08/2017 with reference no.383255. So you are requested to ensure the agency to deliver gas in time. It is not only the first time but the agency is used to non-making home delivery. It insists on taking counter-delivery from go-down.

Today in morning i went to fill up petrol at chhajed pertol pump, i asked him to fill up 300 rs. Petrol. But he continued the same reading that was before. He didnt reset tha reading. And he told me to remove the key of my moped bike. The time between i remove my bike key he filled my tank to 75%. I have calculated the strorage of my tank, it fills from bottom to top in 300rs. But today when he filled the tank it was only 75% filled. I was in anger after seeing this. Looking to me he offered me free petrol and even offered my all money back, that is 300 rs. He told me his name is abdul khan, he works in morning schedule. I even asked for his office manager but there was no one there. They are letrally frauding with us. Kindly punish him. निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी स्वदेश कुमार पाठक ग्राम व पोस्ट मढपुरा जिला कन्नौज उ0प्र0पिन 209723 का निवासी है । लाख इण्डेन गैस में कनेक्सन है । गैस वितरण स्टाप ग्राहको को परेशन करते है तथा सरकारी कीमत से ज्यादा रूपये लेते है और रसीद भी नही देते है। गैस को ब्लेक में बेचते है और ग्राहक से कहते है गैस समाप्त हो गई है 2 तीन दिन बाद मिलेगी । इस समय मेन्टीनेन्स के नाम पर 150 रू पर ग्राहक से लिए जा रहे है। आप से निवेदन है कि आप एक बार चेक करके कानूनी कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करे तथा समस्या का समाधान करने की कृपा करे महान दया होगी।

Kindly note we are being denied of cooking gas so having lot of problem to get gas in time. Although my home is in very convenient place to deliver.

Reason: delivery vans of cylinders are giving prefrance to shops where shopkeepers give them commision so, poor consumers are suffering badly every time.

Gas cylinders delivers van is never circulated in village where we have proper roads.
Its really a matter of conern. Request heigher authorities to look into this matter so that consumer not suffer anymore harassment physically as well as by giving more money to mediaters.

I am requesting u to please take serious action on distributer of shahapur location of dist gulbarga region they are taking more money on each gas what they are billed if we asked them they says us i[censored] want gas give money what we told u otherwise go to hell. And here is many black gases are providing out of customer and they are not house holder they comercial sir please take action on distributer. And name is vijay agency

1. Cylinder is half empty and given as new cylinder on 10 august 2017. When asked to weigh it, delivery boy does not have weighing machine. Cylinder handed over to female resident who is not in a position to check weight, seal etc. This is not the first time that cylinder is delivered without weighing.

2. M/s japnit is the distributor in ne delhi (Next to chattarsal stadium). Gas was delivered after 10 days of booking and that too with half empty cylinder.

3. M/s japnit was informed about deficiency on 11 august morning and promised to exchange cylinder. No action till now.

4. There is no accountability by the parent ioc. There is no complaint redresal system as none of the complaint links work on the ioc website. Customers are being treated as guinea pigs.

This is actually not a complaint regarding any RO, rather it's a public demand to establish an RO near my area, as because near around 30KM in the radius there is no petrol pump available and moreover most of the public transport and private vehicles are facing issues fuel supply. I didn't get any other medium to contact BPCL directly so registering a complaint for the same here.

I am also attaching the vehicle survay done in the year 2014 and there are 3000+ LMV and 500+ HWV and MCWG are daily traveling in that area now.

there are 55+ villages in around 7 KM of radius from the actual place where i wanted to establish the RO.

Let me also introduce my profession..

I am working in IT farm level 5 MNC since 2010 as a software engineer now i promoted to project manager. my annual income is more than 15 lakhs now. and I wanted to establish RO just to help out the public to have an good name and fame.

I entered the fuel station there was a long que for 2 wheelers and i asked the attendant to fill up the fuel from a 4 wheeler station, the station was vacant whereas i needed to fuel up for 700 inr. He refused to do it then i asked him the reason as what i believe all machines are same and they shouldn't be hesitant from rendering it. Then i asked them for their complaint book for which they refused and starting assaulting me with words and refused to giving me the book and manger said the same

I am in a bpl category. I enrolled in shivam indane, balliya dist - begusarai state - bihar for a bpl lpg connection. Agency deliverd to me all equpiment on loan but at the time of delivery agency collected rupees 700.00 in cash to all customers but not give
Any money receipt to any customer.

Lost gas connection book and not able to find the same. She is very old and do'nt know how to read and write.so you are requested to issue us a new gas connection book. The gas connection book was earlier the name malti devi villge hazipur faizabad 224001 whom so ever it may concerndear sir after demise of my grand mother has and second thing can you provide us the consumer no. I am mr. Saju poulose and i am a regular customer of the ioc petrol pump (Ofs pump - perambra trichur) because it is the nearest pump for me. This is the second time i am forced to complaint against them. The incident was on 02/08/2017 when i came to fill three litres of petrol in my vehicle. But they refused the same explaining that they never fill petrol in litre basis but for round up amounts. My vehicle was filled with 3 litres petrol though i strictly insisted but they didnt give back the balance. Also they refused to show the actual measurement. When i asked for the complaint book the manager and other staffs laughed at me. I never expect such a behavior from pumps below such reputed concerns like you. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have applied for new indance gas connection for hyderabad location and i didn't opt for gas pipe and stove as i have my own. Can anyone please help me out for other mandatory changes.

This is the third case that happened with me, and prior to this similar thing happened with my sister as well at ioc ltd petrol pump, near bopodi, pune. Everytime when you ask for pertol, they try to distract you and fill pertol with turning the meter reading to zero, and when you ask them they misbehave and argue. Today (08/08/2017) i asked for petrol of rs. 300, and got petrol amounted to rs. 250 cause the person before me filled petrol for rs. 50, and the guy did not change the meter reading to zero. I have seen these type of cases earlier cause my father is a retired vigilance officer for ioc ltd, and he used to take severe actions against these sort of manipulations when creating reports. He asked me to submit this complaint. So please take necessary action against them.

Phone:[protected], which shoud fill by 7.5 liters but they have done some big loot in the machine which leads to fill only may be only 3 litres of petrol which only lasted for one & half day. So requesting the authorized authority to have a surprise checkup at the petrol pump & close the pump.

On 5th of august 2017, i received a cylinder from my distributor.in the evening, i got a message from airtel that "your lpg subsidy has been credited to your airtel payment bank account". This was the first time i have received from airtel.
Is this a new process or what will be the caused for this?
In the past, it was regularly credited to my bank account directly.
