From tamil nadu transport corporation (Undertaking tamilnadu govt) tirupur i branch. Here ug diesel tank unloading valve damaged 05.08.2017. We complaint about that at coimbatore terminal on that day itself. But there is no positive response to ours. Please try to solve this issues as soon as possible. Due to rainy climate it will be damaged more. I hope you solve this problem as soon as.

    Hi, i refilled my cylinder on dated 31.05.17 today when my wife it was replacing with empty cylinder the regulated was not inserted due to defect on cylinder knob. I m out of station and she is helpless so please its my humble request please replace it with another cylinder through home service as soon as possible. Expect your prompt action.

      I had booked a gas cylinder of indane gas on 25/07/2017; but still it has not been delivered.

      I had also registered a complain on iocl toll free number (Complaint number 3194148) on 04/08/2017 but got no response. It is truly a case of lack of service. Please help.

      After getting a new gas connection, I went to the godown, then the manager gave me two damaged very old cylinders.i asked for good one s.they don't accepted my words and argued.the cylinders inside the godown are almost like that...very dangerous situation..

        Ei have gas refilled on 27 may 2017 and 5 july 2017 but till date subsidy not credited in my canara bank account no.[protected]. On contacting my dealer m/s khairthal indane, khairthal (Alwar) raj. They said that my subsidy is credited in my 5 month before closed pnb account. So when we contact pnb bank they said that no subsidy is credited in this account. I have attached the bank reply through public grievanc.

          We are the indane gas customer. We are facing the issue with online payment for refill gas booking. Indane gas online payment gateway was not responding, when ever book for refill gas, at the payment gateway, showing like "you are now being redirected to payment gateway... Do not click back arrow or refresh the page" and stuck upped. Please do the needful.

            My lpg subsidy is not getting credited from last one year. Dealer does any answer on this. I have only one saving account which is with canara bank. Many time i asked to dealer office but they did never answer customer's queries. Moreover their way of talk is very rude.

              Hi,

              This is to bring to your notice that of the incident that happened with me today at indian oil petrol pump opp e square, pune (August 4, 2017, 9:30 pm).

              One staff tried to divert my attention, so that the one with the nozzle can start filling the petrol without zeroing the meter. The other guy asked whether i wanted to pay by card/ cash. After i replied cash, he asked me thrice about the amount and won't let me focus on the meter. Within few seconds, the person filling the petrol hurried with the petrol nozzle.

              After i started my vehicle engine, i could see it very well, that petrol quantity meter wasn't up to the mark. I had asked for rs 280 petrol which would come to about 3.73 l. But my vehicle meter indicated only only 2 l. When i questioned against it, they started arguing saying it is an automated machine and it won't run unless the meter is set to zero. No one was available in the manager's cabin to approach for the issue. Only 4-5 service persons were there.

              Even after good amount of argument, they didn't listen and ultimately i had to leave with less quantity of petrol than what i paid for.

              If you check the google reviews for this petrol pump, it is full with similar complaints.

              I hope someone from ioc can take strict action against them.
              I am not going to any ioc petrol pump again ever.

                I have booked one gas cylinder refill n july 31, 2017 and at the time of booking, i paid inr 609/- as the price of gas cylinder online. But when today the delivery boy came up for the gas delivery, he again took inr 600/- from my wife. My wife repeatedly told that, the rice was paid online and even she shown the slip to the delivery boy, he repeated insisted to pay inr 600/- for the gas cylinder. Finally he took inr. 600/- from my wife and left. Following are the details -

                  I had filled a petrol in my bike on 03-Aug-2017 from Indian Oil Petrol pump in Hijnewadi, Pune, Maharashtra (411057).
                  After facing problems with my bike when I checked the Petrol I found that petrol was mixed with kerosense.

                  It is my request to take a strict action against this fraud.

                    3. Msg received that your booking no 586421 prepared cash memo no [protected] for rs 576.50.

                    4. Till date no lpg gas delivered by gas company after so many phone call

                    5. Kindly take action to provide immediate lpg gas.

My customer no. Is cx10766590 and name is k. Sathianarayanan. Till date the subsidy for the gas cylinder supplied was not credited to my bank account. Please look in to the matter and do the needful for credit of the same to my bank account.

                        Sir today I have gone to SEEMANTA FILLING STATION KUNAL near Jamsola, NH-6, Odisha for full filling petrol in my Honda CB Unicorn 150 cc bike.The fuel capacity of the said bike's is 13.00 litre and reserve is 1.3 litre.But the pump employee filled 15.39 litre value(Rs. 999.89)and my bike was not in reserve condition.Under the circumstances how can a 13.00 litre tank filled with 15.39 litre petrol.So sir I am giving you a photo copy of the bill.

                          Sir, yesterday in my car with capacity of ard 35~38 lts. Lts, got 30 lts petrol refuel at gura gas service station, sw delhi, dwarka new delhi. At the time of refueling i had a reserve of around 8~10 lts. Every week i get a refuel of 30 lts and the tank is fuel, yesterday the tank was not full, on asking for complaint book, the supervisor requested me to get 5 lts top up, despite 5 lts top up, the tank was not full. I. E 30 +5 refuel 8-10 lts reserve, which is very much beyond the limits of my car tank capacity.
                          Please look into this and resolve and ensure that such kind of incidents don't happen to others.

                                तनु श्री गैस सर्विस में मेरा कंज्यूमर नंबर 16297 है । पीछे की 1 जुलाई माह की 2 सब्सिडी मुझे प्राप्त नही हुई है । तनु श्री गैस सर्विस जाकर पता किया तो बताए । आपकी सब्सिडी तो बराबर जा रही है । कहाँ जा रही है पता नही चल पाया । जबकि मैने SBI का सिर्फ एक ही खाता
                                लिंक कराया था शुरू से उसी खाते में सब्सिडी जाती रही है । कभी किसी प्रकार की शिकायत की जरूरत नही पड़ी ।
                                अतएव श्रीमन जी से नम्र निवेदन है कि सब्सिडी की रकम मेरे खाते में डलवाने की कृपा करेंगे ।

                                2 अगस्त को मैंने एक शिकायत दर्ज कराया था जिसमे मैंने लिखा है कि जुलाई माह को दो एल पी जी सब्सिडी हमें प्राप्त नही हुई है । जिसके बारे में एजेंसी वाले भी कुछ बताने को तैयार नही है कहते है इसके लिए आप ऊपर वाले से बात करो । ऊपर किस्से बात करें ।हमारी सब्सिडी बराबर मेरे खाते में आ रही थी तो बीच में ए गड़बड़ी कहाँ से आ गयी ।मेरा कंज्यूमर नम्बर 16297 एजेंसी तनु श्री गैस सर्विस मयूर विहार फेज 1 दिल्ली 91 है । आपके यहाँ से ही कोई गड़बड़ी की गई है अब एक सब्सिडी अगस्त माह की और जुड़ गई, अब कुल 3 का आना बाकी है ।
                                अतएव श्रीमन जी से नम्र निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त पर विचार करते हुए दोष सुधार की ब्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने की कृपा करेंगे ।

                                  I, dr rajan sancheti, filled petrol in my hyundai i10 (Mh-19-ap 4806) at balaji petrol pump at nande, sus_hinjewadi rd., tal mulshi, dist. Pune on[protected] at 11.28 am. After filling the petrol, just in next 5 kms or so, the car came to a standstill and i had to leave the vehicle on road. Being sunday, i could not get any help form car mechanics etc. The mechanic from the hyuidai company came next day morning and after inspection, detected that the fuel is smelling very abnormal the vehicle had to be toed by a pick up vehicle of the car dealer. They have collected sample of fuel for further analysis. The dealer of indian oil fuel station was called to the pick up site after the fuel was found faulty and he is a witness to the whole episode. When complained to him about bad fuel, he said that they are not responsible and you complain to the company viz. Indian oil. Incidentally, the petrol station mentioned above does not have a complaint book. There is no system of random sampling available to customer.
                                  Pl look in to the matter seriously and make good all the losses i have incurred. I. E. Rs 1000/- of fuel + 9, 000 of repairs and towing.

                                    Sir, consumer i'd [protected]/cx6330121 is linked with my adhaar number[protected]. Thereafter this connection is transfer to my uncle. Thus consumer id changed to [protected] at mizofed lpg. I wantnew connection in my name which is not possible unless delink of previous connection. As such, i request you to kindly de-link my adhaar number.

                                      I have recently applied for a new gas connection and my application was approved by "uttam indiane".

                                      My registration no. Is n170720287639339599781.

                                      When i reached the distributor with the kyc form, they said that i would need to wait for a month for the hotplate inspection and in the meanwhile if i am using my parents extra cylinder, my application will be rejected. Whereas it clearly says on official website that the inspection should be completed within 7 days. If it is a matter of 7 days i can adjust without a cylinder but can't do that for 1 month. I am pretty much sure that the distributor is intentionally doing this.

                                      When i started leaving the distributor's office, he said that there is an alternative by which you can get the connection within 3-4 days. Upon asking how he said that i should buy the connection along with the hot plate and then they will help me sell the hot plate to someone else.

                                      Clearly a case of indirectly forcing the consumer to buy unwanted accessories. I posted a complaint on their website but no reply. Please suggest whom should i complaint so that appropriate action can be taken.

                                        In reference to the matter i wish to know, is it authorised by leagal authority? As the distributor shows the d. O. No. P-39014/1/86 mkt dt.14.08.1988 u/s 4.13.3 in the notice.
                                        For the service they chargers 150/-+18%...
